The high and low temperature resistant waterproof coiled material comprises a polyester substrate, the high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material coated on the substrate and a separation film.
Example 4
The high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
370 parts of No. 70 base asphalt,
30 parts of No. 10 base asphalt,
50 parts of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene),
15 parts of HDPE (high-density polyethylene),
20 parts of PP (polypropylene), namely 20 parts of PP,
85 parts of naphthenic base rubber oil,
140 parts of rubber powder, namely rubber powder,
290 parts of an inorganic filler(s),
10 parts of titanate coupling agent;
the particle size of the rubber powder is 60 meshes;
the particle size of the stone powder is 200 meshes.
The preparation method of the high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing 70# base asphalt, 10# base asphalt and naphthenic base rubber oil, heating to 140 ℃, stirring at the stirring speed of 300rpm while continuously heating to 175 ℃, adding SBS, HDPE and PP, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) stirring and heating the premix obtained in the step (1) to 185 ℃ at a stirring speed of 300rpm, carrying out constant temperature modification for 60min, then adding rubber powder and a titanate coupling agent, carrying out constant temperature modification for 2.5h at 185 ℃, then adding stone powder, uniformly stirring at a stirring speed of 300rpm, cooling to below 180 ℃, and discharging to obtain the high and low temperature resistant waterproof rubber material.
The high and low temperature resistant waterproof coiled material comprises a polyester substrate, the high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material coated on the substrate and a separation film.
Example 5
The high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
400 parts of No. 70 base asphalt,
50 parts of No. 10 base asphalt,
60 parts of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene),
20 parts of HDPE (high-density polyethylene),
25 parts of PP (polypropylene), namely 25 parts of PP,
90 parts of naphthenic base rubber oil,
150 parts of rubber powder, namely rubber powder,
320 parts of inorganic filler, namely 320 parts of inorganic filler,
50 parts of titanate coupling agent;
the particle size of the rubber powder is 100 meshes;
the particle size of the stone powder is 230 meshes.
The preparation method of the high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing 70# base asphalt, 10# base asphalt and naphthenic base rubber oil, heating to 145 ℃, stirring at the stirring speed of 500rpm while continuously heating to 175 ℃, adding SBS, HDPE and PP, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) stirring and heating the premix obtained in the step (1) to 185 ℃ at a stirring speed of 500rpm, carrying out constant temperature modification for 45min, then adding rubber powder and a titanate coupling agent, carrying out constant temperature modification for 2h at 185 ℃, then adding stone powder, uniformly stirring at a stirring speed of 500rpm, cooling to below 180 ℃, and discharging to obtain the high and low temperature resistant waterproof rubber material.
The high and low temperature resistant waterproof coiled material comprises a polyester substrate, the high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material coated on the substrate and a separation film.
Test examples
According to GB18242-2008 "elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material" and GB18243-2008 "plastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material", the heat resistance, low temperature flexibility and mechanical properties of the commercially available SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, the commercially available APP waterproof coiled material and the high and low temperature resistant waterproof coiled materials obtained in examples 1-5 were respectively detected, wherein examples 1-5 are respectively test groups 1-5, the commercially available SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is a control group 1, and the commercially available APP waterproof coiled material is a control group 2, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Wherein the heat resistance is carried out according to the method A in GB/T328.11-2007, and no flow or dripping exists;
the low-temperature flexibility is carried out according to GB/T328.14, a coiled material with the thickness of 3mm is bent by 30mm, and the bending diameter of coiled materials with the thickness of 4mm and 5mm is 50 mm;
the water impermeability was carried out according to method B of GB/T328.10-2007, using a 7-well plate, the upper surface facing the water. When the upper surface is fine sand and mineral aggregate, the lower surface is exposed to water, and when the lower surface is also fine sand, before the test, the fine sand on the lower surface is removed along a circle of the sealing ring, then a circle of No. 60-No. 100 hot asphalt is coated, and after the coating is leveled and cooled for 1 hour, the impermeability is detected.
The seam peel strength was measured according to GB/T328.20 and was applied by hot-melt bonding at the longitudinal overlapping edges of the web, the average peel strength was averaged over 5 periods of time.

The results in table 1 show that the high and low temperature resistant waterproof roll provided by the invention has good high and low temperature resistance on the premise of good waterproof performance, the heat resistance can reach 117 ℃, the low temperature flexibility at-24 ℃ is good, the seam peel strength can reach 2.1N/mm, and the waterproof roll is obviously superior to the waterproof roll sold in the market. The high-temperature and low-temperature resistant waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has the advantage that the high-temperature resistance and low-temperature flexibility of the obtained waterproof coiled material are obviously improved through the interaction of the components.

1. The high and low temperature resistant waterproof sizing material is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
350 parts of asphalt and 450 parts of asphalt,
40-60 parts of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene),
10-20 parts of HDPE (high-density polyethylene),
15-25 parts of PP (polypropylene),
80-90 parts of rubber oil,
100 portions of rubber powder and 150 portions of rubber powder,
280 portions and 320 portions of inorganic filler.
2. The high and low temperature resistant waterproof glue stock according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
400 parts of asphalt, namely 400 parts of asphalt,
50 parts of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene),
15 parts of HDPE (high-density polyethylene),
20 parts of PP (polypropylene), namely 20 parts of PP,
85 parts of rubber oil, namely rubber oil,
140 parts of rubber powder, namely rubber powder,
290 parts of inorganic filler.
3. The high and low temperature resistant waterproof compound according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the asphalt comprises 70# base asphalt and 10# base asphalt, and the weight ratio of the 70# base asphalt to the 10# base asphalt is 33-40: 2-5.
4. High and low temperature resistant waterproof compound according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rubber oil is a naphthenic rubber oil.
5. The high and low temperature resistant waterproof compound according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the particle size of the rubber powder is 60-100 mesh.
6. The high and low temperature resistant waterproof glue material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inorganic filler is stone powder, and the particle size of the stone powder is 120-230 meshes.
7. The high and low temperature resistant waterproof compound according to claim 1, wherein the component further comprises 10-50 parts of titanate coupling agent.
8. Process for the preparation of a high and low temperature resistant water-repellent size according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing asphalt and rubber oil, heating to 135-plus-145 ℃, continuously heating to 170-plus-175 ℃ while stirring, adding SBS, HDPE and PP, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) stirring and heating the premix obtained in the step (1) to 185 ℃ for constant temperature modification for 45-65min, then adding rubber powder, performing constant temperature modification for 2-3h at 185 ℃ for 180 ℃ for uniform stirring, then adding inorganic filler, cooling to below 180 ℃, and discharging to obtain the high and low temperature resistant waterproof rubber material.
9. The process for the preparation of a high and low temperature resistant water-repellent size according to claim 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing asphalt and rubber oil, heating to 135-plus-145 ℃, continuously heating to 170-plus-175 ℃ while stirring, adding SBS, HDPE and PP, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) stirring and heating the premix obtained in the step (1) to 185 ℃ for constant temperature modification for 45-65min, then adding rubber powder and titanate coupling agent, performing constant temperature modification at 185 ℃ for 2-3h, then adding inorganic filler, uniformly stirring, cooling to below 180 ℃, and discharging to obtain the high and low temperature resistant waterproof rubber material.
10. Use of a high and low temperature resistant water repellent size according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in a water repellent coil.
