Abstract
The invention relates to a large-diameter inner hole vertical lathe polishing tool and an integrated processing method for improving roughness, wherein the tool comprises a main body block, a connecting plate, a honing emery stick and an elastic element, wherein: the main body block is used for being connected to a tool rest of a vertical lathe and is provided with a working end used for pointing to the side wall of an inner hole of a workpiece fixed on a rotary worktable of the vertical lathe, and the working end of the main body block is provided with an installation groove; the connecting plate is embedded in the mounting groove and is provided with an extending part protruding out of the opening of the mounting groove, and the connecting plate can slide on a straight line of the working end pointing direction relative to the mounting groove; the honing emery stick is arranged at the tail end of the extension part of the connecting plate; the elastic element is arranged in the mounting groove and acts on the connecting plate to apply elastic force pointing to the outer direction of the mounting groove to the connecting plate. Compared with the prior art, the method is simple, efficient and low in cost, can adapt to the machining of the large-diameter inner hole with high requirement on roughness, can clamp a workpiece on a vertical lathe once to complete machining, and ensures form and position tolerance.

Background
At present, for the cylinder inner bore with the size larger than phi 1000mm and the roughness drawing requirement smaller than 1.6, a manufacturer does not have a machine tool to process, and although a foreign company has a special machine tool, the processing cost is very high, the processing period cannot be guaranteed, and the production progress is influenced. Therefore, manufacturers need a viable and inexpensive solution.

Preferably, the main body block consists of a block body and cover plates covering two opposite side surfaces of the block body, the working end is positioned at one end of the block body, and the other end, opposite to the working end, of the block body is connected to a tool rest of the vertical lathe.

s2: rotating the workpiece, moving the vertical lathe tool rest along the radial direction of the workpiece, and driving the tool to move towards the side wall of the inner hole of the workpiece, so that the honing emery stick is tightly attached to the side wall of the inner hole of the workpiece under the action of the elastic element;
s3: the lathe tool rest moves in the axial direction of the workpiece, and the inner hole side wall is machined through the honing sand bars, so that the roughness of the inner hole is improved.
Preferably, the speed of the vertical lathe tool rest moving along the axial direction of the workpiece is 3-5 mm/min; the linear speed of the workpiece rotation is 40-60m/min, and the machining allowance is 0.03 mm.
Preferably, 20# engine oil is used for lubrication during the process.

The tool rest moves along the axial direction of the workpiece, and an inner hole with higher roughness requirement can be processed.

s1: the workpiece is continuously kept in a clamping state of a previous process (usually, the previous process is to finish turning an inner hole on the workpiece) on a rotating workbench of the vertical lathe, and the tool is arranged on a tool rest of the vertical lathe;
s2: rotating the workpiece, moving the vertical lathe tool rest along the radial direction of the workpiece, and driving the tool to move towards the side wall of the inner hole of the workpiece, so that the honing emery stick is tightly attached to the side wall of the inner hole of the workpiece under the action of the elastic element;
s3: the lathe tool rest moves in the axial direction of the workpiece, and the inner hole side wall is machined through the honing sand bars, so that the roughness of the inner hole is improved.
Through the exploration of the applicant, the speed of the vertical lathe tool rest moving along the axial direction of the workpiece is 3-5 mm/min; the linear speed of the rotation of the workpiece is kept at 40-60m/min according to the diameter of the inner hole, and the machining allowance is 0.03 mm. And the 20# engine oil is used for lubrication in the machining process.
