Abstract
The invention discloses a high-speed bag box identification system which comprises a paging mechanism, an electric eye adjusting mechanism, a camera detection mechanism, an unqualified product removing device and an automatic material receiving mechanism which are sequentially connected from left to right, and the bag box identification system is conveyed by a conveying mechanism. And the paging mechanism adjusts the positioning baffle plate through a hand wheel according to the size of a product. The electric eye adjusting mechanism comprises a repeated detection area and a continuous detection area, and the repeated detection area is positioned on the left side of the continuous detection area. The beneficial effects are that: a double-sheet detection mode: and detecting the thickness of the product in an up-and-down non-contact correlation mode, and alarming when the thickness of the product is exceeded. The former accelerating section, the code-assigning section detecting section and the eliminating section are combined together to form an integral double belt, so that the error contact of an electric eye is reduced, and the structural integrity of the equipment is improved. In one embodiment, the paging mechanism 1 adjusts the positioning baffle 11 through the handwheel 10 according to the size of the product.
In one embodiment, the electric eye adjusting mechanism 2 comprises a double-sheet detection area 3 and a continuous-sheet detection area 4, the double-sheet detection area 3 is located on the left side of the continuous-sheet detection area 4, and the double-sheet detection area 3 and the continuous-sheet detection area 4 are used for detecting whether products discharged by the paging mechanism 1 are double-sheet or continuous-sheet.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a vacuum adsorption coding conveying mechanism 9, wherein the vacuum adsorption coding conveying mechanism 9 is located on the rear side of the electric eye adjusting mechanism 2 and used for adsorbing and positioning the stability of conveying products coming out of the paging mechanism 1.
In one embodiment, the overlapped detection zone 3 and the contiguous detection zone 4 are coding zones 8.
In one embodiment, the camera detection mechanism 5 is used for detecting whether the product is qualified, and if the product is qualified, the material is received by the material receiving bin after passing through the removing section; if the product is unqualified, the product is rejected to a waste bin at the lower part of the machine.

The high-speed bag box identification system according to claim 1, further comprising a vacuum adsorption coding conveying mechanism (9), wherein the vacuum adsorption coding conveying mechanism (9) is located at the rear side of the electric eye adjusting mechanism (2) and is used for adsorbing and positioning stability of product conveying coming out of the paging mechanism (1).
5. A high speed bag magazine identification system according to claim 3, characterized in that the overlapping detection zone (3) and the consecutive detection zone (4) are coding zones (8).

The high-speed bag box identification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the camera detection mechanism (5) is used for detecting whether the product is qualified, if the product is qualified, the product is received by the receiving bin after passing through the removing section; if the product is unqualified, the product is rejected to a waste bin at the lower part of the machine.
7. A high speed bag box identification system as in claim 1 wherein the conveyor means (12) is an integral double belt with high speed self aligning bearings at the drive roll ends.
8. A high speed bag box identification system according to claim 7, characterized in that the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism (12) is 15-180m/min and the speed of the sorting mechanism (1) is 15-120 m/min.
9. A high speed bag box identification system according to claim 3, characterized in that said overlapping detection area (3) uses a distance sensor and said overlapping detection area (4) uses a radio eye.
