The terminology used in the present disclosure is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. As used in this disclosure and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a fading powder comprising: bleaching powder and an oxidizing agent.
Wherein, the floating powder comprises: sodium silicate, sodium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, calcium carbonate, sodium stearate, corn starch, carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, guar gum, PEG-150 distearate, sodium metasilicate, mineral oil, and menthol.
Sodium silicate and calcium carbonate are used as filling agents, sodium persulfate and ammonium persulfate are used as decolorants, corn starch is used as an adhesive, carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, guar gum and PEG-150 distearate are used as thickening agents, sodium metasilicate is used as an integrating agent, mineral oil is used as a hair conditioner, and menthol is used as a freshener.
Sodium persulfate, also known as sodium persulfate, is a white crystalline powder in appearance, odorless, soluble in water, and useful as a decolorizing agent.
The ammonium persulfate is white crystal or powder, has no odor, and can be used as decolorizing agent. The more the amount of the hair bleaching agent, the higher the bleaching degree of the hair, and the easier the hair is to be colored.
The ammonium persulfate can be used as an auxiliary oxidant of the corn starch adhesive and reacts with protein in the starch component so as to improve the adhesion.
The corn starch is white light yellowish powder, contains a small amount of fat, protein and the like, has strong hygroscopicity, and becomes viscous fluid when meeting water.
Viscous aqueous solutions of sodium metasilicate, known as water glass, are useful as integrating agents. In inorganic electrolyte, sodium metasilicate has the highest active alkalinity and pH buffer index, has stronger functions of wetting, emulsifying and saponifying grease, has excellent performance in the aspects of removing, dispersing and suspending dirt, can prevent the redeposition of the dirt, and has special compatibility and stability for decolorant and the like.
The oxidizing agent comprises: water, hydrogen peroxide solution, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-25, ethylene glycol diphosphate, glyceryl stearate, perfume and sodium stannate.
Water as solvent, hydrogen peroxide solution as oxidant, cetearyl alcohol as thickener, ceteareth-25 and glyceryl stearate as emulsifier, ethoxyl diphosphate as chelating agent, essence as aromatic and sodium stannate as stabilizer.
The fading powder is prepared by mixing the lightening agent and the oxidant, the combination of the lightening agent and the oxidant ensures good fading effect and can improve the smoothness of hair, the components are mild, the irritation is small, the bleaching powder is non-toxic and harmless, the safety is high, the harm of chemical components to the hair is reduced, the components such as corn starch, mineral oil and the like in the components can nourish the hair, and the sources of all the components are wide, the cost is low, and the production and the manufacture are convenient.
Specifically, the bleaching powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

preferably, the mass ratio of the bleaching powder to the oxidizing agent is 1: 2.

And S4, adding sodium silicate and mineral oil into the mixture prepared in the S3, uniformly stirring, and discharging.
And S5, after discharging in S4, checking the semi-finished product to be qualified, canning, packaging, and warehousing after the semi-finished product is qualified.
The preparation method of the oxidant can be used for preparing the oxidant powder of each embodiment, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s01, adding water, ceteareth-25, phosphoric acid hydroxide and sodium stannate into an emulsifying pot, heating and uniformly stirring.
Preferably, heating is to 85 ℃.
S02, adding cetostearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate into an oil phase pot, heating and uniformly stirring.
Preferably, heating is to 85 ℃.
S03, transferring the mixture prepared in the S02 to an emulsifying pot in the S01, and homogenizing and emulsifying.
Preferably, the homogenisation emulsification time is 10 min.
And S04, stirring and cooling the mixture prepared in the S03, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution, and uniformly stirring.
Preferably, it is stirred and cooled to 40 ℃.
And S05, adding essence into the mixture prepared in the S04, and discharging.
And S06, after discharging in S05, checking the semi-finished product to be qualified, canning, packaging, and warehousing after the semi-finished product is qualified.
The method for preparing the bleaching powder has the advantages of wide raw material source, simple preparation process and low cost, and is suitable for popularization and application.
In a third aspect, the present invention further provides a fading powder application method, comprising: at normal temperature, the bleaching powder and the oxidant are mixed uniformly according to the mass ratio of 1:2, and then the mixture is smeared on hair to fade the hair, and the hair is washed clean by water.
The application method of the fading powder is simple in application process and suitable for popularization and application in industries such as hairdressing and the like.
Preferably, it is applied to hair for 30-35 min.
Through comparison experiments, when the fading powder and the application method thereof are used for fading hair, the hair can be faded into an ideal light color, and the fading requirement of more people on the light color is met. In addition, the fading powder can fade black and other dyed hair (such as purple, red, green and the like), and has obvious fading effect.

wherein, the floating powder comprises: sodium silicate, sodium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, calcium carbonate, sodium stearate, corn starch, carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, guar gum, PEG-150 distearate, sodium metasilicate, mineral oil and menthol;
the oxidizing agent comprises: water, hydrogen peroxide solution, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-25, ethylene glycol diphosphate, glyceryl stearate, perfume and sodium stannate.
3. the bleaching powder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio of the bleaching powder to the oxidizing agent is 1: 2.
4. A method for producing a fading powder for use in producing the fading powder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:

s4, adding sodium silicate and mineral oil into the mixture prepared in the step S3, uniformly stirring, and discharging;
the preparation method of the oxidant comprises the following steps:
s01, adding water, ceteareth-25, phosphoric acid hydroxide and sodium stannate into an emulsifying pot, heating and uniformly stirring;
s02, adding cetostearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate into an oil phase pot, heating and uniformly stirring;
s03, transferring the mixture prepared in the S02 to an emulsifying pot in the S01, and homogenizing and emulsifying;
s04, stirring and cooling the mixture prepared in the S03, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution, and uniformly stirring;
and S05, adding essence into the mixture prepared in the S04, and discharging.
5. The method of preparing a bleaching powder according to claim 4, wherein the method of preparing a bleaching powder further comprises: s5, after discharging at S4, checking the semi-finished product to be qualified, canning, packaging, and warehousing after being checked to be qualified;
the preparation method of the oxidant further comprises the following steps: and S06, after discharging in S05, checking the semi-finished product to be qualified, canning, packaging, and warehousing after the semi-finished product is qualified.

8. A method of applying a fade powder, comprising: the bleaching powder and the oxidant are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:2, and then the mixture is smeared on hair to fade the hair, and the hair is washed clean by water.
9. The method of applying a bleaching powder according to claim 8 wherein the bleaching powder is applied to the hair for 30-35 min.
