The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, performs a log generation method of an application program as in the embodiment of the application.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages: the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the business in the workflow is changed without reconstructing a workflow model, and the influence on the whole workflow can be reduced according to the personalized setting of the business change, thereby meeting the flexible changing requirement of enterprises; the high requirements of enterprises on information systems are met; the method solves the problem that enterprise users in the SaaS system flexibly set requirements on personalized business processes; the business process nodes, the approval process and the approval process nodes are individually set and adjusted through business requirements, the difficulty in adjusting the whole work flow by business change is reduced while the individual requirements are met, and many adjustments do not involve challenges of a work flow model, but only involve added or reduced business process nodes, added or reduced approval processes or added or reduced approval process nodes in the approval process; the change of the workflow often does not need the reconstruction of the code level or the workflow model of the information system, and the adjustment or invalidation of the approval process and the approval process node can reduce and control the influence range of the whole business of the information system.

The invention provides a workflow personalized setting method, device and storage medium based on SaaS, which are described in detail, wherein specific examples are applied to illustrate the principle and implementation of the invention, and the description of the above examples is only used for helping to understand the method and core ideas of the invention; meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will have variations in the specific embodiments and application scope in accordance with the ideas of the present invention, the present description should not be construed as limiting the present invention in view of the above.

Claims (7)

1. The personalized workflow setting method based on the SaaS is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring a business process in a workflow, wherein the business process consists of a plurality of different business process nodes;
processing one of the business process nodes according to an instruction, wherein the instruction comprises any one of addition and modification;
mounting a plurality of approval flows on the processed business flow nodes;
triggering a preset configuration rule in the business process node according to the associated information in the business process node, and automatically selecting one of the approval process phases for configuration;
wherein, the association information in the business process node comprises:
carrying out data association on the processed business process nodes, wherein the data association comprises associated business form information and associated business user information;
mounting a plurality of different approval flows according to the business flow nodes associated with the data;
the preset configuration rule in the business process node comprises the following steps:
acquiring a pre-configured triggering condition in the business process node;
corresponding approval flows are configured in the plurality of approval flows according to the triggering conditions, and approval flow nodes in the approval flows can be added and deleted in a self-adaptive mode according to business requirements.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein automatically selecting one of the approval process phases for configuration comprises:
obtaining an auditing result in the approval process;
triggering a prefabrication callback rule in the business process node;
and according to the auditing result, callback the approval process completing approval to another business process node according to callback rules.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the audit result of the approval process comprises:
constructing a plurality of auditing flow nodes in the auditing flow;
auditing a plurality of auditors corresponding to the configuration of the plurality of approval process nodes;
and auditing according to a plurality of auditors to obtain auditing results.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said constructing a plurality of audit process nodes within said audit process comprises:
the auditing flow nodes are associated with auditing form information and auditing user information;
each audit flow node in the plurality of audit flow nodes is associated with corresponding audit form information and audit user information.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of callback the approval process of completing the approval to another business process node according to the callback rule according to the auditing result includes:
selecting another business process node from a plurality of business process nodes according to the auditing result as the next business process node of the processed business process node;
and callback the approval process of the approval to the next business process node.
6. A SaaS-based workflow personalization setting apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a business process in a workflow, and the business process consists of a plurality of different business process nodes;
the instruction module is used for processing one of the business process nodes according to instructions, wherein the instructions comprise any one of deletion, addition and modification;
the mounting module is used for mounting a plurality of approval flows on the processed business flow nodes;
the triggering module is used for triggering the prefabricated configuration rules in the business process node according to the associated information in the business process node and automatically selecting one of the approval process phase configurations;
wherein, the association information in the business process node comprises:
carrying out data association on the processed business process nodes, wherein the data association comprises associated business form information and associated business user information;
mounting a plurality of different approval flows according to the business flow nodes associated with the data;
the preset configuration rule in the business process node comprises the following steps:
acquiring a pre-configured triggering condition in the business process node;
corresponding approval flows are configured in the plurality of approval flows according to the triggering conditions, and approval flow nodes in the approval flows can be added and deleted in a self-adaptive mode according to business requirements.
7. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
