The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages: the embodiment of the invention can change the business in the workflow without reconstructing the workflow model, and can reduce the influence on the whole workflow according to the personalized setting of the business change, thereby meeting the flexible change requirement of enterprises; the high requirements of enterprises on the information system are met; the method solves the setting requirement of enterprise users in the SaaS system on the flexibility of the personalized business process; the method comprises the following steps that personalized setting and adjustment are carried out on business process nodes, approval processes and approval process nodes through business requirements, the difficulty of adjustment of business changes on the whole workflow is reduced while the personalized requirements are met, and many adjustments can be carried out without the challenge of a workflow model, but only with increased or decreased business process nodes, increased or decreased approval processes or increased or decreased approval process nodes in the approval processes; and the change of the workflow does not need the reconstruction of the code level of the information system or the workflow model, and the influence range on the whole service of the information system can be reduced and controlled for the adjustment or the failure of the approval process and the approval process nodes.

Claims (9)

1. A workflow personalized setting method based on SaaS is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a business process in a workflow, wherein the business process is composed of a plurality of different business process nodes;
processing one of the business process nodes according to an instruction, wherein the instruction comprises any one of deletion, addition and modification;
mounting a plurality of approval processes on the processed business process nodes;
and triggering a preset configuration rule in the business process node according to the associated information in the business process node, and automatically selecting one of the examination and approval process configurations.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the association information in the service flow node comprises:
performing data association on the processed business process nodes, wherein the data association comprises associated business form information and associated business user information;
and mounting a plurality of different approval processes according to the service process nodes associated with the data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein pre-configuring the configuration rules within the business process nodes comprises:
acquiring a pre-configured trigger condition in the service flow node;
and configuring corresponding approval processes in the plurality of approval processes according to the triggering conditions.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein automatically selecting one of the approval process locations comprises:
obtaining an auditing result in the approval process;
triggering a prefabricated callback rule in the service process node;
and calling back the approval process which is approved to another service process node according to the audit result and a call-back rule.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the review result of the approval process comprises:
constructing a plurality of auditing process nodes in the approval process;
a plurality of auditors corresponding to the plurality of approval process node configurations are audited;
and auditing according to the plurality of auditors to obtain an auditing result.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein constructing a plurality of audit process nodes within the approval process comprises:
the plurality of auditing process nodes are associated with a plurality of auditing form information and a plurality of auditing user information;
and each audit process node in the plurality of audit process nodes is associated with corresponding audit form information and audit user information.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the returning the approved approval process to another business process node according to the review result and the callback rule comprises:
selecting another service process node from the plurality of service process nodes as a next service process node of the processed service process nodes according to the auditing result;
and calling back the approval process which is approved to the next service process node.

the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a business process in a workflow, and the business process is composed of a plurality of different business process nodes;
the instruction module is used for processing one of the service process nodes according to an instruction, wherein the instruction comprises any one of deletion, addition and modification;
the mounting module is used for mounting a plurality of approval processes on the processed business process nodes;
and the triggering module is used for triggering a preset configuration rule in the business process node according to the associated information in the business process node and automatically selecting one of the examination and approval process configurations.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
