referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a tool for observing and flushing small-sized falling objects through a 2-7/8 inch tubing downhole television at any time, which comprises a ground cable car imaging terminal 1, a cable 2, a ground pulley 3, a crown pulley 4, a derrick 5, a derrick base 6, a shaft 7, a flushing pipe column 8, a downhole television 9, a flushing tool inclined tip 13 and a downhole falling object 11. The ground pulley 3 is fixed on a derrick base 6 through a steel wire rope; the crown block 4 is fixed on the derrick 5 body through a steel wire rope; the flushing pipe column 8 is lifted out or lowered into the shaft 7 through a lifting system of the derrick 5; the washing pipe column 8 is an oil pipe of 2-7/8 inches, and the inner diameter is 62 mm; the operation method for observing the flushing effect at any time during the flushing operation of the bottom hole junk 11 comprises the following steps: when an operator cannot judge whether the bottom hole falling object is washed cleanly according to experience and the clean state of the returned flushing liquid, the operator can continuously and circularly wash the bottom hole falling object 11, slowly lower a cable 2 down a television 9 to a washing tool inclined tip 13 at the bottom of a washing pipe column 8 by controlling an internal roller of an imaging terminal 1 of a ground cable car, and observe the washing effect of the bottom hole falling object 11 through the television 9; if the imaging effect of the underground television 9 is used for judging that no sundries are washed cleanly on the fallen objects 11 at the bottom of the well, the circulation can be stopped, an operator lifts the cable 2 by controlling a roller in the imaging terminal 1 of the ground cable car until the underground television 9 lifts up the washing pipe column 8, the upper pulley 4 and the ground pulley 3 are disassembled after the underground television 9 is lifted up, the operator operates a lifting system of the derrick 5 to lift up the washing pipe column 8 in the shaft 7, and the washing operation is finished; if the imaging effect of the underground television 9 judges that the sundries on the bottom-hole falling objects 11 are not washed clean, the circulation is continued to the bottom-hole falling objects 11 to wash clean the sundries.
Example eleven:
referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a 3-1/2 inch drill pipe-passing downhole television fishing small-sized junk tool, which comprises a surface cable car imaging terminal 1, a cable 2, a ground pulley 3, a crown pulley 4, a derrick 5, a derrick base 6, a shaft 7, a pipe column 8, a downhole television 9, a fishing tool female cone 12 and a downhole junk 11. The ground pulley 3 is fixed on a derrick base 6 through a steel wire rope; the crown block 4 is fixed on the derrick 5 body through a steel wire rope; the pipe column 8 is lifted out or lowered into the shaft 7 through a lifting system of the derrick 5; the pipe column 8 is a 3-1/2 inch drill rod with an inner diameter of 70 mm; the operation method for observing the fishing effect in real time during fishing operation of the bottom hole junk 11 comprises the following steps: when an operator cannot judge whether the bottom hole junk is fished according to the change of the suspended weight of the lifting system, the operator slowly lowers the cable 2 through controlling an internal roller of the ground cable car imaging terminal 1 to a position above a fishing tool female cone 12 at the bottom of the pipe column 8 through the underground television 9, and constantly observes the fishing effect of the bottom hole junk 11 through the underground television 9; if the fishing of the bottom hole junk 11 is judged to be successful through the imaging effect of the underground television 9, an operator lifts the cable 2 through controlling the drum in the imaging terminal 1 of the ground cable car until the underground television 9 lifts out of the pipe column 8, the top pulley 4 and the ground pulley 3 are disassembled after the underground television 9 is lifted out, the operator operates the lifting system of the derrick 5 to lift out the pipe column 8 and the bottom hole junk 11 in the shaft 7, and the fishing operation is completed.

A television flushing and fishing small-sized junk tool in a tubular column well at least comprises a derrick (5) and a derrick base (6); the derrick (5) is fixed on the ground of a wellhead through a derrick base (6); the method is characterized in that: the underground cable car is characterized by further comprising a ground cable car imaging terminal (1), a cable (2), a ground pulley (3), a crown block (4), a pipe column (8), an underground television (9) and a washing fishing tool (10); the upper end of the pipe column (8) is connected to the derrick (5), and the lower end of the pipe column (8) is connected with a washing fishing tool (10); the ground pulley (3) is fixedly connected to a derrick base (6) through a rope; the top pulley (4) is fixedly connected to the derrick (5) body through a rope; one end of the cable (2) is connected with the ground cable car imaging terminal (1), the other end of the cable (2) is connected with the underground television (9) through the ground pulley (3) and the top pulley (4) in sequence, and the underground television (9) moves up and down in the pipe column (8) through the cable (2).
2. A tubular string downhole television flushing and fishing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the flushing fishing tool (10) is a fishing tool or a flushing tool; the fishing tool is a fishing female cone (12) or other hollow fishing tools; the flushing tool is a flushing tool inclined tip (13) or other hollow type cleaning tools.
3. A tubular string downhole tv washout and fishing tool as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the inner diameter of the flushing fishing tool (10) is larger than 60 mm.

A tubular string downhole television flushing and fishing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ground cable car imaging terminal (1) at least comprises a roller, a power supply and a signal receiver; the signal receiver is in electric signal connection with the underground television (9) through a cable (2); the cable (2) is wound on the drum; the power supply is electrically connected with the roller and provides power for the rotation of the roller.

A tubular string downhole television flushing and fishing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the underground television (9) comprises a horse-head, a weighting rod, an electronic circuit short section, a centralizer short section and a camera short section; the bridle, the weighting rod, the electronic circuit short section, the centralizer short section and the camera short section are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the camera short section passes through the electronic circuit short section and the bridle and is connected with the ground cable car imaging terminal (1) through a cable (2) in an electric signal mode.

A tubular string downhole TV flushing and fishing tool as claimed in claim 5, wherein: an illuminating lamp, a storage battery, a side-looking camera lens and a downward-looking camera lens are arranged in the camera short section; the downward-looking camera lens and the side-looking camera lens are in electrical signal connection with the electronic circuit pup joint; the illuminating lamp is electrically connected with the storage battery.
7. A tubular string downhole TV flushing and fishing tool as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein: the maximum outer diameter of the underground television (9) is 54 mm.
8. A tubular string downhole television flushing and fishing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner diameter of the pipe column (8) is larger than 62 mm.
9. A method of claim 1 to 8, comprising the steps of

Connecting a television washing and salvaging small-sized junk tool under the tubular column according to the task property; when the operator cannot judge whether the bottom hole falling object is washed clean according to experience and the clean state of the returned flushing fluid, the lower end of the pipe column (8) is connected with a flushing tool inclined tip (13) and then the step II is carried out; if the operator can not judge whether the bottom hole junk is salvaged according to the change of the suspended weight of the lifting system, connecting a fishing tool female cone (12) at the lower end of the pipe column (8) and then entering the third step;
step two: lowering a flushing pipe string (8) into the shaft (7) through a hoisting system of the derrick (5); controlling a roller in an imaging terminal (1) of the ground cable car to slowly lower a cable (2), and observing the washing effect of a bottom falling object (11) through an underground television (9) when the underground television (9) descends to a washing tool inclined tip (10) at the bottom of a washing pipe column (8); if the imaging effect of the underground television (9) is used for judging that no sundries are washed cleanly on the falling object (11) at the bottom of the well, the circulation is stopped, the cable (2) is lifted up by a roller in the imaging terminal (1) of the ground cable car until the underground television (9) is lifted out of the washing pipe column (8), after the underground television (9) is lifted out, the crown block (5) and the ground block (3) are disassembled, the lifting system of the derrick (5) is operated to lift out the washing pipe column (8) in the shaft (7), and the washing operation is finished; if the imaging effect of the underground television (9) judges that the sundries on the bottom-hole falling objects (11) are not washed clean, the circulation is continued to the bottom-hole falling objects (11) to wash clean the sundries.
Step three: lowering a pipe string (8) into the shaft (7) through a hoisting system of the derrick (5); the cable (2) is slowly lowered by controlling a roller in the ground cable car imaging terminal (1), and when the underground television (9) is above the fishing tool female cone (10) at the bottom of the pipe column (8), the fishing effect of the bottom hole junk (11) is observed by the underground television (9) at any time; if the underground falling object (11) is judged to be successfully fished through the imaging effect of the underground television (9), the cable (2) is lifted up through controlling an inner roller of the ground cable car imaging terminal (1) until the underground television (9) lifts up the pipe column (8), after the underground television (9) is lifted up, the crown block (5) and the ground block (3) are disassembled, a lifting system of the derrick (5) is operated to lift up the pipe column (8) and the underground falling object (11) in the shaft (7), and the fishing operation is completed.
