Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5, but the present invention is not limited in any way by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a permeable automatic-resetting rainwater abandoning well comprises a well body 1, a water inlet pipe 2, an overflow pipe 3, a cut-off pipe 14, a partition plate 10, a support rod 12, a bracket 13, a container device and a spring 8;
the well body 1 is provided with a water inlet, an overflow port and a cut-off port, the water inlet is communicated with the water inlet pipe 2, the overflow port is communicated with the overflow pipe 3, and the cut-off port is positioned at the bottom of the well body 1 and is communicated with the cut-off pipe 14;
the partition plate 10 is horizontally arranged in the well body 1 through a partition plate 10 support, the shape and the size of the partition plate 10 are the same as those of the cross section of the well body 1, an opening 15 is formed in the partition plate 10, and the central line of the opening 15 and the central line of the water inlet are located on the same vertical plane;
the frame support 13 is arranged right below the opening 15, the frame support 13 is fixedly connected with the partition plate 10 through a support rod 12, and a through hole for the long connecting rod to pass through is formed in the frame support 13;
the container device comprises a container wall 4, a rubber ring 6, a container support rod 7, pervious concrete 5 and a long connecting rod 9, wherein the container wall 4 is cylindrical, the top position of the container wall 4 is lower than the lowest position of a water inlet and an overflow port, the outer diameter of the container wall 4 is larger than the diameter of an opening 15, the inner diameter of the container wall 4 is the same as the diameter of the opening 15 and the diameter of a pipe orifice of a cutoff port, the rubber ring 6 is sleeved outside the container wall 4 and positioned at the bottom of the container wall 4, the rubber ring 6 plays a role in sealing, the container support rod 7 is arranged in the container wall 4 and positioned at the bottom of the container wall 4, and the pervious; the spring 8 is sleeved outside the long connecting rod 9 and is positioned between the container supporting rod 7 and the bracket 13.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the rainwater entering the well body 1 from the water inlet pipe 2 directly flows to the intercepting pipe 14 through the opening 15 on the partition plate 10 to be discharged and discharged to finish the drainage of the initial rainwater when the water amount of the rainwater is smaller and dirtier at the early stage of rainfall;
after the rainfall in the later period is increased, the parabolic horizontal distance of free outflow of water flowing in the well from the water inlet pipe 2 is increased until the water falls into the container wall 4, the water permeating speed of the pervious concrete 5 at the bottom of the container wall 4 is low, the water level in the container wall 4 is quickly raised, the gravity of the container device is gradually increased, so that the compression spring 8 of the container device is moved downwards until the bottom of the container wall 4 blocks the opening 15 (as shown in fig. 5), most of rainwater flows out of the overflow pipe 3 in an overflow mode after the opening 15 is blocked, and then the rainwater enters the water storage system to be collected, and a small amount of rainwater slowly permeates through the pervious concrete 5 and then flows into the intercepting pipe 14 to be discharged; the rainfall in the later stage of rainfall is reduced, the container device can not be reset in time, cleaner rainwater in the well body 1 can still continuously flow out of the overflow pipe 3 to the water storage system within a certain period of time, when the rainfall is reduced until the rainwater does not flow out of the overflow port, the rainwater in the well body 1 can only slowly seep down in a permeation mode through the pervious concrete 5, the gravity of the container device which continuously flows away along with the rainwater in the container wall 4 is gradually reduced, when the gravity of the container device is smaller than the elastic force of the spring 8, the container device is reset under the action of the spring 8 (as shown in figure 4), and residual rainwater outside the container wall 4 in the well body 1 is discharged into the shutoff pipe 14 through the opening 15 and flows away, so that preparation is made for next rainwater collection.
In summary, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the rainwater collection well is designed according to the characteristics that the initial rainwater is less dirty and the later rainwater is cleaner, can realize the drainage of the initial dirty rainwater and the continuous collection of the later cleaner rainwater, and can still continuously collect certain rainwater when the later rainwater is less, so that the drainage flow of the later rainwater is reduced, and the resources are saved. The invention has important significance for promoting the rainwater utilization of sponge city construction and green buildings.
(2) The invention has simple structure, can automatically operate without external force drive, is convenient to maintain and has low investment cost.
(3) The invention has no special requirements on the shape and the structure of the abandoned flow well, and the integrated device or equipment manufactured by new and old abandoned flow wells, covered plate closed or open abandoned flow wells, bricks, concrete or other materials can be easily transformed into the structure of the invention, the construction is convenient, and the universality is wider.
