The working principle is as follows: in the using process, firstly, the driving device is started, the driving device drives the screw rod 2 to rotate, the screw rod 2 drives the rotating gear 4 to rotate, the rotating gear 4 drives the moving rod 7 to move in the guide rail frame 6 through the moving rod 5, so that the rubber air bag 9 can be extruded or released, the shape of the rubber air bag is deformed, when the moving rod 7 extrudes gas downwards, the rubber air bag 9 contracts, the size of the rubber air bag is reduced, the clamping plates 10 are driven to be close to each other, an object is clamped and taken, the action of the driving disk 8 is matched, the rubber air bag can rotate after the object is clamped and taken, after the packing is finished, the screw rod 3 rotates reversely, the rotating gear 4 drives the moving rod 7 to move upwards through the moving guide rod 5, so that the rubber air bag 9 is released, the size of the rubber air bag returns to the original state, the three clamping plates 10 are far away from each other to release the packed object, and the winding device 15 moves upwards under the action of the toothed plate 13, leave the packing platform, prepare for packing operation next time, at this in-process, when the carriage release lever 7 downstream, pass through gas jet system 11 blowout with gas in the rubber air bag 9, gas can spout the surperficial dust of article and impurity away to the quality of packing has been improved.
To sum up, this utilize volume change to press from both sides the packing apparatus who gets article to its winding packing, through getting back rotation to article clamp, recycle wind 15 and twine the packing to it to realize the effect of automatic packing.
