the slitting mechanism (1) comprises support frames (11), connecting rods (12), a first motor (13), a first chain wheel (14), a second chain wheel (15), a first transmission gear (16), a second transmission gear (17), a connecting plate (18), a slitting rotating shaft (19), a rotating gear shaft (110), a pressing shaft (111), a support shaft (112), a cylinder (113), a guide rod (114), a blade (115), a blade shield (116) and a driving rotating shaft (117), wherein the two support frames (11) are vertically and oppositely arranged, the two support frames (11) are fixedly connected through the connecting rods (12), two ends of the connecting rods (12) are respectively fixed with the side surfaces of the support frames (11), the first motor (13), the first transmission gear (16), the second transmission gear (17), the connecting plate (18), the slitting rotating shaft (19), the rotating gear shaft (110), the pressing shaft (111) and the driving rotating shaft (117) are arranged between the two support frames (11), the pressing shaft (111) and the supporting shaft (112) are sequentially installed from top to bottom, two ends of the supporting shaft (112) are fixed on the side surface of the supporting frame (11), the supporting shaft (112) is as high as the rotating gear shaft (110), the two cylinders (113) are fixed on the side surface between the supporting frames (11), the bottom ends of the cylinders (113) are connected with the guide rods (114), the bottom ends of the guide rods (114) are respectively fixed with the pressing shaft (111), the blade shield (116) is installed on the outer surface of the blade (115), and the driving rotating shaft (117), the rotating gear shaft (110) and the supporting shaft (112) are sequentially installed from left to right;
the longitudinal cutting mechanism (2) comprises a baffle (21), a connecting block (22), a sliding rod (23), a horizontal sliding plate (24), a sliding block (25), an L-shaped fixing frame (26), a vertical sliding plate (27), a longitudinal cutting knife (28) and a conveying roller (29), wherein the baffle (21) is arranged between the supporting frames (11), two ends of the baffle (21) are fixed with the side surfaces of the supporting frames (11), a plurality of grooves are formed in the baffle (21), the conveying roller (29) is arranged between the supporting frames (11), and the upper surface of the conveying roller (29) is as high as the upper surface of the baffle (21);
the extrusion mechanism (3) comprises an extrusion box body (31), a second motor (32), a third transmission gear (33), a fourth transmission gear (34), an extrusion roller (35), a discharge plate (36), a clamping plate (37) and a support rod (38), extrusion box (31) fixed mounting is between support frame (11), second motor (32) and squeeze roll (35) are all installed inside extrusion box (31), extrusion box (31) internally mounted transfer roller (29), it runs through inside extrusion box (31) and installs in transfer roller (29) below to arrange flitch (36) one end, it passes through bracing piece (38) to arrange flitch (36) other end and connects, it installs to arrange flitch (36) slope, cardboard (37) are vertical to be installed and are arranged flitch (36) upper surface, bracing piece (38) one end is connected with row flitch (36) bottom, bracing piece (38) other end is fixed at extrusion box (31) side surface.
