s101, placing the glass slide on the support 100, and adjusting the limiting assembly 210 through the adjusting assembly 220 to enable the glass slide to be in an inclined state with the front face facing upwards;
s102, washing the glass slide by using a washing liquid;
s103, adjusting the limiting component 210 through the adjusting component 220 to enable the glass slide to be in an inclined state with the reverse side facing upwards;
and S104, washing the glass slide by using a washing liquid.
According to the method for washing the glass slide in the embodiment, the glass slide is regulated to the inclined state with the front side facing upwards through the regulating assembly 220, then washing is carried out, then the glass slide is regulated to the inclined state with the back side facing upwards through the regulating assembly 220, and then washing is carried out, so that the front side and the back side of the glass slide can be conveniently washed by the washing liquid, and by using the method for washing the glass slide in the embodiment, the glass slide is washed more cleanly.
In particular, the method for washing the slide glass in this embodiment can be applied to an immunofluorescence assay (IFA) experiment, since the degree of binding of antigen and antibody in the indirect immunofluorescence assay has a very important influence on the success or failure of the experiment, the reaction between the antibody in the sample to be tested and the antigen adsorbed on the slide glass, the reaction between the specific antibody and the antigen present in the sample, and the immunoglobulin not bound to the antigen need to be removed in the washing step, i.e., in the washing step, the slide glass needs to be washed and soaked with a washing solution. After washing, the antigen-antibody complex was reacted with fluorescein-labeled anti-human globulin, and the result was observed by immunofluorescence microscopy. By the aid of the method for washing the glass slide, the front side and the back side of the glass slide can be conveniently washed by the washing liquid, and by the aid of the method for washing the glass slide in the embodiment, the glass slide is washed more cleanly, and success rate and accuracy of indirect immunofluorescence experiments are improved.
It should be noted that, in the method for washing a slide glass in this embodiment, the order of the steps is not limited, and in some embodiments, the step S103 may be performed first, and then the step S101 may be performed, that is, the back side of the slide glass is washed first, and then the front side of the slide glass is washed, and in addition, if the slide glass is placed on the rack 100 in an inclined state, the position of the slide glass only needs to be adjusted once, that is, only one of the steps S101 and S103 needs to be performed.
It should be noted that the inclined state in which the slide glass is right-side-up in the present embodiment refers to a state in which a plurality of slide glasses are right-side-up, not only one fixed inclined state, and similarly, the inclined state in which the slide glass is reverse-side-up in the present embodiment refers to a state in which a plurality of slide glasses are reverse-side-up, not only one fixed inclined state.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
