Abstract

本发明公开了用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置,包括转接环和可拆卸固定安装在转接环上的若干个接骨板,所述接骨板上设置有进钉角度可调的锁定螺钉。本发明所述的用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置具有如下有益效果:设置有可塑性形的接骨板,接骨板能够根据髌骨表面形状改变自身形状,从而使接骨板与髌骨表面相匹配,以减少接骨板固定在体内对周围组织的磨损;设置在接骨板上的锁定螺钉可根据实际情况自由调整进钉角度,从而避开骨折线,实现对骨折骨块的精准固定,特别适合复杂、粉碎性髌骨骨折的复位与固定,有效解决复杂粉碎性髌骨骨折复位及固定困难的临床难题;锁定螺钉自身的钉尾上也设置有螺纹,有效增强了接骨板与髌骨的连接牢固强度,防止脱钉事故发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于髌骨骨折的医疗器械领域,具体涉及用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置。
背景技术
髌骨是人体最大的籽骨,是膝关节的重要组成部分,可以传导并增强股四头肌收缩力量,是重要的伸膝装置之一,是膝关节的重要组成部分。
髌骨骨折属于关节内骨折,目前治疗髌骨骨折的方法主要有克氏针张力带固定、髌骨抓固定、空心钉张力带固定及Cable-pin 内固定系统等,虽然治疗方法多种多样,但是上述现有方法普遍存在固定覆盖面小,对骨块的复位有偏差、不准确,以及固定不牢固、不稳定等问题,尤其对于复杂的、粉碎性髌骨骨折无法进行准确、牢固的固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述背景技术中的问题而提供一种用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置,其结构详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
本发明提供的用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置,包括转接环和可拆卸固定安装在转接环上的若干个接骨板,所述接骨板上设置有进钉角度可调的锁定螺钉,所述接骨板具有可塑性,所述转接环上的接骨板的个数可调,所述接骨板上设置有多个螺孔,还有与螺孔配合的进钉角度可调的锁定螺钉,所述转接环上的接骨板的个数可调,所述接骨板的锁定螺钉的进钉角度可调。
作为本案的重要设计,所述锁定螺钉的进钉角度的调节范围是0-15度。
作为本案的优化设计,所述锁定螺钉具有钉体和钉尾,所述钉体和钉尾上均设置有螺纹。
作为本案的优化设计,所述接骨板上设置有若干个万向锁定螺孔,所述锁定螺钉通过其钉尾上的螺纹固定在万向锁定螺孔中。
作为本案的优化设计,所述转接环上设置有若干个连接螺孔,所述锁定螺钉通过其钉尾和钉身上的螺纹将转接环、接骨板固定连接。
作为本案的优化设计,所述接骨板的厚度为 1.5-2 毫米。
本发明所述的用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置具有如下有益效果:
1、设置有可塑性形的接骨板,接骨板能够根据髌骨表面形状改变自身形状,从而使接骨板与髌骨表面相匹配,以减少接骨板固定在体内对周围组织的磨损;
2、设置在接骨板上的锁定螺钉可根据实际情况自由调整进钉角度,从而避开骨折线,实现对骨折骨块的精准固定,特别适合复杂、粉碎性髌骨骨折的复位与固定,有效解决复杂粉碎性髌骨骨折复位及固定困难的临床难题;
3、锁定螺钉自身的钉尾上也设置有螺纹,有效增强了接骨板与髌骨的连接牢固强度,防止脱钉事故发生。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
参见图1-图2所示,本发明提供的用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置,包括转接环1和可拆卸固定安装在转接环1上的若干个接骨板2,接骨板2的数量是根据骨折线类型决定的。
参见图1-图2所示,接骨板2上设置有进钉角度可调的锁定螺钉3,这样设计可根据实际情况自由调整进钉角度,从而避开骨折线,实现对骨折骨块的精准固定,特别适合复杂、粉碎性髌骨骨折的复位与固定,有效解决复杂粉碎性髌骨骨折复位及固定困难的临床难题。
优选的,锁定螺钉3的进钉角度的调节范围是0-15度,以图5为例,图5中的锁定螺钉3上方的竖直线表示锁定螺钉3在初始位置时的中心轴线,此时,该竖直线垂直于接骨板2的上表面,以该竖直线为基准向任意方向(包括但不限于该竖直线的左右、前后两侧)倾斜15度的范围即为锁定螺钉3的进钉角度的调节范围,在图5中只示出了位于竖直线左右两侧的调节范围。
进钉角度可调的方式之一是在接骨板2上设置万向锁定螺孔21,如图2所示,锁定螺钉3旋转插接在万向锁定螺孔21中。
转接环1、接骨板2以及锁定螺钉3均采用医用钛合金材料制作,医用钛合金材料与人体组织相容性好,可减少人体的异物排异反应。
如图3所示,转接环1上设置有若干个连接螺孔11,锁定螺钉3螺旋穿接连接螺孔11和万向锁定螺孔21将转接环1、接骨板2可拆卸固定连接起来。
如图4所示,锁定螺钉3具有顶钉体和钉尾32,顶钉体和钉尾32上均设置有螺纹,这样设计,可增强接骨板2与髌骨以及接骨板2与转接环1的连接牢固强度,提高复杂粉碎性髌骨骨折手术成功率,减少因复位固定不良导致的并发症的发生,而且操作简单方便,耗时少,不需加用石膏等外固定,可早期进行功能锻炼,减少关节僵硬等并发症的发生。
接骨板2的厚度为 1.5-2 毫米,这样设计,可通过手指按压接骨板2使其发生形变,从而使接骨板2具备可塑性形的功能,确保接骨板2能够根据髌骨表面形状改变自身形状,使接骨板2与髌骨表面相匹配,以减少接骨板2固定在体内对周围组织的磨损。

1.用于髌骨骨折的接骨装置,其特征在于:包括转接环和可拆卸固定安装在转接环上的若干个接骨板,所述接骨板具有可塑性,所述接骨板能够根据髌骨表面形状改变自身形状,所述接骨板上设置有进钉角度可调的锁定螺钉,所述转接环上的接骨板的个数可调,所述接骨板上设置有多个螺孔,还有与螺孔配合的进钉角度可调的锁定螺钉,所述锁定螺钉的进钉角度的调节范围是0-15度,所述锁定螺钉具有钉体和钉尾,所述钉体和钉尾上均设置有螺纹,所述接骨板上设置有若干个万向锁定螺孔,所述锁定螺钉通过其钉尾上的螺纹固定在万向锁定螺孔中,所述转接环上设置有若干个连接螺孔,所述锁定螺钉通过其钉尾和钉身上的螺纹将转接环、接骨板固定连接,所述接骨板的厚度为1.5-2毫米。
