The CT scanning frame comprises a bearing, a bearing shell and a bearing inner ring, wherein the bearing comprises a bearing outer ring and a bearing inner ring; the fixed bracket is connected with the bearing; the rotating bracket is sleeved on the bearing; the fixed support is connected with the bearing inner ring, and the rotating support is connected with the bearing outer ring. The invention solves the technical problem of occupied area of the CT scanning frame caused by the fact that a fixing support of the conventional CT scanning frame is fixed with an outer ring of a bearing, and the connecting mode needs to be matched with a large-size fixing support.

Background
A conventional CT (computed tomography) scanning system comprises a gantry (containing a rotatable X-ray source and an X-ray detector inside), a scanning bed (containing a bed board capable of moving horizontally for supporting a patient to be scanned), an operation console (providing a user operation interface, receiving and storing scanning data, reconstructing and displaying CT tomographic images), and some auxiliary systems. During scanning, the scanning frame is fixed on the ground to perform rotor static axial scanning or rotation to perform spiral scanning, a patient lies on the scanning bed horizontally, and the bed plate of the scanning bed supports the patient to perform horizontal movement.
At present, a large-aperture bearing is mostly adopted by CT equipment in the market as a rotary driving device, an inner ring of the bearing and a CT rotating assembly are fixed together, the bearing inner ring and the CT rotating assembly are driven to rotate around the circle center of the bearing by adopting a belt transmission mode or other transmission modes, and an outer ring of the bearing and a fixed support are fixed together. The invention mainly aims to provide a CT scanning frame, a scanner and a scanning device, which aim to solve the technical problem of occupied area of the CT scanning frame caused by the fact that a fixing support of a conventional CT scanning frame is fixed with an outer ring of a bearing and the connecting mode needs to be matched with a large-size fixing support.

With the popularity of CT scanning devices, more and more hospitals begin to use such devices.
In order to reduce the corresponding construction cost and the requirement for the site, the time and the site for equipment configuration are saved. A need exists for a reduction in volume for conventional CT scanners and/or their structural components.
The invention provides a CT scanning frame/scanner, which can effectively reduce the space size and the weight of a fixed support by fixing a scanning frame fixed support and a bearing inner ring together, thereby greatly reducing the appearance size, the weight and the floor area of the CT scanner. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotating bracket 3 is connected with the fixed bracket 4 through the bearing; the rotating bracket 3 is provided with a limiting groove for clamping and fixing the bearing outer ring 2; in a further preferred embodiment of the present application, the fixing bracket 4 is provided with a fixing protrusion for structural connection with the bearing inner race. The arrangement of the limiting groove of the rotating support 3 and the fixing protrusion on the fixing support 4 is convenient for the CT scanning frame and/or the CT scanner to align between the connecting structures in the installation process, so that the installation accuracy of the CT scanning frame and/or the CT scanner is improved.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing bracket 4 includes a base and a mounting plate, and the mounting plate is disposed on the base and connected to the bearing inner ring 1 of the bearing. 5. The CT gantry of claim 4, wherein the fixing support is provided with a fixing protrusion for structural connection with the bearing inner ring.
6. The CT gantry of claim 2, wherein the fixed support comprises a base and a mounting plate disposed on the base and coupled to the bearing inner race of the bearing.
7. The CT gantry of claim 6, wherein the base includes an L-shaped frame support and a rib brace.
8. A CT scanner comprising a CT gantry according to any of claims 2 to 7.
9. A CT scanning device comprising a CT gantry according to any of claims 2 to 7.
