Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种数据传输方法、通信装置、存储介质及程序产品,网络设备不再局限于仅为BL/CE UE分配窄带内的RB,而是也可以为BL/CE UE分配窄带之外的RB,从而使得网络设备为BL/CE UE分配的资源更加灵活。这样,当网络设备在一个子帧内为BL/CE UE分配的资源时,可以降低系统带宽内剩余资源中、且不能被传统UE所使用的碎片资源的数量,从而可以使剩余资源能够最大化的被其他传统UE使用,提高了系统资源利用率。
