Abstract

Detailed Description
The invention aims to provide a flash bad block automatic repair system and method for Internet of things equipment, which can realize automatic repair of the flash bad block in the running process of the Internet of things equipment, and improve the stability and service life of the equipment.
As shown in fig. 1, the flash bad block automatic repair system of the internet of things equipment in the invention is composed of the internet of things equipment, a cloud server (or an operator network) and a management background.

c. the management background or the cloud server judges the influence of the bad blocks according to the information such as the position of the bad blocks of the flash of the equipment, and if the safety operation of the equipment is influenced, an OTA upgrading instruction is issued to the equipment of the Internet of things;
d. the OTA equipment completes OTA upgrading according to the command of the cloud server or the management post-Ethernet, the flash partition with the bad block is erased in the upgrading process, the bad block is skipped to be written into a new partition mirror image, and therefore abnormal running of the software of the OTA equipment caused by the mirror image with the bad block is avoided.
In the step c, an auxiliary decision can be made through big data or existing experience, and the flash repair time of the internet of things equipment is controlled, so that the influence on the work of the internet of things in the recovery process of the internet of things equipment can be avoided or reduced.

and the server device is used for issuing an OTA upgrading instruction to the Internet of things device when judging that the bad block affects the safe operation of the Internet of things device according to the received bad block information.
