Abstract
The invention discloses a cable anti-abrasion protection device, which is mainly used for anti-abrasion protection of a cabin-penetrating through hole part of an aircraft or ground equipment cable. The protected cable (1) is wrapped in the middle of the split type protective body (2), and then the split type protective body (2) is locked by the spiral clamp (8) and is tightly attached to the protected cable (1). Meanwhile, a device for preventing the spiral clamp (8) from dropping off under the vibration condition to cause the split type protection body (2) to drop off is arranged, and the effectiveness and the reliability of the whole protection device are ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cable protection, in particular to a cable abrasion-proof protection device.
Background
The cabin body of the aircraft or the ground equipment has a large number of control cables or power supply cables, the large number of cables sometimes need to penetrate through the whole or partial cabin body structure, and the cabin body is spliced by adopting a segmented structure for the preparation of the structure or other functional requirements, so that a large number of cable cabin penetrating holes exist. Cables need to be run through these holes to other cabin locations. The embodiment of the invention provides a cable anti-abrasion protection device, which is mainly used for anti-abrasion protection of a cabin-penetrating through hole part of an aircraft or ground equipment cable. As shown in fig. 1, the cable abrasion-proof protection device includes a split type protection body 2, a stop arm 3, an anti-drop limiting snap ring 4, a locking screw 5, a locking wire snap ring 6, a locking wire hole 7, a spiral clamp 8, and a locking groove 9.
The split type protective body 2 is two arc-shaped or cable-shaped structure bodies with anti-abrasion and anti-collision protection effects, corners are subjected to chamfering treatment, and the materials are metal or nonmetal.
The protected cable 1 is wrapped in the split type protective body 2, and the split type protective body 2 is positioned at a through hole of the protected cable 1 penetrating through the cabin body partition board when in use.
The spiral clamps 8 are two groups and are respectively sleeved at two ends of the split type protection body 2, and the spiral clamps 8 are locked by the locking screw rods 5, so that the split type protection body 2 is tightly attached to the protected cable 1.
