Description
The invention relates to a device for receiving individual electrical cables in the form of an electrically conductive umman to protect electrical systems against electromagnetic Disturbances, especially overvoltages and lightning effects, for use in aircraft, the sheathing with a discharge point ten is connected and in their end areas sockets as Connection elements for receiving the casing and a tension Has element for fixation.
In aircraft, there are a large number in a relatively narrow space electrical devices with very different useful signals and Interference sensitivity arranged, the possibility mutual interference must be reliably switched off protection at the same time against lightning strikes to exclude the risk of electronic equipment.
For this reason, the electrical connection lines, in particular also entire cable harnesses, with shields made of elec trically conductive material and these each to the Ends with the housings of the electrical devices or with in connected to these specially provided ground lines.
The problem with the lines used in the aircraft is that the insulation for weight reasons from a relatively thin There is a coating and thus the risk of damage by a surrounding shield. This must also be taken into account that the individual lines taken due to vibrations and movements within the shield are particularly at risk.
Profile hoses for mechanical protection are already out of the DE-PS 29 08 337 known.
The main patent is therefore the task solved to create a continuous closed shield, the for the damage-free reception of individual electrical Lines serves and the present conditions in flight testify with relatively thin-coated insulated cables considered.
According to the main patent, the solution to this problem is that the casing is designed as a profile tube and that a plastic ge between the profile hose and the lines braid is arranged as abrasion protection.
The plastic braid creates an effective scour protection, without which the insulating sheathing of the cables especially when vibrations occur on the metallic Bumps of the hose would rub, causing damage to the Cables could lead. In terms of production technology, the braid can only be used if from the finished delivered Braid previously cut to length will. It was found that the individual fibers of the braid tes as a result of internal prestressing on the cut surfaces Untangling tend. This requires special measures to Avoiding unbundling. Since pushing the Braid immediately to an increase in the braid diameter leads, it is not possible to braid the profile hoses to insert. Rather, the braid is introduced into a profile hose is only possible by pulling it in. Furthermore has It has been shown that the individual plastics from which the Braid can exist, differentiated under thermal stress behavior. This results in the usual thermoplastics Significant declines in temperatures from around 100 ° C Strength.
The invention is therefore based on the object of the main patent in such a way that the scouring protection can be easily inserted into the manufacturing process, the Manufacturing costs of the lines can be significantly reduced.
This task is carried out in a generic device protection against abrasion through the characteristic features of the Claim 1 solved.
It is particularly advantageous that the assembly of the Device smoothly in a series production process inserts.
Advantageous further developments of the invention are given in claims 2 to 7.

Fig. 2 die Einzelheit II nach Fig. 1. Fig. 2 shows the detail II of FIG. 1.
Fig. 1 shows schematically a wiring harness 1 , which is provided at two ends with connection elements 2 and 3 . The wiring harness consists of a large number of electrical lines combined into one strand. In the example shown, the cable harness is used to connect devices of an electrical system in an aircraft, not shown here. To protect against electromagnetic interference, especially against overvoltages, such as can occur as a result of lightning strikes, the cable harness 1 is surrounded by a shield, which consists of a flexible metallic profile tube 4 . By way of the branching element 6, the wire harness 1 in two separately extending shielded partial strands 7 and divides 8 positioned, wherein the profile tube of the partial strand 8 is fixed at its end by a formed as a clamp clamping element 9 and connected to ground. The profile hose 4 is composed of several partial elements 10, to 13, 10 and 11 of which the elements by means of a clamping element 14 together amount to be observed. The sub-element 10 of the profile hose 4 is angled by 90 ° near the connection element 3 by means of a molded part 15 .
Fig. 2 zeigt die Einzelheit II nach Fig. 1. Fig. 2 shows the detail II of Fig. 1. Here the wall thickness of the profile tube 12 appears in an enlarged view. Furthermore, the picture shows the partial strand 8 and an abrasion protection 101 arranged between the profile hose 12 and the partial strand 8 . The abrasion protection 101 is designed as a hose. This ensures that the lines of the part strand 8 can be easily inserted or retracted into the profile hose 12 previously provided with the abrasion protection 101 . In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the abrasion protection 101 is made of a suitable fiber material, its diameter being stabilized in such a way that it is largely independent of any longitudinal forces which may occur. Since the device should also function at higher temperatures, glass, ceramic and mineral fibers in particular are suitable as materials.
In the case of a tubular shear protection 101 made of fiber material, the required stabilization of the diameter can be achieved in that the fibers or fiber strands are connected to one another by appropriate textile technology measures. This can be done, for example, by knitting or weaving.
A simple tubular braid that unites in itself has unstable diameter, a predetermined ten fixed diameter that the fiber in question hose with a suitable binder, for example with Silicone rubber, is impregnated. Silicone rubber draws is characterized by excellent temperature resistance.
The abrasion protection 101 expediently has a low coefficient of friction compared to the lines 8 and the profile hose 12 . It is therefore envisaged that the fiber tube is impregnated with a binder that has a low coefficient of friction.
If the material behavior is less the temperature behavior rather than cost considerations play a role, instead of le of the aforementioned temperature-resistant fibers also common Textile fibers or synthetic fibers are used.
It is also conceivable that a suitable plastic hose is used as abrasion protection 101 . Even in the case of a plastic hose, different materials can be considered depending on the requirements. Here, a conceivable configuration is that the abrasion protection 101 is designed as a shrink tube.
