Claims (10)

1. A wire harness shielding wire production apparatus, comprising:

The shielded wire producing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the winding member includes: a plurality of support rods (241) fixed to the table (21); a bearing plate (242) installed at a top position of the plurality of support bars (241); a rotating shaft (243) vertically and rotatably penetrates through the plate body of the bearing plate (242) and is rotatably connected with the bearing plate (242); a disc (244) which is fixed at the position of the bottom penetrating end of the rotating shaft (243) and the fixed point of which is the center point of the disc body; and the driving motor (245) is arranged at the top of the bearing plate (242) and is assembled with the top penetrating end of the rotating shaft (243) through a transmission piece, wherein the clamping piece is movably arranged at the bottom of the disc (244).

The harness shielded wire production apparatus as set forth in claim 2, wherein the clamp member includes: a mounting groove (31) opened at the bottom position of the disc (244); the mounting block (32) can be connected in the mounting groove (31) in a sliding manner and is matched with the mounting groove (31); one end of the top pressure spring (33) is fixed with the inner wall of the mounting groove (31), and the other end of the top pressure spring is fixed with the side wall of the mounting block (32); the adjusting block (34) is movably arranged at the bottom of the mounting block (32); the outer ring is fixed on a bearing (35) at the bottom of the adjusting block (34); and the clamp body is fixed with the inner ring of the bearing (35), wherein the adjusting block (34) is movably arranged on the mounting block (32) through a vertical adjusting piece.

The harness shielding wire production apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the clip body comprises: a first jaw (361); a second jaw (362); and a base body (363) fixed with the inner ring of the bearing (35) and connecting the first clip (361) and the second clip (362), a horizontal shaft body (364) is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the seat body (363), the first clamping piece (361) and the second clamping piece (362) are oppositely arranged, and the top of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are rotatably connected on the horizontal shaft body (364), a torsion spring (365) is sleeved on the horizontal shaft body (364), two ends of the torsion spring (365) are respectively abutted against the first clamping piece (361) and the second clamping piece (362), fixing plates (366) are fixed to the tops of the first clamping plate (361) and the second clamping plate (362), strip grooves (367) are symmetrically and vertically formed in the plate bodies of the two fixing plates (366), the strip grooves (367) penetrate through the strip grooves (367) respectively, and adjusting screws (368) are connected with the side wall of the seat body (363) in a threaded mode.

The wire harness shielding wire production apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary regulating member includes: a slip ring (51) fixed on the limiting hole (23) in a sleeved mode; an annular inner groove (52) formed in the limiting hole (23); and the rolling balls are movably connected with the inner groove (52), the outer side of the slip ring (51) is provided with a round angle, and a wire harness shielding wire penetrates through the limiting hole (23) on one side and penetrates out of the limiting hole (23) on the other side.
