and the microscopic image authorization unit is used for sending the microscopic images authorized by the fermented bean curd manufacturer to the microscopic image code spraying equipment of the bottle cap manufacturer and the packaging box printing manufacturer before the bottle cap of the fermented bean curd can is produced by the bottle cap manufacturer and before the packaging box body of the fermented bean curd is produced by the printing factory.
Further, the association unit 20 further includes: a first judgment unit and a second judgment unit;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether all data corresponding to bottle cap codes of single fermented bean curd bottles in the box body are bound;
and the second judgment unit is used for judging whether the number of the obtained outer container codes which are not bound with the stack codes reaches a threshold value.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps:

the information docking unit is used for docking the tracing information of the fermented bean curd products with an ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system of fermented bean curd production enterprises, and ensuring that all the ERP systems of the fermented bean curd production enterprises can be docked and interacted with the tracing query instruction;
the data backup unit is used for communicating all data of the fermented bean curd products with a government food traceability platform system, and backing up the data to a local platform system so as to ensure that a local government can effectively supervise the fermented bean curd products and fermented bean curd manufacturers;
the query record and original data storage unit is used for storing the digital fingerprints of the query instruction and the original data which are traced back each time into the block chain, so that the query record and the original data are ensured to be traceable; and the truthfulness and credibility of each party of data are ensured by depending on the tamper-proof characteristic of the block chain and the existence certification mechanism of the timestamp, and the data abuse is avoided.

1. A quality management method of fermented bean curd products is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a bottle cap code of a single fermented bean curd bottle product;
giving first product source tracing information of the single preserved beancurd bottle products to the bottle cap codes, and chaining in a block chain mode; the first traceability information of the product comprises one or more of product production information, logistics information and distribution information;
acquiring bottle cap codes of a plurality of single fermented bean curd bottle products in a box body, and binding the bottle cap codes of the single fermented bean curd bottle products with corresponding traceability information;
acquiring an outer box code of the box body;
binding the outer box code of the box body with the bottle cap codes of all single fermented bean curd bottle products in the box body;
giving first traceability information of all fermented bean curd products in the box body to the outer box code, and chaining the first traceability information in a block chain mode;
and binding a plurality of outer box codes of the box bodies with the stack codes.
2. The quality management method of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, wherein the bottle cap code and the outer box code are microscopic images, and the microscopic unit image comprises a plurality of micron-sized quantum dots which are arranged at intervals.
3. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, further comprising, before the step of obtaining the bottle cap code of the single bottle of fermented bean curd products:
when a bottle cap factory produces a bottle cap of a fermented bean curd can, code spraying is carried out on the bottle cap of the fermented bean curd can by using microscopic image code spraying equipment authorized by a fermented bean curd manufacturer, and the bottle cap code contains second traceability information of a product;
when a printing factory produces the packaging box body of the fermented bean curd, code spraying is carried out on the packaging box body of the fermented bean curd by using microscopic image code spraying equipment authorized by a fermented bean curd manufacturer, and the outer box code contains second traceability information of a product;
and the second traceability information of the product comprises one or more of the name of the fermented bean curd product, the packaging specification of the product and the related information of the enterprise.
4. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, further comprising, before the outer box code of the acquisition box:
judging whether all data corresponding to bottle cap codes of the single fermented bean curd bottle products in the box body are bound; if yes, acquiring an outer box code of the box body; and if not, scanning the bottle cap codes of the single fermented bean curd bottle products in the box body again.
5. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, wherein before the binding of outer case codes of the plurality of cases with a stack code, the method further comprises:
judging whether the quantity of the obtained outer container codes which are not bound with the stack codes reaches a threshold value or not; if so, binding the outer box codes and the stack codes of the plurality of box bodies; if not, the outer box code of the box body is continuously obtained.
6. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, further comprising:
warehousing the box body bound with the outer box codes and the stack codes, and when the fact that the whole stack is needed to be warehoused is judged, warehousing and registering the whole stack of products corresponding to the stack codes related to the outer box codes according to any outer box code obtained by scanning; and when the scattered boxes are judged to be delivered out of the warehouse, releasing the binding between any outer box code obtained by scanning and the associated stack code, and then performing warehouse entry registration.
7. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, further comprising:
and uploading the first product traceability information of the fermented bean curd products of the same batch to the block chain system according to the uniform timestamp.
8. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring an instruction sent by a user after scanning the bottle cap code and/or the outer container code, and feeding back the product traceability information of the fermented bean curd stored in the block chain to the user terminal according to the instruction.
9. The method for quality control of fermented bean curd products according to claim 1, further comprising:
and obtaining a tracing query instruction sent by enterprise inspectors after scanning the hidden codes, and feeding back the product tracing information of the fermented bean curd stored in the block chain to the user terminal according to the instruction.
