Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the renewal service requires the user to do the service on the spot or through a complicated operation. Taking a hotel room renewal as an example, it can be realized by the following ways: when a hotel room expires, a user typically needs to go to the hotel counter and renew the lease by way of manual handling. However, the manual processing is limited by the number of counters and the manual processing speed, and queuing is likely to be needed when more guests are relegated, so that a lot of time is wasted for the guests; in addition, manual handling is prone to errors, resulting in reduced hotel quality of service.
Through long-term research, the inventor provides an intelligent lease renewing method, an intelligent lease renewing device and electronic equipment, and intelligent lease renewing of a lease unit can be realized through simple operation on intelligent control equipment. This is described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application environment suitable for the embodiment of the present application. The server device 100 is communicatively connected to at least one intelligent control device, such as the intelligent control devices 201 and 202 shown in fig. 1, through a network 300.
The server 100 may be any electronic device running the rental server 110, such as a server, a Personal Computer (PC), a notebook Computer, and the like. It is understood that here 300 may be a local area network or a wide area network. The intelligent control device may be a device capable of controlling the intelligent device, such as an intelligent gateway, an intelligent control panel, and the like. In one example, the intelligent device may be a lighting, floor heating, fresh air system, door and window, door lock, television, floor sweeping robot, air conditioner, curtain, or other intelligent home device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an intelligent lease renewal method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method can be applied to any electronic device with a data processing function, such as the server device 100 shown in fig. 1. The steps involved in the method are explained below.
Step S110, receiving a lease renewal instruction sent by the intelligent control device, where the lease renewal instruction includes identification information of the intelligent control device.
In this embodiment, the intelligent control devices correspond to the rental units one by one, and the server device 100 may store a corresponding relationship between the intelligent control devices and the rental units, where the corresponding relationship may be a data record including identification information of the intelligent control devices and identification information of the rental units. It is to be understood that the identification information in the embodiment of the present application may be an identifier for representing an identity.
The lease renewal instruction may be an instruction issued by the smart control device in response to a triggering operation for the lease unit. For example, taking the intelligent control device 201 as an example, a key used for triggering a lease renewal instruction may be provided on the intelligent control device 201, and the key may be a virtual key or a physical key. The user may perform a trigger operation (e.g., a pressing operation, a clicking operation, etc.) on the key, and when detecting the trigger operation, the smart control device 201 may send a lease renewal instruction including the identification information of the device to the server device 100.
And step S120, determining a leasing unit corresponding to the intelligent control equipment according to the identification information.
Taking the lease renewing instruction sent by the intelligent control device 201 as an example, when receiving the lease renewing instruction, the server device 100 may obtain the identification information in the lease renewing instruction, and look up the corresponding relationship including the identification information by using the identification information as an index, and further obtain the identification information of the lease unit from the found corresponding relationship to determine the lease unit corresponding to the intelligent control device 201.
Step S130, obtaining the identity information of the current user of the leasing unit, and obtaining the current leasing time limit of the current user to the leasing unit according to the identity information.
In this embodiment, the server device 100 records a corresponding relationship between the identification information of the rental unit and the identity information of the current user of the rental unit and the current rental term of the current user. Optionally, the corresponding relationship here may be a data record, that is, a data record that simultaneously contains the identification information of the rental unit, the identity information of the current user, and the current rental term; or two data records, wherein one data record comprises the identification information of the rental unit and the identity information of the current user, and the other data record comprises the identity information of the current user and the current rental term of the rental unit. The present embodiment does not limit this.
Taking the above correspondence as an example of a data record, assuming that the user U1 currently leases the lease unit a and the current lease period is T1, the server device 100 may record a correspondence c 1: [ U1, A, T1 ]. When the user U1 finishes leasing a, the server device 100 may delete the corresponding relationship c 1. Correspondingly, when a new user U2 rents rental unit a, the server device 100 can record another corresponding relationship c 2: [ U2, A, T2 ]. Where T2 represents the current rental term for rental unit A by user U2.
In the case that the correspondence relationship is two data records, after determining the rental unit (for example, a) corresponding to the intelligent control device 201, the server device 100 may find the identity information (for example, U2) of the corresponding current user according to the identification information a of the rental unit. Further, after obtaining the identity information U2 of the current user, it may be determined that the current lease term corresponding to the identity information U2 is T2.
In the case that the corresponding relationship is a data record, after determining the rental unit a corresponding to the intelligent control apparatus 201, the server apparatus 100 can directly obtain the current rental term T2 of the current user U2 for the rental unit a according to the recorded corresponding relationship (e.g., c 2).
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the identity information of the user may be any identifier capable of representing the identity of the user, for example, an identity card number of the user; as another example, account information for the user to log in rental service 110 may be available. The present embodiment does not limit this.
Step S140, if the current lease time limit meets the preset condition, the lease time limit of the current user to the lease unit is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the server device 100 may set a trigger condition for intelligent renewal, that is, the preset condition. For example, the preset condition may be that the duration from the rental term to the current time is less than or equal to the target duration. The target time length can be flexibly set, such as 1 day, two days, one week and the like; for another example, the server device 100 may record member grades of different users, and the target time length may be different according to the member grades of the users.
In the implementation process, after obtaining the current lease time limit of the current user for the lease unit, the service-side device 100 may determine whether the current lease time limit meets a preset condition, if not, the processing may not be performed, and if so, the lease time limit of the current user for the lease unit may be extended, that is, the lease time limit of the current user for the lease unit is extended backward by a preset time. The preset time duration may be a fixed time duration, for example, one to two days; for another example, the average rental duration of the user can be predicted according to the historical rental information of the user, and then the preset duration is determined; for another example, the preset time period may be set differently according to the member level of the user. The present embodiment does not limit this.
By the intelligent lease renewing method provided by the embodiment, the lease renewing operation can be completed only by sending the lease renewing instruction containing the intelligent control equipment identifier on the intelligent control equipment by the user, and the operation of sending the lease renewing instruction is very simple, for example, the user can complete the operation of sending the lease renewing instruction by clicking a one-key lease renewing key on the intelligent control equipment or by performing voice control on the intelligent control equipment.
The intelligent renting method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a house renting scene, such as a hotel room renting scene. Taking the example that the lease unit is a hotel room, the intelligent control device may be disposed in the hotel room, for example, may be an intelligent control panel disposed in the hotel room, and the intelligent control panel may be provided with a lease renewal key, and a user living in the hotel room may perform a lease renewal operation through the lease renewal key.
Referring to fig. 3, the intelligent renting method provided in the embodiment of the present application will be described below by taking an example in which the renting unit is a hotel room and the intelligent control device is an intelligent control panel provided with a renting continuation key.
S310, a lease renewing instruction sent by an intelligent control panel is received, wherein the lease renewing instruction is an instruction triggered by the intelligent control panel in response to an operation aiming at a lease renewing key, and the lease renewing instruction comprises identification information of the intelligent control panel and type information of the operation.
The user may operate a relegation button on the intelligent control panel in the hotel room, the types of the operations are different, the triggered relegation instruction is different, and correspondingly, the relegation processing executed by the server device 100 is also different.
In detail, the intelligent control panel may determine type information of an operation when the operation for the relentless key is detected, and the type information of the operation may be an identifier indicating the type of the operation, for example, an identifier indicating the type of a one-click operation, an identifier indicating the type of a two-click operation, or an identifier indicating the type of a long-press operation. Then, the intelligent control panel may generate a renewal instruction including the identification information and the type information obtained by the intelligent control panel, and send the renewal instruction to the server device 100.
And step S320, determining a target room corresponding to the intelligent control panel according to the identification information.
Wherein a room can be understood as a rental unit. Correspondingly, the target room is a room where the intelligent control panel sending the lease renewing instruction is located, that is, a room corresponding to the identification information in the lease renewing instruction. The detailed implementation process of S320 may refer to the implementation process of determining the rental unit corresponding to the intelligent control device in S120, which is not described herein again.
S330, acquiring the identity information of the current user of the target room, and acquiring the current lease term of the current user to the target room according to the identity information.
The detailed implementation process of S330 is similar to that of S130 described above, and is not described herein again.
S340, if the current lease time limit meets a preset condition, identifying type information in the lease renewal instruction.
Under the condition that the current lease time limit meets the preset condition, the server device 100 may prolong the lease time limit of the current user to the target room, where the specific time length of the prolongation may have different determination manners, and the determination manner of the specific time length corresponds to the operation type of the user for the intelligent control panel. Therefore, the server device 100 may obtain the type information in the lease renewal instruction and identify the type information, so that the specific duration that needs to be extended may be determined according to the manner corresponding to the identification result.
And S350, if the type information is first type information, prolonging the lease time of the current user to the lease unit by a first time length.
In this embodiment, the server device 100 may store a corresponding relationship between the first type information and a first determination manner of the specific duration, where the first determination manner may be to renew the lease according to a default first duration. Here, the first type information may be flexibly set, for example, an identifier (e.g., aaa) indicating the type of the one-click operation in step S310 may be set as the first type information. Correspondingly, when receiving a lease renewing instruction sent by the intelligent control panel, the server device 100 may obtain the content of the field storing the type information of the operation in the lease renewing instruction, and if the obtained content is aaa, may determine that the type of the operation performed by the user for the controllable panel is a single-click operation type, so that the lease time of the current user for the target room may be extended by the first time length according to the determination manner corresponding to the single-click operation type.
Alternatively, the first duration may be flexibly set, for example, it may be a day, two days, or a week, and for example, different first durations may be set according to the membership grade of the user.
So, the user only need click intelligent control panel's the key of reletting, can intelligent completion to the operation of reletting in target room, need not handle on the spot the sales counter, on the one hand, because the simple operation is difficult for makeing mistakes, can improve user experience, on the other hand has practiced thrift the hotel's manpower.
And S360, if the type information is second type information, sending prompt information to the intelligent control equipment, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input lease renewal duration, receiving the lease renewal duration returned by the intelligent control equipment based on the prompt information as second duration, and prolonging the lease duration of the lease unit by the second duration.
The server device 100 may store a corresponding relationship between the second type information and a second determination manner of the specific duration, where the second determination manner may be to prompt the user to input or select a duration of lease renewal, and perform lease renewal according to the duration of lease renewal input or selected by the user.
In detail, the second type information may also be flexibly set, and for example, the above-described identifier for indicating the type of the double-click operation or the identifier for indicating the type of the long press operation may be set as the second type information. For example, when receiving the lease renewal instruction, the server device 100 may obtain the content in the field for storing the type information of the lease renewal instruction, and if the content is the same as the stored second type information, may determine the specific duration that needs to be extended according to a second determination manner corresponding to the second type information. That is, a prompt may be sent to the intelligent control panel.
The prompt message may be words such as "please input duration of relet", "how long you want to relet" and the like, so that the user can input the corresponding duration of relet through a key of the smart control panel or through voice. In addition, the intelligent control panel may display a plurality of lease renewal durations for the user to select, and correspondingly, the prompt information may be, for example, a word such as "please select lease renewal duration" to prompt the user to select the lease renewal duration.
Based on the prompt information, the user may select or input a specific lease duration on the intelligent control panel, the lease duration is sent to the server device 100 by the intelligent control panel, the server device 100 may use the lease duration as a specific duration to be extended, that is, the second duration, and extend the lease duration of the current user to the target room for the second duration.
Optionally, in order to meet the requirement of the user for one-key lease renewal with different lease renewal durations, in this embodiment, the intelligent control panel may be provided with a plurality of lease renewal keys, and the plurality of lease renewal keys correspond to the different lease renewal durations respectively.
Correspondingly, the renewal instruction in S310 may further include a key identifier of a renewal key for triggering the renewal instruction. The server device 100 may store the correspondence between the identifier of the different lease renewal key and the different lease renewal time length. In this case, the server device 100 may further perform the steps shown in fig. 4 to extend the rental term of the target room when determining that the current rental term satisfies the preset condition.
Step S410, acquiring a key identifier in the lease renewal instruction, and determining a lease renewal duration corresponding to the key identifier as a third duration.
In this embodiment, the plurality of relegating keys may be keys specially set on the intelligent control panel, or may be keys existing on the intelligent control panel reused to realize the function of relegating the keys. For example, some smart control panels include nine-grid numeric keys corresponding to numbers 1 to 9, and a corresponding relationship between each numeric key and a lease duration may be established in the smart control panel, for example, the lease duration corresponding to the numeric key "1" is 1 day, the lease duration corresponding to the numeric key "2" is 2 days, and the lease duration corresponding to the numeric key "6" is 6 days. When the user operates the above-mentioned numeric key through a specific operation mode, the intelligent control panel may determine that the operation performed by the user is a lease renewing operation, that is, the user currently uses the numeric key as a lease renewing key, so that a lease renewing instruction including a key identifier of the current numeric key may be generated and sent to the server device 100. It is understood that the lease renewal command may also include identification information of the intelligent control panel, type information of the operation, and the like.
When the server device 100 receives the lease renewal instruction, the lease renewal instruction may be processed through the steps S320 to S330, and when it is determined that the current lease time period satisfies the preset condition through S340, it is detected whether the lease renewal instruction includes the key identifier, if the lease renewal instruction includes the key identifier, the lease renewal duration corresponding to the key identifier may be searched, and the searched lease renewal duration is used as the lease renewal duration required by the current user, that is, the third duration. For example, if the key identification detected from the renewal instruction is "6", the server device 100 may determine that the user needs to extend the rental period of the target room by 6 days.
If the server device 100 detects that the lease renewal instruction does not include the key identifier, the type information of the operation in the lease renewal instruction may be identified, and the process is performed as S350-S360.
Step S420, the rental period of the rental unit is extended by the third duration.
The server device 100 may extend the lease time of the current user for the target room according to the determined third duration, and may prompt the user that the lease is continued successfully after the extension of the lease time is performed. For example, taking the lease renewal instruction including the key identifier "6" as an example, the server device 100 may control the smart control panel to output a prompt message to prompt the user that "you have successfully renewed for 6 days" after the lease duration of the current user for the target room is prolonged by 6 days.
Through the process shown in fig. 4, the user can operate the relegate key on the intelligent control panel by one key, the target room lease time is prolonged intelligently, the operation required by the relegate of the user is simplified, and the user experience is effectively improved.
Considering that some users may need to extend the time for a long time, for example, extend the time for 30 days, this embodiment further provides a renewal operation mode, for example, a renewal key is separately set up outside the numeric key, and a long pressing of the renewal key can trigger a renewal duration input interface of the intelligent control panel, through which the user can input the renewal duration. For example, when the user presses the relet button for a long time, the intelligent control panel prompts the user to input the relet duration, the user inputs 30 digits, the server device 100 extends the lease time of the target room for 30 days, and the intelligent control panel prompts the user to "you have successfully relet for 30 days! ".
In some cases, there may be a case where a user who does not live in a hotel room erroneously operates the relegated key, and therefore, the intelligent control panel may further be provided with a biometric acquisition area to acquire biometric information of the user currently operating the relegated key when the operation of the user on the relegated key is detected, and verify the identity of the user based on the acquired biometric information. Based on this, the intelligent lease renewing method provided by this embodiment may further include the steps shown in fig. 5.
Step S510, acquiring first biometric information in the lease renewal instruction.
In this embodiment, the first biometric information refers to biometric information collected by the intelligent control panel when the relegating key is operated, and may be, for example, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, facial feature information, and the like of a user who operates the relegating key.
Step S520, obtaining second biometric information corresponding to the identity information from the stored biometric information.
The second biometric information refers to biometric information of the user of the rental room acquired in advance. It is understood that the second biometric information is the same type of information as the first biometric information, for example, when the first biometric information is fingerprint information, the second biometric information is also fingerprint information; for another example, when the first biometric information is voiceprint information, the second biometric information is also voiceprint information; for another example, when the first biometric information is iris information, the second biometric information is also iris information.
Step S530, if the first biometric information is consistent with the second biometric information, extending the rental term of the current user for the rental unit.
When the first biometric information determined by the server device 100 is identical to the second biometric information, indicating that the user currently operating the lease renewal key is the user who leases the target room, the lease renewal process may be performed in response to the lease renewal instruction sent by the smart control device, that is, the lease duration of the target room by the current user may be extended according to the steps of S340, S350, S360, S410, S420, and the like.
For example, when the user performs a lease renewal operation on the lease renewal button on the intelligent control panel of the target room, the intelligent control panel may collect the biometric information of the currently operating user, obtain the first biometric information, carry the first biometric information in a lease renewal instruction generated based on the lease renewal operation, and send the lease renewal instruction to the server device 100. The server-side device 100 may, during the process of processing the lease renewal command according to the steps shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, compare the first biometric information and the second biometric information in parallel according to the flow shown in fig. 5, and if the first biometric information and the second biometric information are consistent, extend the lease renewal duration of the current user for the target room according to the determined lease renewal duration. If the two are not consistent, delay processing is not carried out, and the user can be prompted to confirm whether the operation is error operation or not, or the user is prompted to have no operation authority.
In practical application, considering that a user is inconvenient to click a relet key on the intelligent control panel in some scenes in a room, the embodiment can also input the relet duration through voice, and also can realize one-key relet, the user only needs to speak the duration needing to be relet in a voice mode under the voice prompt of the intelligent control panel, and the intelligent control panel can acquire voiceprint information (namely, first biological characteristic information) of the user currently operating and carry the voiceprint information in a relet instruction to send the information to the server-side device 100. If the service-side device 100 recognizes that the voiceprint information in the lease renewal instruction is inconsistent with the voiceprint information (i.e., the second biometric information) stored in the service-side device 100, the intelligent control panel prompts the user to determine whether the operation is a wrong operation or not through voice, or prompts the user that the operation authority is not available; if the voiceprint information in the lease renewal instruction is consistent with the voiceprint information of the server device 100, the lease time can be prolonged.
In some scenarios, in addition to setting the rental term for the room, the rental term may also be set for the smart home devices in the room. In this case, after the rental term of the target room is extended, the life span of the target smart home device may be also extended through the steps of fig. 6. The detailed description is as follows.
And step S610, determining target intelligent household equipment in the target room.
In a possible example, the smart home device corresponding to the target room may be determined according to a pre-stored correspondence between the room and the smart home device, and the determined smart home device is the target smart home device.
In another possible example, an important use of the smart control panel is to control smart home devices in a room where the smart control panel is located. Therefore, the smart control panel will typically maintain a communication connection with the smart home devices in the room, which may be a short-range connection. Based on this, S610 may be implemented by the following process: and acquiring the equipment identifier of the intelligent household equipment currently connected with the intelligent control equipment, and determining the intelligent household equipment with the equipment identifier as target intelligent household equipment. Further, the device identifier of the smart home device currently connected to the smart control device in the short-distance connection mode may be obtained, and the smart home device indicated by the device identifier may be determined as the target smart home device.
