Abstract
The invention provides a logistics monitoring method and a logistics monitoring system based on a block chain, wherein the method comprises the following steps: recording commodity transaction participant and commodity transaction link information on a block chain; according to the logistics monitoring requirement, recording the logistics contract of the commodity and the logistics process information of the commodity in a block chain account book form; and if the commodity is damaged or lost, automatically triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity according to the information recorded in the block chain. In the invention, by introducing the block chain technology, the information is transparent and shared, so that when the commodity is damaged or lost, the complexity of coordinating and solving the price guarantee and claim problem of the commodity by each participant is reduced, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics, in particular to a logistics monitoring method and system based on a block chain.
Background
With the rapid development of the e-commerce, the importance of the logistics industry is increasingly highlighted, for example, the cat twenty-one in 2017 is only a package distributed in one week, and the package volume in 2006 in China is close to the package volume in the whole year. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a block chain-based logistics monitoring method, including: recording commodity transaction participant and commodity transaction link information on a block chain; according to the logistics monitoring requirement, recording the logistics contract of the commodity and the logistics process information of the commodity in a block chain account book form; and if the commodity is damaged or lost, automatically triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity according to the information recorded in the block chain.
Optionally, the commodity transaction participant comprises at least one of: buyer, seller, producer, insurance, supervision platform, and logistics party; the commodity transaction link information at least comprises one of the following information: commodity information, insurance contracts, and trade contracts.
Optionally, automatically triggering the claim settlement process of the commodity according to the information recorded in the blockchain includes: and according to the insurance price information and the commodity transaction information in the logistics contract, the logistics party automatically triggers a claim settlement process for the commodity.

Optionally, the execution module includes at least one of: the first execution unit is used for automatically triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity by the logistics party according to the insurance price information and the commodity transaction information in the logistics contract; and the second execution unit is used for automatically triggering the process of claim settlement of the insurance company on the commodity according to the insurance contract and the commodity transaction information of the commodity.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device, including a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
In the embodiment of the invention, the block chain technology is introduced, so that the information is transparent and shared, the complexity of coordinating and solving the commodity price guarantee and payment problem by each participant is reduced when the commodity is damaged or lost, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.

The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

In this embodiment, a method for monitoring logistics based on a block chain is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, recording commodity transaction participant and commodity transaction link information on a block chain;
step S104, according to logistics monitoring requirements, recording logistics contracts of the commodities and logistics process information of the commodities in a block chain account book mode;
and step S106, if the commodity is damaged or lost, automatically triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity according to the information recorded in the block chain.
In this embodiment, the merchandise transaction participant comprises at least one of: buyer, seller, producer, insurance, supervision platform, and logistics party; the commodity transaction link information at least comprises one of the following information: commodity information, insurance contracts, and trade contracts.
In step S106 of this embodiment, a process of claim settlement of the commodity by the logistic party may be automatically triggered according to the insurance value information and the commodity transaction information in the logistic contract.
In step S106 of this embodiment, a process of claim settlement of the commodity by an insurance company may be automatically triggered according to the insurance contract and the commodity transaction information of the commodity.
In this embodiment, after the customer normally signs the commodity, the automatic settlement of the premium of the logistics contract corresponding to the account may be automatically triggered, and the logistics contract is normally ended.
In the embodiment, by introducing the block chain technology, the information is transparent and shared, so that when the commodity is damaged or lost, the complexity of coordinating and solving the price guarantee and claim issue of the commodity by each participant is reduced, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.

The invention provides an express commodity value protection method based on a block chain.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment mainly includes the following steps:

In this embodiment, a blockchain technique is applied to the created platform to share information, so that all participants can obtain greater insight. The logistics participation related people can know the value of the commodity, so that the distribution of the commodity is completed more carefully; the customer can also know the value of commodity clearly, if damage, the customer can automatically and rapidly apply for claim settlement through the intelligent contract embedded in the block chain by the merchant and the express company. The method can reduce the troublesome process of applying for claim settlement, can also transparentize the transaction of each link, and can prevent the generation of greasiness; the shopping experience of the user is improved.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. As used below, the term "module" or "unit" may implement a combination of software and/or hardware of predetermined functions. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a block chain-based logistics monitoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the system includes a first recording module 10, a second recording module 20, and an execution module 30.
The first recording module 10 is configured to record information of a commodity transaction participant and a commodity transaction link on the block chain.
The second recording module 20 records the logistics contract of the commodity and the logistics process information of the commodity in a block chain account book form according to the logistics monitoring requirement.
The execution module 30 is configured to automatically trigger a claim settlement process of the commodity according to information recorded in the blockchain when the commodity is damaged or lost.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a logistics monitoring system based on a block chain, as shown in fig. 5, where the system includes, in addition to the modules in the above embodiment, the execution module at least one of the following modules: the first execution unit is used for automatically triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity by the logistics party according to the insurance price information and the commodity transaction information in the logistics contract; and the second execution unit is used for automatically triggering the process of claim settlement of the insurance company on the commodity according to the insurance contract and the commodity transaction information of the commodity.
In the present system, the commodity transaction participant comprises at least one of: buyer, seller, producer, insurance, supervision platform, and logistics party; the commodity transaction link information at least comprises one of the following information: commodity information, insurance contracts, and trade contracts.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

1. A logistics monitoring method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
recording commodity transaction participant and commodity transaction link information on a block chain;
according to the logistics monitoring requirement, recording the logistics contract of the commodity and the logistics process information of the commodity in a block chain account book form;
and if the commodity is damaged or lost, triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity according to the information recorded in the block chain.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the merchandise transaction participant comprises at least one of: buyer, seller, producer, insurance, supervision platform, and logistics party; the commodity transaction link information at least comprises one of the following information: commodity information, insurance contracts, and trade contracts.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein automatically triggering a claim process for the good based on information recorded in the blockchain comprises:
and triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity by the logistics party according to the insurance value information and the commodity transaction information in the logistics contract.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein automatically triggering a claim process for the good based on information recorded in the blockchain comprises:
and triggering a claim settlement process of an insurance company on the commodity according to the insurance contract and the commodity transaction information of the commodity.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

6. A block chain-based logistics monitoring system, comprising:

The system of claim 6, wherein the merchandise transaction participant comprises at least one of: buyer, seller, producer, insurance, supervision platform, and logistics party; the commodity transaction link information at least comprises one of the following information: commodity information, insurance contracts, and trade contracts.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the execution module comprises at least one of:
the first execution unit is used for triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity by the logistics party according to the insurance price information and the commodity transaction information in the logistics contract;
and the second execution unit is used for triggering a claim settlement process of an insurance company on the commodity according to the insurance contract and the commodity transaction information of the commodity.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
