step S102, recording commodity transaction participant and commodity transaction link information on a block chain;
step S104, according to logistics monitoring requirements, recording logistics contracts of the commodities and logistics process information of the commodities in a block chain account book mode;
and step S106, if the commodity is damaged or lost, automatically triggering a claim settlement process of the commodity according to the information recorded in the block chain.
In this embodiment, the merchandise transaction participant comprises at least one of: buyer, seller, producer, insurance, supervision platform, and logistics party; the commodity transaction link information at least comprises one of the following information: commodity information, insurance contracts, and trade contracts.
In step S106 of this embodiment, a process of claim settlement of the commodity by the logistic party may be automatically triggered according to the insurance value information and the commodity transaction information in the logistic contract.
In step S106 of this embodiment, a process of claim settlement of the commodity by an insurance company may be automatically triggered according to the insurance contract and the commodity transaction information of the commodity.
In this embodiment, after the customer normally signs the commodity, the automatic settlement of the premium of the logistics contract corresponding to the account may be automatically triggered, and the logistics contract is normally ended.
In the embodiment, by introducing the block chain technology, the information is transparent and shared, so that when the commodity is damaged or lost, the complexity of coordinating and solving the price guarantee and claim issue of the commodity by each participant is reduced, and the shopping experience of the user is improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the following detailed description will be made with reference to embodiments of specific scenarios.
Example 2

As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
step S201, record the information of the commodity, the insurance information, the logistics details, the identity of the buyer, the insurance information, and other related data on the block chain, and perform record management of the commodity transaction process. For example, as shown in fig. 3, detailed information of the goods, manufacturer, merchant, insurance-related information, logistics express information, buyer information, and other auxiliary information of the supervision platform may be recorded on the blockchain.
Step S202, aiming at the logistics express monitoring requirement, all information is made to be publicly available and searchable on a block chain network through a block chain technology. And the participators of the data in the commodity circulation process record the shared data in the form of a block chain account book. The security is the application of the intelligent contract, which is based on credible and non-falsifiable data, can automatically execute some predefined business rules, and has simple realization mode and easy operation.
And step S203, when the customer normally signs the package, automatically triggering account claim settlement, normally finishing the contract, and automatically finishing the premium clearing. If the commodity is in a problem or lost, the insurance company obtains the value declared when the commodity is bought insurance, and the insurance company claims process is automatically triggered.
In this embodiment, a blockchain technique is applied to the created platform to share information, so that all participants can obtain greater insight. The logistics participation related people can know the value of the commodity, so that the distribution of the commodity is completed more carefully; the customer can also know the value of commodity clearly, if damage, the customer can automatically and rapidly apply for claim settlement through the intelligent contract embedded in the block chain by the merchant and the express company.
