a server 402 communicatively connected to the client 401, configured to set a first determination condition, set a second determination condition, and set a third determination condition; setting a judgment mechanism, judging the starting of a protocol, judging the termination of the protocol, judging, and checking and judging the collected first information data, second information data and third information data, if the first information data meets the set first judgment condition, starting the protocol, if the second information data meets the set second judgment condition, terminating the protocol, if the third information data meets the set third judgment condition, judging that a network appointment order violates rules, and recording the violation of the network appointment driver; storing the third information data and the personal information data of the taxi appointment driver in an associated manner; personal data of the passenger is stored.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to a terminal, as shown in fig. 5, including: at least one processor 501; and a memory 502 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 501; wherein the memory 502 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 501, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor 501 to enable the at least one processor 501 to perform the method for preventing loss of items as described above.
The memory 502 and the processor 501 are coupled by a bus, which may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges that couple one or more of the various circuits of the processor 501 and the memory 502 together. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 501 is transmitted over a wireless medium through an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 501.
The processor 501 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And memory 502 may be used to store data used by processor 501 in performing operations.
It should be understood that this embodiment is a system example corresponding to the first embodiment, and may be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. The related technical details mentioned in the first embodiment are still valid in this embodiment, and are not described herein again in order to reduce repetition. Accordingly, the related-art details mentioned in the present embodiment can also be applied to the first embodiment.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the steps in the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps in the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (18)

1. An article loss prevention method is applied to a network appointment platform and comprises the following steps:
setting a first judgment condition, a second judgment condition and a third judgment condition;
setting a decision mechanism, the decision mechanism comprising: determining the start of a protocol and determining the termination of the protocol;
setting an automatic scoring mechanism for a third judgment condition;
acquiring first information data, comparing the first information data with the first judgment condition, judging whether the protocol is started, acquiring second information data in the executed process of the network car booking order if the protocol is started, comparing the second information data with the second judgment condition, judging whether the protocol is terminated, and storing the information data in the executed process of the network car booking order if the protocol is terminated;
and acquiring third information data, comparing the third information data with the third judgment condition, and grading the network car booking driver through the automatic grading mechanism.
2. The method for preventing the loss of the article according to claim 1, wherein before the determining the protocol is started, the method further comprises:
sending an information data acquisition request to a passenger terminal of the network taxi appointment order;
and if the agreement signal fed back by the passenger terminal is received, executing a protocol.
3. The article loss prevention method according to claim 1, wherein the first determination condition includes:
vehicle data, wherein the vehicle data is whether the vehicle is started or not;
the in-vehicle environment data is in-vehicle environment video of the network appointment vehicle;
user data.
4. The article loss prevention method according to claim 1, wherein the second determination condition includes:
vehicle data, wherein the vehicle data is whether the vehicle is started or not;
the in-vehicle environment data is in-vehicle environment video of the network appointment vehicle;
user data.
5. The article loss prevention method according to claim 1, wherein the third determination condition includes:
the method comprises the following steps that a networked car booking driver needs to execute a preset behavior action, wherein the preset behavior action is a behavior action for preventing passengers from losing articles;
vehicle data, wherein the vehicle data is whether the vehicle is started or not;
the in-vehicle environment data is in-vehicle environment video of the network appointment vehicle;
user data.
6. The method for preventing loss of an item according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the in-vehicle environment video further comprises:
whether a passenger is in the vehicle and/or whether the driver performs a predetermined behavioral action and/or whether the trunk has been opened.
7. The method of any of claims 3-5, wherein the user data further comprises:
the online car booking passenger personal information data and the online car booking driver personal information data.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first information data comprises:
vehicle data, wherein the vehicle data is whether the vehicle is started or not;
the in-vehicle environment data are in-vehicle environment videos in the process that the online taxi appointment order is executed;
user data.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the second information data comprises:
vehicle data, wherein the vehicle data is whether the vehicle is started or not;
the in-vehicle environment data are in-vehicle environment videos in the process that the online taxi appointment order is executed;
user data.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the third information data comprises:
presetting a preset behavior action to be executed by a vehicle ordering driver, wherein the preset behavior action is a behavior action for preventing passengers from losing articles;
setting vehicle data, wherein the vehicle data is whether a vehicle is started or not;
setting in-vehicle environment data, wherein the in-vehicle environment data are in-vehicle environment videos of the network appointment vehicle;
user data.
11. The method for preventing loss of an item according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the in-vehicle environment video further comprises:
whether a passenger is in the vehicle and/or whether the driver performs a predetermined behavioral action and/or whether the trunk has been opened.
12. The method of any of claims 8-10, wherein the user data further comprises:
and the client collects the personal information data of the online car booking passenger and the personal information data of the online car booking driver.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein before the protocol is started, the method further comprises: establishing a credit record corresponding to the online taxi appointment driver;
the protocol further comprises: judging whether the taxi booking driver violates rules or not;
and after the online taxi appointment driver is judged to be illegal, adding the illegal behavior into the credit record.
14. The method of claim 1, wherein the protocol further comprises:
judging whether the taxi booking driver violates rules or not;
and after the online taxi appointment driver is judged to be illegal, adding the illegal behavior into the credit record.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein after determining the internet taxi appointment driver is in violation, the method further comprises:
and storing the third information data in association with personal information of the taxi appointment driver.
16. An article loss prevention system, comprising:
the client comprises a mobile device of a passenger, a mobile device of a driver and a vehicle-mounted device, feeds back whether to agree with an information data acquisition request, and is used for acquiring first information data, second information data and third information data;
the server is used for setting a first judgment condition, a second judgment condition and a third judgment condition; setting a decision mechanism, the decision mechanism comprising: determining the start of a protocol and determining the termination of the protocol; setting an automatic scoring mechanism for a third judgment condition; comparing the collected first information data with the first judgment condition, judging whether the protocol is started or not, if so, collecting second information data in the executed process of the network appointment order, comparing the second information data with the second judgment condition, judging whether the protocol is terminated or not, and if so, storing the information data in the executed process of the network appointment order; and acquiring third information data, comparing the third information data with the third judgment condition, and grading the network car booking driver through the automatic grading mechanism.
17. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a method of protecting an item from loss as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 15.
18. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method and system for preventing loss of an item according to any one of claims 1 to 16.
