the data storage module is used for storing a pre-generated abnormal alarm data set of each phlegm-heat-clearing production device, wherein the abnormal alarm data set comprises a plurality of alarm subsets, and each alarm subset correspondingly stores basic device information and a structural model of each phlegm-heat-clearing production device and device alarm information related to each component of the phlegm-heat-clearing production device;
the data acquisition module is connected with the data storage module and is used for acquiring and outputting the operating state parameters of the phlegm-heat-clearing production equipment in real time in the production process of the medicine to be produced according to an externally input process route of the medicine to be produced, which contains the phlegm-heat-clearing production equipment associated with each production link;
the operation state parameters comprise a plurality of state sub-parameters;
the first processing module is connected with the data acquisition module and used for comparing each state sub-parameter with each preset standard operation state respectively, and generating and outputting corresponding equipment alarm information when the state sub-parameter does not accord with the corresponding standard operation state;
the second processing module is respectively connected with the data storage module and the first processing module and is used for matching the equipment alarm information with the associated component, the structural model and the basic equipment information obtained according to the equipment alarm information to be used as an equipment alarm prompt and outputting the equipment alarm prompt;
equipment maintenance personnel maintain the equipment according to the equipment alarm prompt and give corresponding equipment maintenance records;
and the data entry module is connected with the data storage module and is used for the equipment maintenance personnel to enter the corresponding equipment maintenance record, and the equipment maintenance record is added into the alarm subset associated with the equipment alarm information to provide maintenance reference for subsequent equipment maintenance.
2. The equipment management system according to claim 1, wherein the structural model is an overall three-dimensional structural diagram of the phlegm-heat-clearing production equipment or a three-dimensional structural explosion diagram.

The equipment management system according to claim 1, further comprising a third processing module, connected to the data acquisition module, and configured to process the operating state parameters to obtain and output an operating parameter variation graph with the data acquisition time of the operating state parameters as an abscissa and the operating state parameters as an ordinate, for each of the phlegm-heat-clearing production equipment.

The equipment management system according to claim 3, further comprising a fourth processing module, respectively connected to the data storage module and the third processing module, configured to generate and store a process flow chart of the medicine to be produced according to the process route and the operation parameter variation chart of the phlegm-heat-clearing production equipment associated with each production link in the process route after production of the medicine to be produced is completed, so as to be used for subsequent analysis.
5. The device management system of claim 1, further comprising a human-machine interaction module coupled to the data storage module, the human-machine interaction module comprising:
the input unit is used for inputting the basic equipment information of the phlegm-heat-clearing production equipment by an equipment administrator according to a pre-generated equipment information template;
an importing unit, configured to import, by the device administrator, the structural model and the device alarm information associated with each component of the phlegm-heat-clearing production device from outside;
and the signature unit is connected with the input unit and used for generating an electronic signature according to signature data of the equipment administrator so as to confirm the basic equipment information, the structural model and the equipment alarm information and generate corresponding equipment newly-added logs, and meanwhile, the basic equipment information, the structural model and the equipment alarm information are stored in the data storage module as the alarm subset.
6. The device management system according to claim 5, wherein the basic device information includes a device code of the phlegm-heat-clearing production device, and the human-machine interaction module further includes:
the query unit is used for querying the data storage module according to an external equipment modification instruction containing the equipment code to obtain the corresponding alarm subset;
the modifying unit is respectively connected with the inquiring unit and the signing unit and is used for the equipment administrator to modify the alarm subset and output a modification result to the signing unit;
and the signature unit generates an electronic signature according to the signature data of the equipment administrator so as to confirm the modification result and generate a corresponding equipment modification log, and meanwhile, the modification result is stored in the data storage module so as to update the alarm subset corresponding to the equipment code.
7. The device management system according to claim 6, wherein the basic device information further includes technical parameter information of the phlegm heat syndrome producing device, and/or a placement position of the phlegm heat syndrome producing device.

The equipment management system according to claim 1, further comprising a maintenance management module, connected to the data acquisition module, and configured to generate a corresponding equipment maintenance plan according to the operating state parameter and a preset equipment maintenance requirement, so that an equipment maintenance worker can view and process the plan.
9. The equipment management system according to claim 8, wherein the operating condition parameters comprise temperature, and/or pressure, and/or vibration, and/or rotational speed, and/or flow, and/or voltage, and/or current.
