The mobile submission monitoring device of claim 1, wherein the RFID tag read-write module is further configured to receive third alarm information or fourth alarm information sent by an RFID tag within a sensing range of the RFID tag, and send the third alarm information or the fourth alarm information to a remote management platform through the communication module; the third alarm information is used for warning that the RFID label falls off, and the fourth alarm information is used for warning that the distance between the RFID label and the RFID label reading and writing module exceeds a preset distance threshold value.
7. The mobile submission monitoring device of claim 1, 3, or 6, further comprising: an alarm module;
the communication module is further used for sending the same alarm information to the alarm module when sending first/second/third/fourth alarm information to the remote management platform;
and the alarm module is used for carrying out corresponding alarm according to the received alarm information and a preset mode.
