The most favorable answer is provided to the inspector.
According to the content, a dynamic scoring model is formed for all solutions in the expert database, and a dynamic scoring database is formed for the initial database at the same time, so that the most pertinent scoring basis is formed in the face of question-answer consultation newly set by the inspector.

Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a civil case consultation apparatus 300 according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the civil case consultation apparatus 300 of the present embodiment is an addition to the above-described embodiment, in which a data acquisition unit 306, an integration unit 307, and a search unit 308 are added.
The data obtaining unit 306 is configured to obtain a file with a consultation case and case data, and obtain a consultation topic and a corresponding keyword; an integrating unit 307 for integrating the consultation questions, keywords, files and case data to form a question block; the searching unit 308 is configured to search the matched expert from the initial database according to the question block, so as to obtain the answer related to the consultation question, and continuously track the answer and judicial progress.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the integration unit 307 includes an analysis subunit 3071 and a problem block formation subunit 3072.
