Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In the production process of electronic products, a series of tests are usually performed on a production line before the electronic products can be put on the market for sale. The length of the test time is related to the production cost, the comprehensiveness of the test is related to the product quality, and the product quality seriously affects the market public praise and the after-sale cost, so the test is very important before the electronic products are released.
One important component of electronic products is a Printed Circuit Board (PCBA) with communication function, which is manufactured by a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) process, so that the circuit board and a finished product packaged with the circuit board need to be tested before the electronic products are put into service. When the circuit board and the finished product are tested, the circuit board and the finished product are tested by using the test firmware, and after the test is finished, formal firmware is required in the finished product for normal use of the finished product.
In the prior art, a test mode is generally performed on formal firmware, a test mode is entered through special operations during production, and a production worker completes a test on a product in the test mode and records a result. In addition, a test firmware is separately manufactured, the test firmware is burned in production, the test fixture sends a test command through a wired connection mode (such as a serial port), the equipment returns a test result, and the formal firmware is burned in after the test is finished.
However, the method of including the test mode in the formal firmware has an obvious disadvantage of occupying program space, often requiring a chip with larger program space, and invisibly increasing hardware cost; moreover, the production cost is greatly burdened by using a manual test mode, obvious flaws exist in manual judgment, workers are not careful, the conditions of missed detection and false detection can be caused by recording errors and the like, and the test data is inconvenient to summarize and count. The method of wired test and secondary burning is only suitable for equipment with reserved communication interfaces, for products with higher waterproof requirement level or requirements for attractive appearance, the communication interfaces are difficult to reserve for testing and firmware upgrading, and the secondary burning can also reduce the efficiency of the testing process.
Based on the above analysis, the embodiment of the present application provides a circuit board testing system and a finished product testing system, where the circuit board testing system is used for testing a circuit board to be tested, and the finished product testing system is used for testing a finished product to be tested. In the circuit board test system, the formal firmware is burnt in the external memory of the circuit board to be tested in advance, and the test firmware is burnt in the controller of the circuit board to be tested, so that the formal firmware and the test firmware are prevented from being burnt in the same place to occupy program space, the hardware cost is reduced, secondary burning is not required after the test is finished, and the test efficiency is improved. In addition, a communication interface does not need to be reserved on a finished product to be detected, and the purposes of attractiveness, water resistance and the like can be met.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a circuit board testing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the circuit board testing system 100 may include: the system comprises a server 101, a control module 102, an electrical parameter measuring module 103, a burner 104, a base station 105 and a circuit board 106 to be tested; the control module 102 is connected to the server 101, the electrical parameter measuring module 103, the burner 104 and the base station 105, and the server 101 and the control module 102 are configured to execute the circuit board testing method provided in the embodiment of the present application (a specific implementation of the circuit board testing method will be described in detail in the following embodiments); the circuit board 106 to be tested is connected with the electrical parameter measuring module 103, the burner 104 and the base station 105.
Specifically, the server 101 may be connected to the control module 102 through a wired or wireless network, and the connection manner between the server 101 and the control module 102 is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The server 101 may manage a burning file burned onto the circuit board 106 to be tested, and record test data of the circuit board 106 to be tested; the server 101 is also responsible for generating a plurality of unique serial numbers, and associating a unique serial number with a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the circuit board 106 to be tested.
The control module 102 may be a general-purpose computer installed with special software or a special embedded platform, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The main operations of the control module 102 include: firstly, a burning file is obtained from the server 101, including a file to be burned in advance in the controller and the external memory of the circuit board 106 to be tested, wherein the controller burns a test firmware dedicated for testing, and the external memory burns a formal firmware of a product leaving a factory and some resource files required by the formal firmware. Secondly, the burner 104 is controlled to complete the burning operation, and the MAC address of the circuit board 106 to be tested is acquired through the burner 104 and is uploaded to the server 101. Thirdly, the electrical parameter measurement module 103 is controlled to perform current and voltage tests on the circuit board 106 to be tested, and the test results are uploaded to the server 101. Fourthly, the MAC address of the circuit board 106 to be tested is transmitted to the base station 105, and the base station is controlled to perform wireless communication with the circuit board 106 to be tested through the wireless connection point according to the MAC address. Fifthly, a test control instruction is sent to the circuit board 106 to be tested through the base station 105, a return result is received to perform result judgment, and finally, the test result and the process data are uploaded to the server 101.
It should be noted that the above operations of the control module 102 are only examples provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the control module 102 may also perform other operations according to actual situations.
The electrical parameter measurement module 103 is connected to the circuit board 106 to be tested through a test point, and is mainly responsible for supplying power to the circuit board 106 to be tested. In addition, after the control module 102 makes the circuit board 106 to be tested enter some operation modes through the base station 105, the current of the corresponding mode or the voltage of some test points may be measured.
The burner 104 is connected to the circuit board 106 to be tested through the test point, and burns the designated file to the controller and the external memory of the circuit board 106 to be tested. And meanwhile, the MAC address of the circuit board 106 to be tested is obtained. Some chips can directly access the memory for storing the MAC address to obtain the MAC address, and some chips that cannot directly obtain the MAC address can be obtained by burning the test firmware in the controller, and then the MAC address is written into the specified memory or returned to the burner 104 through the burning interface.
The base station 105 may be connected to the circuit board 106 under test in a wireless connection manner according to the MAC address, and is configured to transmit a test command and receive test data. In addition, the base station 105 may transmit the unique serial number to the circuit board 106 under test.
The circuit board 106 to be tested is in a form that the finished product to be tested is not provided with a shell, and can be in wired communication with the outside through the test point. The burner 104 can burn the test firmware into the controller of the circuit board 106 to be tested through the test point, and burn the formal firmware into the external memory of the circuit board 106 to be tested, thereby reducing the hardware cost, improving the test efficiency, and meeting the purposes of beauty, water resistance and the like. In addition, the MAC address of the circuit board 106 under test may be unique or random. For the random MAC address, although the MAC addresses of different boards 106 to be tested may be repeated, the unique serial number is associated, and system confusion is not caused even if the MAC addresses are repeated.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a block diagram of a product testing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the product testing system 200 may include: the system comprises a server 201, a control module 202, a manipulator 203, a camera 204, a base station 205 and a finished product to be detected 206; the control module 202 is connected to the server 201, the manipulator 203, the camera 204 and the base station 205, and the server 201 and the control module 202 are configured to execute the finished product testing method provided in the embodiment of the present application (a detailed implementation of the finished product testing method will be described in detail in the following embodiments); the finished product to be measured 206 is connected with the manipulator 203, the camera 204 and the base station 205.
Specifically, the server 201 in the finished product testing system 200 is similar to the server 101 in the circuit board testing system 100 in implementation manner, and may be connected to the control module 202 through a wired or wireless network, and is responsible for storing the device information and the test data, which is not described herein again. It should be noted that the server 201 in the finished product testing system 200 and the server 101 in the circuit board testing system 100 may be the same server or different servers, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. When the servers are different, the data in the server 101 and the server 201 may be synchronized in real time, so as to ensure that the test results of the circuit board 106 to be tested correspond to the test results of the finished product 206 to be tested.
The control module 202 may be a general-purpose computer installed with special software or a special embedded platform, and the main operations may include: first, the manipulator 203 is controlled to simulate some human operations; secondly, controlling the camera 204 to take a picture; thirdly, the server 201 obtains a corresponding MAC address according to the unique serial number, and feeds back a test result to the server 201; fourthly, the control base station 205 is connected with the finished product 206 to be tested; fifth, the finished product under test 206 is controlled to replace the test firmware in the controller with formal firmware in the external memory.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned operations of the control module 202 are only examples provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the control module 202 may also perform other operations according to actual situations.
The manipulator 203 is responsible for changing the placement position of the finished product 206 to be tested, or performing operations such as key pressing and touch screen touch on the finished product 206 to simulate the operation behavior of the user.
The camera 204 is responsible for scanning the two-dimensional code on the finished product to be detected, wherein the two-dimensional code may include unique serial number information corresponding to the finished product to be detected. In addition, the camera 204 can also photograph the finished product 206 to be tested, so as to determine whether the finished product 206 to be tested is qualified according to the photographed image.
The base station 205 in the finished product testing system 200 is similar to the base station 105 in the circuit board testing system 100, and may be connected to the finished product 206 to be tested in a wireless connection manner according to the MAC address, and send the test instruction and receive the test data, which is not described herein again.
The finished products 206 to be tested are assembled collectively from the qualified circuit boards 106 to be tested.
As an embodiment, for the sake of waterproof and aesthetic, the finished product under test 206 may not leave a wired communication interface in the final selling form, but communicate with other devices by wireless communication, for example: wearable devices represented by a bracelet watch, and the like. At this time, by burning the formal firmware in advance in the external memory of the circuit board 106 to be tested, the test firmware can be replaced by the formal firmware burned in advance even if the finished product 206 to be tested does not include a wired communication interface.
As another embodiment, the product under test 206 may be a product with a display screen and a battery is built in for power supply. When the finished product 206 to be tested is started, a two-dimensional code containing product information such as a unique serial number can be displayed on a display screen of the finished product, and the camera 204 can acquire an image of the two-dimensional code and recognize the image to obtain the unique serial number of the finished product 206 to be tested.
In addition, after all the test items of the finished product 206 to be tested are qualified, the finished product 206 to be tested can receive an instruction of recovering the formal firmware, the finished product will enter automatic upgrade, the formal firmware stored in the external memory is replaced by the test firmware of the controller, and the replaced product can enter the market for release.
Based on the circuit board test system, the embodiment of the application also provides a circuit board test method, which is used for testing the circuit board to be tested. Based on the finished product testing system, the embodiment of the application provides a finished product testing method, which is used for testing a finished product to be tested. In the circuit board testing method, the testing firmware can be burnt in the controller of the circuit board to be tested in advance through the wired communication interface on the circuit board to be tested, and the formal firmware can be burnt in the external memory of the circuit board to be tested, so that in the finished product testing method, the formal firmware in the external memory can be directly used for replacing the testing firmware in the controller, the formal firmware and the testing firmware can be prevented from being burnt in the same place to occupy the program space, the hardware cost is reduced, secondary burning is not needed after the testing is finished, and the testing efficiency is improved. In addition, a communication interface does not need to be reserved on a finished product to be detected, and the purposes of attractiveness, water resistance and the like can be met.
The circuit board testing method and the finished product testing method will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a circuit board testing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the circuit board testing method includes the following steps:
step S301: and the server sends the formal firmware and the test firmware to the control module.
Step S302: the control module acquires formal firmware and test firmware.
Step S303: the control module controls the burner to burn the formal firmware into the external memory of the circuit board to be tested, and controls the burner to burn the test firmware into the controller of the circuit board to be tested.
Step S304: the control module tests the circuit board to be tested by using the test firmware in the controller.
Specifically, in the process of testing the circuit board, in the prior art, a test mode is included in formal firmware, program space is occupied, a chip with larger program space is often needed, hardware cost is increased invisibly, in the embodiment of the application, a storage area with the capacity equivalent to that of the program space of the controller is reserved for most of the external memories of final products to upgrade the firmware, the formal firmware is just temporarily stored by utilizing the space, and the storage space of the external memories and the program space of the controller are not additionally increased.
Meanwhile, for products with higher waterproof requirement level or attractive appearance, a communication interface is not reserved for testing and firmware upgrading, and formal firmware and test firmware are burnt in advance in the circuit board testing stage in the embodiment of the application, so that secondary burning is not needed in the finished product testing stage.
In the embodiment of the application, the control module can acquire formal firmware to be burned into the external memory of the circuit board to be tested and control the burner to complete the burning of the external memory; the control module can also acquire the test firmware to be burned into the controller of the circuit board to be tested and control the burner to complete the burning of the test firmware. The formal firmware is used for normal work of the circuit board to be tested, and the test firmware is used for testing the circuit board to be tested.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the order of burning the formal firmware and the test firmware is not specifically limited, and the formal firmware may be burned first, the test firmware may be burned first, or the formal firmware and the test firmware may be burned simultaneously.
In the embodiment of the application, the formal firmware is burnt in the external memory of the circuit board to be tested in advance, and the test firmware is burnt in the controller of the circuit board to be tested, so that the formal firmware and the test firmware are prevented from being burnt in the same place to occupy program space, the hardware cost is reduced, secondary burning is not required after the test is finished, and the test efficiency is improved. In addition, a communication interface does not need to be reserved on a finished product to be detected, and the purposes of attractiveness, water resistance and the like can be met.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another circuit board testing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in the circuit board testing method, the circuit board testing method may further include the following steps:
step S401: the server generates a preset number of unique serial numbers.
Step S402: the control module obtains the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested.
Step S403: the server receives the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested and allocates a unique serial number to be pre-bound with the circuit board to be tested.
Step S404: the server sends the unique serial number to the control module.
Step S405: the control module receives a unique serial number which is distributed by the server and is pre-bound with the circuit board to be tested.
Step S406: the control module sends the MAC address and the unique serial number to the base station.
Step S407: and the base station receives the MAC address and the unique serial number, is connected with the circuit board to be tested according to the MAC address, and sends the MAC address and the unique serial number to the circuit board to be tested.
Step S408: and the circuit board to be tested receives the MAC address and the unique serial number, stores the unique serial number and sends confirmation information representing successful connection between the base station and the circuit board to be tested to the control module.
Step S409: the control module receives the confirmation information.
Step S410: and the control module sends binding success information to the server according to the confirmation information.
Step S411: and the server receives the binding success information sent by the control module.
Step S412: and the server updates the state of the MAC address and the unique serial number from a pre-binding state to a binding state, so that the circuit board to be tested corresponds to the finished product to be tested through the MAC address and the unique serial number.
Specifically, first, the server may generate a preset number of unique serial numbers, each of which should be different from the others. The preset number may be a number required by an order, a number of circuit boards to be detected, or a predetermined number, for example: 100, etc., and the embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can make appropriate adjustments according to the circumstances.
In the process of testing the circuit board to be tested, the circuit board to be tested can be placed on the test fixture, the test points reserved on the circuit board to be tested can be connected with the burner and the electrical parameter measurement module through the ejector pins, and the control module can control the electrical parameter measurement module to supply power to the circuit board to be tested.
The electrified circuit board to be tested can periodically send a data packet containing the MAC address through the burning interface, and the control module obtains the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested through the burner. It is understood that the manner in which the control module obtains the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested may not be limited to the above manner, for example: the burner can also send request information to the circuit board to be tested, the circuit board to be tested replies the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested according to the request information, or the circuit board to be tested writes the MAC address into a register of a certain appointed address, and the burner reads data of the address. Those skilled in the art can make appropriate adjustments according to actual conditions.
The control module sends the acquired MAC address to the server, the server can select one unique serial number which is not bound yet from the generated unique serial numbers in the preset number, distribute the unique serial number to be pre-bound with the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested, and send the distributed unique serial number to the control module. The control module then sends the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested and the unique serial number pre-bound with the MAC address to the base station, and the base station can be connected with the corresponding circuit board to be tested according to the MAC address.
And if the MAC address only corresponds to one circuit board to be tested, the base station is connected with the circuit board to be tested, and then the MAC address and the unique serial number are sent to the circuit board to be tested. And after the circuit board to be tested confirms that the received MAC address is matched with the MAC address stored by the circuit board to be tested, the unique serial number is stored, and confirmation information representing successful connection between the base station and the circuit board to be tested is sent to the control module. After the control module receives the confirmation information, the server can successfully bind the MAC address and the unique serial number through the pre-binding of the server, namely, the server changes the state of the MAC address and the unique serial number from the pre-binding to the confirmation binding.
It can be understood that, if the MAC address corresponds to a plurality of circuit boards to be tested, the base station is connected to one of the circuit boards to be tested to which the unique serial number is not bound, and then the MAC address and the unique serial number are sent to the circuit board to be tested. The subsequent steps are similar to the above MAC address corresponding to a circuit board to be tested, and are not described herein again.
Finally, after the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested is successfully bound with the unique serial number, the control module can start to test the circuit board to be tested. The specific implementation of testing the circuit board to be tested will be described in detail in the following embodiments, and will not be described here.
In the embodiment of the application, before the circuit board to be tested is tested, the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested can be obtained firstly, and then a unique serial number is allocated to be bound with the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested, so that in a finished product testing stage, a finished product testing result can correspond to a testing result of the circuit board through the unique serial number without confusion, and the testing data is more accurate.
The following describes a specific embodiment of testing a circuit board to be tested.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a process of testing a circuit board to be tested according to an embodiment of the present application, where the process of testing the circuit board to be tested (i.e., step S304) may include the following steps:
step S501: the server obtains a test list of the circuit board to be tested and a judgment standard of the circuit board to be tested.
Step S502: and the server sends the test list and the judgment standard to the control module.
Step S503: the control module obtains a test list of the circuit board to be tested.
Step S504: and the control module sends a test instruction to the circuit board to be tested through the base station according to the test list.

Specifically, the server may first obtain a test list corresponding to the circuit board to be tested and an evaluation standard, where the test list includes items to be tested and the like, and the evaluation standard includes a standard for judging whether the circuit board to be tested is qualified. As an implementation mode, the server can identify the product model of the circuit board to be tested, and automatically import the corresponding test list and the judgment standard; as another example, the operator may manually import test lists and evaluation criteria based on product model.
After receiving the test list and the evaluation standard, the control module can send a test instruction to the circuit board to be tested through the base station according to the test list, receive test data returned according to the test instruction, and judge whether the circuit board to be tested is qualified according to the test data and the evaluation standard to obtain a corresponding test result. And when the circuit board to be tested is qualified, the control module sends the test data and the test result to the server. The server can classify and store the test result and the test data of the corresponding circuit board to be tested according to the unique serial number. The circuit board to be tested which is qualified in the test can enter a finished product assembling stage, and the circuit board to be tested which is unqualified in the test can be repaired and then tested.
It should be noted that the execution sequence of step S506 is not limited to the sequence after step S505, and may be executed in any sequence after step S502 and before step S507.
As an implementation manner, before step S505, the method for testing a circuit board provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:

Then, the electric appliance parameter measuring module returns the measured result to the control module.

For example, the circuit board to be tested may read the current value of the acceleration sensor, may also read the current value of the air pressure sensor, and the like, and then return the read data of the sensor to the control module.
In the embodiment of the application, the circuit board to be tested can be tested according to the preset test list and the judgment standard, when the circuit board to be tested is qualified, the test data and the test result can be sent to the server to be stored, and the test data and the test result can correspond to the test result of the finished product through the unique serial number, so that the test data cannot be disordered and is more accurate.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a finished product testing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the finished product testing method includes the following steps:
step S601: and the control module tests the finished product to be tested by using the test firmware pre-burned in the controller of the qualified circuit board to be tested.
Step S602: when the finished product to be tested is qualified, the control module sends a recovery instruction to the qualified finished product to be tested so that the qualified finished product to be tested replaces the test firmware in the controller by formal firmware pre-burned in an external memory of the circuit board to be tested.
Specifically, after the finished product test is completed, the control module can control the base station to send an instruction for recovering the formal firmware to the finished product, the finished product enters an update mode, and the formal firmware is read from the external memory to update the firmware. After the firmware update is completed, the whole automated test (circuit board test and finished product test) is also finished. In addition, the test data can be stored as an important basis for quality control and product optimization.
In order to prevent water or beautifully consider, a wired communication interface can not be reserved on the finished product to be tested, and at the moment, in the stage of testing the finished product, secondary burning can not be carried out, and formal firmware is burned on the finished product to be tested. In the embodiment of the application, the formal firmware is pre-burned in the external memory of the circuit board to be tested in the circuit board testing stage, so that the test firmware can be directly replaced by the pre-burned formal firmware after the test of the finished product to be tested is completed.
In the embodiment of the application, the formal firmware is burnt in the external memory of the circuit board to be tested in advance, and the test firmware is burnt in the controller of the circuit board to be tested, so that the formal firmware and the test firmware are prevented from being burnt in the same place to occupy program space, the hardware cost is reduced, secondary burning is not required after the test is finished, and the test efficiency is improved. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of another finished product testing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in the finished product testing method, before the step S601, the finished product testing method may include the following steps:
step S701: and the control module acquires the unique serial number of the finished product to be detected and sends the unique serial number to the server.
Step S702: and the server receives the unique serial number of the finished product to be detected sent by the control module.

Specifically, the control module may obtain a unique serial number of the finished product to be tested, where the unique serial number is a unique serial number corresponding to a circuit board packaged by the finished product to be tested. As an implementation manner, after the finished product to be tested is assembled, a two-dimensional code including a unique serial number may be displayed (for example, displayed on a screen, adhered to an outer surface, and the like), and after the finished product to be tested is placed on the test fixture, the control module may control the camera to acquire a picture of the two-dimensional code, and identify the picture of the two-dimensional code, so as to obtain the unique serial number of the finished product to be tested.
Then, the control module can send the unique serial number of the finished product to be tested to the server, and the server returns the corresponding MAC address to the control module according to the corresponding relation between the unique serial number and the MAC address which are stored in advance. And the control module sends the unique serial number and the MAC address to the base station, and the base station is connected with the finished product to be tested according to the unique serial number and the MAC address and sends the unique serial number to the finished product to be tested.
The finished product to be tested confirms whether the received unique serial number is matched with the unique serial number stored by the finished product to be tested, if not, the finished product to be tested can be moved to one side, and then retesting is carried out; if the matching is carried out, the finished product to be tested can return base station matching information, then the base station informs the control module of the matching of the unique serial number, and the control module can start to test the finished product to be tested. The specific implementation of testing the finished product to be tested will be described in detail in the following embodiments, and will not be described here.
In this embodiment of the present application, before testing a finished product to be tested, a unique serial number of the finished product to be tested and an MAC address corresponding to the unique serial number may be obtained first. And then, the base station is connected with the corresponding finished product to be tested according to the MAC address, the connected finished product to be tested judges whether the unique serial number sent by the base station is matched with the unique serial number stored by the base station, if so, the connection is correct, and the finished product to be tested can be tested. Because one unique serial number respectively corresponds to one circuit board and one finished product, the test result of the circuit board and the test result of the finished product can be corresponded without confusion, thereby enabling the test data to be more accurate.
The following describes a specific embodiment of testing a finished product to be tested.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart of a process for testing a finished product to be tested according to an embodiment of the present application, where the process for testing the finished product to be tested (i.e., step S601) may include the following steps:
step S801: the server obtains a test list of the finished product to be tested and a judgment standard of the finished product to be tested.
Step S802: and the server sends the test list and the judgment standard to the control module.
Step S803: the control module obtains a test list of the finished product to be tested.
Step S804: and the control module sends a test instruction to the finished product to be tested through the base station according to the test list.
Step S805: and the control module receives the test data returned according to the test instruction.
Step S806: the control module obtains the judgment standard of the finished product to be detected.
Step S807: and the control module judges whether the finished product to be tested is qualified or not according to the test data judgment standard to obtain a corresponding test result.

Specifically, the server may first obtain a test list corresponding to the finished product to be tested and an evaluation standard, where the test list includes items to be tested and the like, and the evaluation standard includes a standard for judging whether the finished product to be tested is qualified. As an implementation mode, the server can identify the product model of the finished product to be tested, and automatically import the corresponding test list and the judgment standard; as another example, the operator may manually import test lists and evaluation criteria based on product model.
After receiving the test list and the evaluation standard, the control module can send a test instruction to the finished product to be tested through the base station according to the test list, receive test data returned according to the test instruction, and judge whether the finished product to be tested is qualified according to the test data and the evaluation standard to obtain a corresponding test result. And when the finished product to be tested is qualified, the control module sends the test data and the test result to the server. The server can classify and store the test result and the test data of the corresponding circuit board to be tested according to the unique serial number. And the qualified finished product to be tested can be tested next, and the unqualified finished product board to be tested can be repaired and then tested.
It should be noted that the execution sequence of step S806 is not limited to the sequence after step S805, and may be executed in any sequence after step S802 and before step S807.
As an implementation manner, before step S805, the method for testing a circuit board provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:

In the embodiment of the application, the finished product to be tested can be tested according to the preset test list and the judgment standard, when the finished product to be tested is qualified, the test data and the test result can be sent to the server to be stored, and the test result can correspond to the test result of the circuit board through the unique serial number, so that the test data cannot be disordered and is more accurate.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a block diagram of a product testing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the product testing apparatus 900 may include: the first test module 901 is configured to test a finished product to be tested by using test firmware pre-burned in a controller of a qualified circuit board to be tested; the finished product to be tested comprises the packaged circuit board to be tested; the first sending module 902 is configured to send a recovery instruction to the qualified finished product to be tested when the finished product to be tested is qualified, so that the qualified finished product to be tested replaces the test firmware in the controller with formal firmware pre-burned in an external memory of the circuit board to be tested.
In the embodiment of the application, the formal firmware is burnt in the external memory of the circuit board to be tested in advance, and the test firmware is burnt in the controller of the circuit board to be tested, so that the formal firmware and the test firmware are prevented from being burnt in the same place to occupy program space, the hardware cost is reduced, secondary burning is not required after the test is finished, and the test efficiency is improved. In addition, a communication interface does not need to be reserved on a finished product to be detected, and the purposes of attractiveness, water resistance and the like can be met.
Further, the finished product testing apparatus 900 further includes: the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the unique serial number of the finished product to be detected and sending the unique serial number to the server; the unique serial number of the finished product to be tested is the unique serial number corresponding to the circuit board to be tested; the second receiving module is used for receiving the corresponding MAC address returned by the server according to the unique serial number; the MAC address is the MAC address corresponding to the circuit board packaged by the finished product to be tested, and the MAC address of each circuit board is bound with a unique serial number; a third sending module, configured to send the unique serial number and the MAC address to a base station, so that the base station connects to the finished product to be tested according to the unique serial number and the MAC address, and sends the unique serial number to the finished product to be tested; the third receiving module is used for receiving the matching information sent by the finished product to be detected; and the matching information represents that the unique serial number received by the finished product to be tested is matched with the stored unique serial number.

Further, the first test module 901 is further configured to: acquiring a test list of the finished product to be tested; sending a test instruction to the finished product to be tested according to the test list; receiving test data returned according to the test instruction; acquiring a judgment standard of the finished product to be detected; judging whether the finished product to be tested is qualified or not according to the test data and the judgment standard to obtain a corresponding test result; and when the finished product to be tested is qualified, sending the test data and the test result to a server.

In the embodiment of the application, the manipulator can be controlled to simulate the behavior of a user to test the finished product to be tested, so that only the qualified finished product to be tested can be put into the market, and the use experience of the user is guaranteed.

Further, the circuit board testing apparatus 1100 further includes: the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the MAC address of the circuit board to be detected; the fourth receiving module is used for receiving the unique serial number which is distributed by the server and is pre-bound with the circuit board to be tested; a fifth sending module, configured to send the MAC address and the unique serial number to a base station, so that the base station is connected to the circuit board to be tested according to the MAC address; a fifth receiving module, configured to receive confirmation information, sent by the circuit board to be tested, indicating that the connection between the base station and the circuit board to be tested is successful; a sixth sending module, configured to send a pre-binding success message to the server according to the acknowledgement message, so that the server binds the MAC address with the unique serial number.
In the embodiment of the application, before the circuit board to be tested is tested, the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested can be obtained firstly, and then a unique serial number is allocated to be bound with the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested, so that in a finished product testing stage, a finished product testing result can correspond to a testing result of the circuit board through the unique serial number without confusion, and the testing data are more accurate.
Further, the second testing module 1103 is further configured to: acquiring a test list of the circuit board to be tested; sending a test instruction to the circuit board to be tested according to the test list; receiving test data returned according to the test instruction; acquiring a judgment standard of the circuit board to be detected; judging whether the circuit board to be tested is qualified or not according to the test data and the judgment standard to obtain a corresponding test result; and when the circuit board to be tested is qualified, sending the test data and the test result to a server.

In the embodiment of the application, before the circuit board to be tested is tested, a unique serial number can be firstly distributed and bound with the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested, so that in a finished product testing stage, a test result of a finished product can correspond to a test result of the circuit board through the unique serial number without confusion, and the test data is more accurate.
Further, the circuit board testing apparatus 1200 further includes: the fifth acquisition module is used for acquiring the test list of the circuit board to be tested and the judgment standard of the circuit board to be tested; and the eighth sending module is used for sending the test list and the judgment standard to the control module.

Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the electronic device 1300 includes: at least one processor 1301, at least one communication interface 1302, at least one memory 1303, and at least one communication bus 1304. The communication bus 1304 is used for implementing direct connection communication of these components, the communication interface 1302 is used for communicating signaling or data with other node devices, and the memory 1303 stores machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 1301. When the electronic device 1300 operates, the processor 1301 and the memory 1303 communicate with each other through the communication bus 1304, and the machine-readable instructions are called by the processor 1301 to execute the product testing method and the circuit board testing method.
For example, the processor 1301 of the embodiment of the present application may read the computer program from the memory 1303 through the communication bus 1304 and execute the computer program to implement the following method: step S601: and the control module tests the finished product to be tested by using the test firmware pre-burned in the controller of the qualified circuit board to be tested. Step S602: when the finished product to be tested is qualified, the control module sends a recovery instruction to the qualified finished product to be tested so that the qualified finished product to be tested replaces the test firmware in the controller by formal firmware pre-burned in an external memory of the circuit board to be tested.
Processor 1301 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 1301 may be a general-purpose processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. Which may implement or perform the various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The Memory 1303 may include, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in FIG. 13 is merely illustrative and that the electronic device 1300 may include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 13 or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 13. The components shown in fig. 13 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In this embodiment, the electronic device 1300 may be, but is not limited to, an entity device such as a desktop, a laptop, a smart phone, an intelligent wearable device, and a vehicle-mounted device, and may also be a virtual device such as a virtual machine. In addition, the electronic device 1300 may not necessarily be a single device, but may also be a combination of multiple devices, such as a server cluster, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the server and the control module in the finished product testing method and the circuit board testing method can be implemented by using the electronic device shown in fig. 13.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer program product, including a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, where the computer program includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are executed by a computer, the computer is capable of executing the steps of the finished product testing method and the circuit board testing method in the foregoing embodiments, for example, including: testing the finished product to be tested by using test firmware pre-burned in a controller of the qualified circuit board to be tested; the finished product to be tested comprises the packaged circuit board to be tested; and when the finished product to be tested is qualified, sending a recovery instruction to the qualified finished product to be tested so that the qualified finished product to be tested utilizes formal firmware pre-burned in an external memory of the circuit board to be tested to replace the test firmware in the controller.

Claims (17)

1. A method of finished product testing, comprising:
testing the finished product to be tested by using test firmware pre-burned in a controller of the qualified circuit board to be tested; the finished product to be tested comprises the packaged circuit board to be tested;
and when the finished product to be tested is qualified, sending a recovery instruction to the qualified finished product to be tested so that the qualified finished product to be tested utilizes formal firmware pre-burned in an external memory of the circuit board to be tested to replace the test firmware in the controller.
2. The product testing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the testing of the product to be tested by using the pre-burned test firmware in the controller of the qualified circuit board to be tested, the product testing method further comprises:
acquiring a unique serial number of the finished product to be detected, and sending the unique serial number to a server; the unique serial number of the finished product to be tested is the unique serial number corresponding to the circuit board to be tested;
receiving a corresponding MAC address returned by the server according to the unique serial number; the MAC address is the MAC address corresponding to the circuit board packaged by the finished product to be tested, and the MAC address of each circuit board is bound with a unique serial number;
sending the unique serial number and the MAC address to a base station, so that the base station is connected with the finished product to be tested according to the unique serial number and the MAC address, and the unique serial number is sent to the finished product to be tested;
receiving matching information sent by the finished product to be detected; and the matching information represents that the unique serial number received by the finished product to be tested is matched with the stored unique serial number.
3. The method for testing a finished product according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the testing of the finished product to be tested by using the test firmware pre-burned in the controller of the qualified circuit board to be tested comprises:
acquiring a test list of the finished product to be tested;
sending a test instruction to the finished product to be tested according to the test list;
receiving test data returned according to the test instruction;
acquiring a judgment standard of the finished product to be detected;
judging whether the finished product to be tested is qualified or not according to the test data and the judgment standard to obtain a corresponding test result;
and when the finished product to be tested is qualified, sending the test data and the test result to a server.
4. A method of finished product testing, comprising:
receiving the unique serial number of the finished product to be detected sent by the control module; the unique serial number of the finished product to be tested is the unique serial number corresponding to the qualified circuit board to be tested packaged by the finished product to be tested;
returning a corresponding MAC address to the control module according to the unique serial number; the MAC address is the MAC address corresponding to the circuit board to be tested, and the MAC address of each circuit board to be tested is bound with one unique serial number.
5. A circuit board testing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring formal firmware and test firmware;
controlling a burner to burn the formal firmware into an external memory of a circuit board to be tested, and controlling the burner to burn the test firmware into a controller of the circuit board to be tested;
and testing the circuit board to be tested by using the test firmware in the controller.
6. The circuit board testing method according to claim 5, wherein before said testing the circuit board to be tested by using the test firmware in the controller, the circuit board testing method further comprises:
acquiring the MAC address of the circuit board to be tested;
receiving a unique serial number which is distributed by a server and is pre-bound with the circuit board to be tested;
sending the MAC address and the unique serial number to a base station so that the base station is connected with the circuit board to be tested according to the MAC address;
receiving confirmation information which is sent by the circuit board to be tested and represents that the base station is successfully connected with the circuit board to be tested;
and sending binding success information to the server according to the confirmation information so that the server binds the MAC address with the unique serial number.
7. The method for testing the circuit board according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the testing the circuit board to be tested by using the test firmware in the controller comprises:
acquiring a test list of the circuit board to be tested;
sending a test instruction to the circuit board to be tested according to the test list;
receiving test data returned according to the test instruction;
acquiring a judgment standard of the circuit board to be detected;
judging whether the circuit board to be tested is qualified or not according to the test data and the judgment standard to obtain a corresponding test result;
and when the circuit board to be tested is qualified, sending the test data and the test result to a server.
8. A circuit board testing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and sending the formal firmware and the test firmware to the control module.
9. The circuit board testing method of claim 8, further comprising:
generating a preset number of unique serial numbers;
receiving an MAC address of a circuit board to be tested, and allocating a unique serial number to be pre-bound with the circuit board to be tested;
sending the unique serial number to the control module;
receiving binding success information sent by the control module; the binding success information is used for representing that the MAC address is successfully bound with the unique serial number;
and updating the state of the MAC address and the unique serial number from a pre-binding state to a binding state so that the circuit board to be tested passes through the MAC address and the unique serial number and the finished product to be tested passes through the MAC address and the unique serial number to correspond to each other.
10. A product testing device, comprising:
the first test module is used for testing a finished product to be tested by using test firmware pre-recorded in a controller of a qualified circuit board to be tested; the finished product to be tested comprises the packaged circuit board to be tested;
and the first sending module is used for sending a recovery instruction to the qualified finished product to be tested when the finished product to be tested is qualified, so that the qualified finished product to be tested replaces the test firmware in the controller by formal firmware pre-burned in an external memory of the circuit board to be tested.
11. A product testing device, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the unique serial number of the finished product to be detected, which is sent by the control module; the unique serial number of the finished product to be tested is the unique serial number corresponding to the qualified circuit board to be tested packaged by the finished product to be tested;
the return module is used for returning the corresponding MAC address to the control module according to the unique serial number; the MAC address is the MAC address corresponding to the circuit board to be tested, and the MAC address of each circuit board to be tested is bound with one unique serial number.
12. A circuit board testing device, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring formal firmware and test firmware;
the burning module is used for controlling a burner to burn the formal firmware into an external memory of a circuit board to be tested and controlling the burner to burn the test firmware into a controller of the circuit board to be tested;
and the second test module is used for testing the circuit board to be tested by using the test firmware in the controller.
13. A circuit board testing device, comprising:
and the second sending module is used for sending the formal firmware and the test firmware to the control module.
14. A product testing system, comprising: the system comprises a server, a control module, a mechanical arm, a camera, a base station and a finished product to be detected;
the control module is connected with the server, the manipulator, the camera and the base station, the control module is used for executing the finished product testing method according to any one of claims 1-3, and the server is used for executing the finished product testing method according to claim 4;
the finished product to be detected is connected with the mechanical arm, the camera and the base station.
15. A circuit board testing system, comprising: the device comprises a server, a control module, an electrical parameter measuring module, a burner, a base station and a circuit board to be tested;
the control module is connected with the server, the electrical parameter measuring module, the burner and the base station, the control module is used for executing the circuit board testing method according to any one of claims 5-7, and the server is used for executing the circuit board testing method according to any one of claims 8 or 9;
the circuit board to be tested is connected with the electrical parameter measuring module, the burner and the base station.
16. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a bus;
the processor and the memory are communicated with each other through the bus;
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform a finished test method as claimed in any one of claims 1-4 or a circuit board test method as claimed in any one of claims 5-9.
17. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of product testing of any of claims 1-4 or the method of circuit board testing of any of claims 5-9.
