Therefore, the oil screen 4 can be covered at the air inlet of the volute 1, and before the oil smoke enters the volute 1, harmful substances such as grease and the like can be intercepted comprehensively without dead angles.
The oil screen support 6 is arranged between the oil screen 4 and the volute 1, and is used for fixing the speed-increasing transmission 5, and meanwhile, the speed-increasing transmission 5 can be connected with the oil screen 4 to increase the speed of the oil screen 4, so that the oil screen 4 can rotate at a high speed at an air inlet of the volute 1. Before the oil smoke enters the volute 1, the oil smoke effectively intercepts harmful substances such as grease and the like.
According to the oil smoke sucking and exhausting device provided by the embodiment, the oil screen is covered at the air inlet of the volute, and before oil smoke enters the volute, the oil screen rotates at a high speed to intercept harmful substances such as grease and the like comprehensively without dead angles. The oil screen support is arranged between the oil screen and the volute, the speed-increasing transmission is fixed, meanwhile, the oil screen is connected with the speed-increasing transmission, and the speed-increasing transmission accelerates the oil screen, so that the oil screen runs at a high speed.
Optionally, the projection of the oil screen 4 on the volute 1 in the oil fume suction and exhaust device provided in the above embodiments covers the air inlet thereof.
The oil screen 4 is covered at the air inlet of the volute 1 to intercept harmful substances such as grease and the like comprehensively without dead angles. In order to further improve the intercepting efficiency, the shape and the geometric dimension of the oil screen 4 can be matched with the shape and the dimension of the air inlet of the volute 1.
For example, the oil screen 4 is designed to have a shape and a geometric dimension such that a projection of the oil screen 4 on the volute 1 completely covers the air inlet, for example, the oil screen 4 has a circular shape and a size set according to the size of the air inlet, but the projection of the oil screen 4 on the volute 1 should completely cover the whole air inlet. Before the oil fume enters the volute 1, the oil screen 4 rotates at a high speed to efficiently intercept harmful substances such as grease and the like comprehensively without dead angles.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the oil screen 4 in the range hood provided in the above embodiment may be a grid structure.
When the oil net 4 runs at a high speed, the oil net can intercept harmful substances such as grease in the oil smoke through centrifugal separation. The structure of the oil net 4 is arranged to be in a grid shape, so that harmful substances such as grease and the like can be attached to the oil net 4 more favorably, and cannot enter the volute 1, and the internal part of the fan system is protected and is free from being cleaned.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus, which is a range hood, wherein the range hood includes any one of the above-mentioned oil smoke exhausting devices, the implementation principle and the technical effect of the included oil smoke exhausting device are similar to those of the above-mentioned embodiment, and this embodiment is not repeated herein. It should be noted that the range hood provided in this embodiment is not limited to the connection manner of all the structures including the range hood.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus, which is an integrated stove, including any one of the above-mentioned oil fume sucking and exhausting devices in the integrated stove, wherein the implementation principle and the technical effect of the oil fume sucking and exhausting device included therein are similar to those in the above-mentioned embodiment, and this embodiment is not repeated herein. It should be noted that the connection mode of all the structures including the oil smoke exhaust device is not limited in the integrated stove provided in this embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A kind of oil smoke suction and exhaust device, characterized by that, comprising: the device comprises a volute, a motor, an impeller and an oil screen;
the motor is arranged on one side of the volute, the impeller is rotationally arranged in the volute, and the motor is used for driving the impeller to rotate in the volute;
the oil net is rotatably arranged at the air inlet of the volute, the motor drives the oil net to rotate through the speed-increasing transmission, so that the rotating speed of the oil net is larger than that of the motor, and grease in the suction air flow of the air inlet is intercepted through the rotation of the oil net.
2. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein an oil screen bracket is provided at one side of the air inlet of the volute, and the speed-increasing transmission is mounted on the oil screen bracket.
3. The cooking hood according to claim 2, wherein the speed increasing transmission is a planetary transmission.
4. A smoke exhaust ventilator according to any one of claims 1-3 and further comprising: a coupling;
the output shaft of the motor is connected with the input end of the coupler, the output end of the coupler penetrates through the impeller and then is connected with the input end of the speed-increasing transmission, and the output end of the speed-increasing transmission is connected with the oil net.
5. The cooking fume extracting and exhausting apparatus of claim 4, wherein the coupling is a universal coupling or an oldham coupling.
6. The cooking fume extracting and discharging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the oil screen is provided at an air inlet of the scroll casing;
the oil screen bracket is arranged between the oil screen and the volute.
7. The range hood of claim 6, wherein a projection of the oil screen on the volute covers the air inlet.
8. A device for exhausting and absorbing cooking fumes according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the oil net is of a grid structure.
9. A range hood, characterized by comprising the cooking fume extracting and discharging apparatus as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An integrated range, characterized by comprising the cooking fume extracting and discharging device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
