the lifting assembly (04) comprises a partition plate (41) fixed in the upper people frame (31), a first threaded rod (47) is connected in the partition plate (41) in a rotating mode, the partition plate (41) is connected with the output end of the motor (42) through a bevel gear set (46), a lifting plate (43) is connected to the first threaded rod (47) in a threaded mode, a limiting shaft (44) is fixed to the lifting plate (43), and a through hole (45) through which a pipeline passes is formed in the upper people frame (31);
