The low-pressure methanol fuel is sucked into a plunger cavity formed by the methanol plunger sleeve 32 and the methanol plunger 31 from a methanol fuel inlet A4, the camshaft 9 of the fuel injection pump rotates to jack the tappet B37 to move upwards to drive the fuel supply timing adjusting screw B35 which is in threaded connection with the tappet B37 to push the methanol plunger 31 to move upwards to compress the diesel fuel, the higher diesel pressure overcomes the elastic force of the fuel outlet valve spring B26 to push the fuel outlet valve B28 to enable the fuel outlet valve B28 and the fuel outlet valve seat B29 to form a gap, so that the methanol fuel flows to a methanol fuel outlet A3 of the fuel outlet valve seat B27 along the gap, and the high-pressure methanol fuel enters the methanol fuel rail 3 along the fuel pipe. When the pressure of the methanol fuel in the methanol plunger cavity is not enough to overcome the elastic force of the oil outlet valve spring B26, the oil outlet valve B28 falls down to stop pumping oil; when the methanol plunger 31 moves to the highest point, the lower plunger spring seat B34 is pushed to move downwards by the elasticity of the plunger spring B33, so that the methanol plunger 31 is driven to move downwards. The process is alternately repeated, so that oil is continuously pumped into the methanol fuel oil rail 3, and the frequency of the oil pumping changes along with the change of the rotating speed of the camshaft 9 of the oil injection pump.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, high-pressure diesel oil from the diesel fuel rail 1 enters the forced lubrication control valve 2 through the oil inlet A8, flows down to the oil outlet passage a10 along the pressure balance oil passage a9 along the gap between the plunger 48 and the inner hole of the valve body 49, and enters the bottom end of the plunger 48, at this time, the plunger 48 will move upward due to the fact that the diesel oil pressure in the oil outlet passage a10 is too high, and at this time, the opening between the plunger 48 and the valve body 49 will become small, until the hydraulic pressure on the plunger 48 is balanced with the spring force of the plunger spring 47, at this time, the diesel oil pressure in the oil outlet passage a10 is substantially maintained at the setting value we need. The adjustment is adjusted by adjusting the adjustment screw 45. When the pressure of the diesel oil at the oil outlet passage a10 overcomes the spring force of the valve core spring 48 acting on the valve core 41 and the hydraulic pressure of the diesel oil at the oil outlet port a11 acting on the valve core 41 (which is not present when the fuel injection pump is operated for the first time), the valve core 41 is pushed to move leftward, so that the diesel oil at the oil outlet passage a10 flows out from the oil outlet port a11 through the oil holes in the valve core 41. When the pressure of diesel oil at oil outlet channel a11 is not sufficient to overcome the spring force of valve spool spring 40 acting on valve spool 41 and the hydraulic pressure of diesel oil at oil outlet port a11 acting on valve spool 41, diesel oil (which may contain a small amount of methanol) from oil outlet port a11 does not flow back through valve spool 41 to contaminate the diesel fuel. During operation of the plunger 48, a small amount of diesel oil may leak upward through the clearance between the plunger 48 and the valve body 49 and may flow back to the diesel fuel tank 6 through the return opening a 7.
Wherein, the oil outlet A11 is connected with the right end of the forced lubrication threaded pipe, and the oil inlet A8 is connected with the diesel fuel oil rail 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, diesel oil from an oil outlet a11 enters an annular wedge-shaped groove a5 on the methanol plunger sleeve 32 through a forced lubricating oil hole a6 in a self-lubricating pipe joint 39, and an effective pressure oil film is established at the annular wedge-shaped groove a5 on the methanol plunger sleeve 32 by means of the high-speed movement of the methanol plunger 31 to isolate the corrosion of methanol to a methanol plunger matching part; the diesel oil at the annular wedge-shaped groove A5 has certain pressure, so that the methanol fuel in the methanol plunger cavity can be isolated from leaking downwards to the camshaft box of the injection pump to dilute the lubricating oil.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the engine runs, a crankshaft of the engine drives the oil injection pump camshaft 9 to rotate through gear transmission, the cam on the oil injection pump camshaft 9 jacks up and down reciprocating motion of the diesel oil plunger 17 and the methanol plunger 31 respectively, so that diesel oil is pumped into the diesel oil fuel rail 1, methanol fuel is pumped into the methanol fuel rail 3, meanwhile, high-pressure diesel oil in the diesel oil fuel rail 1 enters the oil inlet A8 through the oil pipe and passes through the pressure reduction of the forced lubrication control valve 2 and the effect of fixing the flow direction of the diesel oil, diesel oil with a set value is obtained at the oil outlet A11, the diesel oil is conveyed into a forced lubrication oil hole A6 in the self-lubrication pipe joint 39 through the oil pipe, and finally enters the annular wedge-shaped groove A5 on the methanol plunger sleeve 32 to perform forced self-lubrication on a methanol plunger. Since the fuel injection pump is used for a dual-fuel engine with diesel fuel for igniting methanol for combustion, the diesel fuel is injected earlier than the methanol when the engine is running, namely the diesel fuel plunger 17 has a motion advance angle relative to the methanol plunger 31, so that the diesel fuel which is forcibly lubricated reaches the annular wedge-shaped groove A5 on the methanol plunger sleeve 32 when the methanol plunger 31 works.

A methanol-diesel oil dual injection engine fuel injection pump is characterized in that: the methanol diesel fuel injection system comprises a diesel fuel rail (1), a forced lubrication control valve (2), a methanol fuel rail (3), a methanol fuel injector (4), a diesel fuel injector (5), a diesel fuel tank (6), a methanol fuel tank (7) and a fuel injection pump assembly (8), wherein a diesel fuel outlet (A2) in a diesel pump oil part (11) of the fuel injection pump assembly (8) is communicated with an oil inlet of the diesel fuel rail (1), an oil return port of the diesel fuel rail (1) is communicated with the diesel fuel tank (6), and the diesel fuel tank (6) is connected with a diesel fuel inlet (A1) of the diesel pump oil part (11); an annular wedge-shaped groove (A5), a methanol fuel oil outlet (A3) and a methanol fuel oil inlet (A4) of a methanol plunger sleeve (32) in a methanol pump oil part (10) of an oil injection pump body (8) are respectively communicated with an oil outlet (A11) of a forced lubrication control valve (2), an oil inlet of a methanol fuel oil rail (3) and a methanol fuel tank (7), an oil inlet (A8) of the forced lubrication control valve (2) is communicated with an oil outlet of a diesel fuel oil rail (1), and an oil return port of the methanol fuel oil rail (3) is communicated with the methanol fuel tank (7).
