Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of oil extraction engineering, and belongs to a cable-passing oil pipe rigid centering device which is positioned between an underground unit of an oil-submersible screw pump and an oil extraction pipe column and allows an oil-submersible cable to pass through. The invention is used for solving the problems of centralizing, damping and protecting the submersible cable of the submersible screw pump downhole unit. The novel steel pipe shear comprises an upper joint (1), a central pipe (2), a clamping block (3), a spring (4), a hoop (5), a centralizing body (6), a shearing pin (7), a guide pin (8), a connecting pipe (9), a sealing ring (10) and a lower joint (11). The invention has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy use, capability of realizing rigid centralization of underground units and pipe columns, and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil extraction engineering, and belongs to a cable-passing oil pipe rigid centering device which is positioned between an underground unit of an oil-submersible screw pump and an oil extraction pipe column and allows an oil-submersible cable to pass through.
Background
The existing oil-submersible screw pump oil extraction downhole tubular column generally needs to be connected with a centering device between an oil pipe and a downhole unit so as to ensure that the tubular column and the unit are placed in the middle, the unit is convenient to go into the well and lift out, the damage caused by scraping and collision of an oil-submersible cable and the wall of a casing is avoided, and the vibration influence generated during the operation of the screw pump is reduced. Due to the existence of the submersible cable, the existing centering device is mainly an elastic centering device which is sleeved on an oil pipe, the outer diameter of the centering device is smaller than the inner diameter of a sleeve, and a slotted hole allowing the submersible cable to pass through is formed in the side face of the centering device. Because there is a clearance between elasticity centralizer and the sleeve pipe, can't effectively reduce the vibrations that screw pump during operation produced, can have relative rotary motion between elasticity centralizer and the oil pipe simultaneously, this can produce destructive damage to the oily cable of diving that passes elasticity centralizer to influence the life-span of whole unit in the pit.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a cable-passing oil pipe rigid centering device which can realize centering and centering of a pipe column and a unit, and simultaneously ensure that the centering device is rigidly clamped with a sleeve after being in place in a well, so as to protect an oil-submersible cable and effectively reduce vibration generated during the work of a screw pump and adverse effects of an elastic centralizer on the passing oil-submersible cable.

The side surfaces of the upper joint, the righting body and the connecting pipe are provided with grooves through which the submersible cables pass.
The central tube can cut off the shearing pin and slide downwards in the connecting tube under the action of downward pressing axial load, and the upper joint can open the clamping block to clamp the clamping block on an outer sleeve in the process; when the axial load is removed, the central tube is lifted up to enable the clamping block to withdraw from the upper joint, shrink and reset, and the clamping block is separated from the clamped sleeve.
The working surface of the fixture block for clamping is smooth or provided with slip teeth.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The side surfaces of the upper joint 1, the centralizing body 6 and the connecting pipe 9 are provided with grooves 12 through which the submersible cables pass.
The central tube 2 can cut off the shear pin 7 and slide downwards in the adapter tube 9 under the action of downward-pressing axial load, and the upper joint 1 can prop open the fixture block 3 to clamp the fixture block on an outer sleeve in the process; when the axial load is removed, the lifting central tube 2 can withdraw the fixture 3 from the upper joint 1 to shrink and reset, and the fixture is separated from the clamped sleeve.
The working surface of the fixture block 3 for clamping is smooth or provided with slip teeth.
In the field construction operation, the submersible cable is arranged between an oil pipe column and a submersible screw pump unit, and the submersible cable is embedded in the upper joint 1, the centralizer 6 and the groove 12 on the side surface of the connecting pipe 9 and is fixed on the submersible cable through the hoop 5. In the process of putting the oil well into the oil well, the centralizing body 7 and the clamping block 3 are in a contraction reset state, and only the centering centralizing body centralizes the pipe column and the underground unit, so that the process pipe column and the submersible cable can be conveniently put into the oil well, and the submersible cable can be prevented from being scratched and damaged.
