Abstract

when the drilling machine works, cooling water enters the water inlet hole of the water jacket from the water tank through the hose and the pipe joint; cooling water enters the water inlet groove of the output shaft from the water inlet hole and then flows into the central blind hole of the output shaft from the water inlet channel; and cooling water flows into the drill bit from the central blind hole through the internal thread through hole of the drill bit to cool the interior of the drill bit.

the water inlet device comprises a water jacket 10 fixedly connected with the output shaft 91, a bearing 100 arranged inside the water jacket 10, a pipe joint 11 with one end in threaded connection with the water jacket 10 and a hose 12 fixedly connected with the other end of the pipe joint 11;
a water inlet hole 101 is formed in the radial direction of the water jacket 10; an internal thread through hole 110 is formed in the center of the joint of the drill bit 13; a water inlet blind hole 94 is formed in the center of the output shaft 91; a water inlet groove 95 is formed in the outer circle of the output shaft 91; the water inlet channel 95 is radially provided with a water inlet channel 93; the water inlet channel 93 is communicated with the water inlet blind hole 95; the water inlet 101 of the water jacket 10 is a through hole.
When the drilling machine works, cooling water enters the water inlet hole 101 of the water jacket 10 from the water tank 14 through the hose 12 and the pipe joint 11; cooling water enters the water inlet groove 95 of the output shaft 91 from the water inlet hole 101 and then flows into the central blind hole 94 of the output shaft from the water inlet channel 93; from the central blind bore 94, cooling water flows into the interior of the drill bit through the internally threaded through bore 110 of the drill bit, cooling the interior of the drill bit.
The output shaft 91 the inlet channel 95 both sides are provided with the seal groove, be provided with sealing washer 92 in the seal groove. During operation, the sealing ring 92 seals cooling water in the water inlet groove 95, so that the cooling water is prevented from leaking and damaging the workpieces.

When the drilling machine works, dust enters the dust collector 2 through the dust collection opening 22 and the dust collection pipe 21, and the dust is absorbed into the dust collector to a greater extent due to the fact that the shape of the dust collection pipe is consistent with that of the drill bit, so that dust is prevented from scattering, and the dust collection effect is good.
The guide sleeve 7 is provided with a gear 8, the guide pillar 5 is provided with a rack, and the gear 8 is meshed and connected with the rack. The guide sleeve 7 is driven to slide up and down on the outer surface of the guide pillar 5 by the rotation of the gear 8 on the rack, so that the drilling machine is lifted.
