The door closer can realize the automatic door opening and closing functions, and can immediately stop moving when resistance is applied, so that the anti-pinch effect is achieved.

The invention relates to a full-automatic electric door closer, which comprises a control power assembly, a rocker arm and a slide rail, wherein the rocker arm is connected with the control power assembly; the control power assembly comprises a base, a motor, a control circuit, a speed reducer, a driven helical gear and a transmission shaft; the motor, the speed reducer and the driven helical gear are respectively and fixedly arranged on the base, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer; the output shaft of the speed reducer is provided with a driving helical gear, and the driving helical gear is meshed with the driven helical gear; one end of the rocker arm is connected with the driven helical gear through a transmission shaft, the other end of the rocker arm is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is arranged on the sliding rail and can slide along the sliding rail;
the control circuit comprises a single chip microcomputer, a current detection circuit, a motor drive circuit, a first relay, a second relay, a voltage detection circuit, a switching circuit and a power supply module;
the current detection circuit, the motor drive circuit, the voltage detection circuit, the switching circuit and the power supply module are respectively and electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer, and the first relay is respectively and electrically connected with the motor drive circuit and the motor; the switching circuit is respectively electrically connected with the first relay and the second relay, the voltage detection circuit is electrically connected with the second relay, and the second relay is electrically connected with the motor.

As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the control circuit 3 includes a single chip microcomputer 3a, a current detection circuit 3b, a motor driving circuit 3c, a first relay 3d, a second relay 3e, a voltage detection circuit 3f, a switching circuit 3g, and a power module 3 h; the current detection circuit 3b, the motor drive circuit 3c, the voltage detection circuit 3f, the switching circuit 3g and the power module 3h are respectively and electrically connected with the singlechip 3a, and the first relay 3d is respectively and electrically connected with the motor drive circuit 3c and the motor 2; the switching circuit 3g is electrically connected with the first relay 3d and the second relay 3e, respectively, the voltage detection circuit 3f is electrically connected with the second relay 3e, and the second relay 3e is electrically connected with the motor 2.
When the motor 2 is in the forward rotation or reverse rotation process, the current value of the motor 2 is detected in real time through the current detection circuit 3b, when the detected current value is a preset current value, the singlechip 3a sends a control instruction to the switching circuit 3g, and the switching circuit 3g controls the switch of the first relay 3d to be switched off, so that the motor 2 stops rotating, namely, the function of stopping opening or closing the door is achieved. The door mainly plays a role in preventing clamping, and has the functions of door opening limitation and door closing limitation.
When the switching circuit 3g controls the switch of the first relay 3d to be opened, the switch of the second relay 3e is simultaneously controlled to be closed. At this time, the circuit in which the voltage detection circuit 3f is located is turned on, and the voltage value of the motor 2 is detected by the voltage detection circuit 3f and input to the single chip microcomputer 3 a. The single chip microcomputer 3a calculates the magnitude and direction of the force applied to the door based on the detected voltage value, so as to judge whether the door is closed or opened, the single chip microcomputer 3a sends a control instruction to the switching circuit 3g and the motor driving circuit 3c, the switching circuit 3g controls the switch of the first relay 3d to be closed, the switch of the second relay 3e to be opened and closed is controlled, and the motor driving circuit 3c controls the motor 2 to rotate, so that the automatic door opening or closing function and the function of moving again after stopping are realized.
