Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The invention provides a clothes wrinkle removing method, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, comprising the following steps:
s1, judging the washing state of the washing machine; and when the washing state reaches the final stage of dehydration, acquiring the current water level information of the washing machine. In one embodiment, the washing machine is used for washing clothes, and the dewatering stage is generally the last stage and is started after the rinsing is finished. At the final stage of the dehydration, the washing machine needs to discharge water required for rinsing in the inner and outer tubs to perform the dehydration. In this embodiment, the water required for rinsing is partially retained when being discharged or the water generated in the dehydration stage is retained for removing wrinkles of the laundry in the inner tub.
It should be noted that the water level in the outer tub may be within the first set threshold range before the water is heated after the dehydration is completed, regardless of whether the water is left in the outer tub during the rinsing or the dehydration. The water level detected by the first liquid level detection component is generally that the water quantity of the water left in the outer cylinder is enough for removing wrinkles of clothes in the inner cylinder; the wrinkle removal is generally accomplished by setting a time. For example, the wrinkle removing time is set to 10 minutes, and the user can specifically set the wrinkle removing time according to the material of the clothes in the washing machine or the washing machine can automatically identify the material of the clothes through the self identification program.
And S2, stopping water drainage of the washing machine when the water level information is within the first set threshold range, so as to reserve part of water in the dehydration stage. In one embodiment, specifically, a first liquid level detection assembly is arranged on the outer drum of the washing machine, and when the first liquid level detection assembly detects that the water level in the outer drum is within a first set threshold range, the first liquid level detection assembly feeds detected information back to the main control board, preferably, the main control board processes the received information and then sends a drainage stopping instruction to the drainage system, and the drainage system stops drainage. The remained part of water is preferably remained in the outer drum of the washing machine, and the water amount remained in the outer drum is moderate to meet the requirement. The water volume in the inner barrel is too large, the heated water can scald clothes, and the water volume in the water discharge pipe is too small to meet the requirement.
It should be noted that when the drainage system receives the drainage stopping instruction and stops drainage, the dewatering is normally operated.
And S3, judging the washing state of the washing machine again, and when the washing state is the dehydration state, heating the remained part of water by the heating component in the washing machine until water vapor in an evaporation state is formed so as to remove wrinkles on clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine. In one embodiment, the wrinkle removal process is started after the completion of the washing, i.e., the completion of the spinning. The heating assembly begins to heat the water retained in the tub of the washing machine to generate steam that enters the drum from the tub and contacts the clothes in the drum that have been dehydrated.
In a preferred embodiment, when the washing state is the completion of the dehydration, the washing machine starts a shaking and scattering mode to shake and scatter the clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine. After the washing machine finishes dewatering, the main control panel of the washing machine sends a heating instruction to the heating assembly, and the heating assembly starts to heat water in the outer barrel.
Specifically, the temperature of the water in the outer barrel is detected through a temperature sensor, and when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is within a third set threshold range, the heating component stops heating; when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor exceeds a third set threshold range, the heating assembly starts heating. When the third set threshold range is 90 ℃ or higher and 100 ℃ or lower, the third set threshold temperature is preferably 95 ℃. The temperature sensor feeds detected information back to the main control board, the main control board sends heating stopping to the heating assembly, and the heating assembly stops heating water in the outer barrel. Of course, when the temperature sensor detects that the water in the outer barrel is less than 90 ℃, the main control board sends a heating instruction to the heating component, and the heating component starts to heat.
The washing machine starts a shaking and scattering mode when the heating component starts to heat water in the outer barrel or after the heated water generates steam, and the shaking and scattering mode is used for shaking and scattering clothes in the inner barrel of the washing machine. Softening the clothes stuck on the wall of the inner barrel by using water vapor, and naturally shaking the clothes; the dispersing treatment enables the water vapor entering the inner drum to uniformly permeate into each piece of clothes to soften the clothes, so that the clothes in the inner drum can obtain a good wrinkle removing effect.
Preferably, the inner drum is driven by the motor to shake and disperse, and the shaking and dispersing time can be set according to the type of specific clothes, such as: if the thick and heavy clothes are not easy to wrinkle in winter, the shaking time is 15-30 minutes; in summer, the shaking time of the thin clothes which are easy to wrinkle can be set to be 25-45 minutes. Therefore, the time for shaking off the clothes which are not easy to generate wrinkles is short, and the time for shaking off the clothes which are easy to generate wrinkles is long. Typically, the motor drive is operated at a dither speed in the range of 45-50 RPM. Preferably, the frequency of the motor-driven dither pattern is run in a 20s dither on, 4s dither off mode.
In one embodiment, the washing machine drum is rotated while the heating assembly begins to heat the water within the tub. The inner barrel of the washing machine is driven to rotate by the motor, and the wrinkle of the clothes can be removed by utilizing the unique motor frequency to drive the inner barrel to rotate so as to greatly reduce the wrinkle phenomenon of the clothes. Such as: the rotating speed of the inner drum corresponds to the weight of the clothes in the inner drum, namely the clothes with different weights correspond to different rotating speeds of the inner drum; the rotating speed of the inner drum also corresponds to the types of the clothes in the inner drum, namely, different clothes materials with the same weight correspond to different rotating speeds. The motor frequency is set in such a way as to allow the evaporated steam to be in sufficient contact with and soften the laundry in the drum of the washing machine. The motor adjusts the rotating speed of the inner drum by setting the frequency of the motor, so that the clothes in the inner drum are always in a loose state, and the evaporated steam is fully contacted with the clothes. It should be noted that, of course, the motor may also drive the drum to rotate at a fixed frequency or a combination of frequencies, following the principle of loosening the clothes in the drum.
In another embodiment, the inner tub of the washing machine is rotated while being subjected to a shaking mode process while the heating unit starts heating the water in the outer tub. The mode that looses is trembled to the inner tube and the inner tube is rotatory to go on simultaneously for every clothing in the steam of input fully contact inner tube in the urceolus has improved the effect of removing the wrinkle greatly, and has improved and has removed wrinkle efficiency.
In one embodiment, the water level in the outer drum of the washing machine is detected in real time through the second liquid level detection component, and the second liquid level detection component feeds back the detected information; when the liquid level information detected by the second liquid level detection component is within a fourth set threshold range, the heating component receives a stop instruction to stop heating the water in the outer barrel; and the fourth set threshold range is lower than the first set threshold range, namely the liquid level detected by the second liquid level detection component is lower than the liquid level detected by the first liquid level detection component. The second liquid level detection assembly is used for avoiding the phenomenon that the heating assembly is burnt in a dry mode.
Further, the heating assembly is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel, namely the lower part of the liquid level. When first liquid level detection subassembly detected liquid level information and the dehydration completion after, heating element begins to heat, constantly produces during steam input inner tube in the heating process, and the liquid level in the urceolus will slowly reduce. When the second liquid level detection assembly detects the liquid level information, the second liquid level detection assembly feeds back the detected liquid level information, and the main control board sends a heating stopping instruction to the heating assembly. It should be noted that the second liquid level detection assembly is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel, the heating assembly is arranged below the second liquid level detection assembly, and when the second liquid level detection assembly detects liquid level information, the liquid level in the outer barrel is very low, heating needs to be stopped, and dry burning of the heating assembly is avoided. Of course, the liquid level detected by the second liquid level detection assembly is definitely lower than the liquid level detected by the first liquid level detection assembly.
In one embodiment, after step S3, the method further includes the steps of:
and S4, after the wrinkle removing program is finished, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than a fifth set threshold range, the drainage system is started to drain the residual water in the washing machine. The fifth set threshold range is 55-65 c, preferably water temperature is 60 c, after the water temperature reaches 60 c, the drainage system receives a drainage command to drain the remaining water out, and all program operations of the washing machine are completed.
