Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a building material technology, in particular to an application of putty powder and fermented tea powder as a putty powder retarder, and especially relates to an environment-friendly aromatic putty formula.
Background
The putty is a basic surface treatment material mainly aiming at leveling and is an indispensable raw material in the process of wall decoration. The traditional putty has large smell and is easy to cause great harm to construction and living personnel, if the putty can send out aromatic taste, the quality of indoor living environment can be greatly improved, people can feel fresh and refreshing, the mind and body of people can be relaxed, and the working efficiency and the life quality are improved. The traditional method for adding aromatic odor to putty is to add essence into the formula of putty, such as Buddha essence, lemon essence and rose essence into putty in the patent of aromatic putty powder for interior wall (publication number: CN 105273479A). The essence can damage the nervous system of people, and some varieties can cause chronic poisoning and cause harm to human health. With the continuous development of green buildings, the development of environment-friendly aromatic putty is necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides an aromatic putty powder of environmental protection, this putty powder still possesses suitable setting time except possessing the conventional performance of ordinary putty powder, can effectively shorten time limit for a project to this putty green releases tea fragrant smell, improves greatly and lives and the work travelling comfort.
The application provides a putty powder and application of fermented tea powder as putty powder retarder, the putty powder includes: dolomite powder, gypsum, redispersible latex powder, pregelatinized starch, bentonite, cellulose ether and fermented tea powder.
Optionally, the putty powder is composed of dolomite powder, gypsum, redispersible latex powder, pregelatinized starch, bentonite, cellulose ether and fermented tea powder.
In the putty powder provided by the application, the raw materials of the putty powder comprise by weight: 40-70 parts of dolomite powder, 10-20 parts of gypsum, 1-4 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.5-2 parts of pregelatinized starch, 5-10 parts of bentonite, 0.2-1 part of cellulose ether and 0.3-1.5 parts of fermented tea powder.
In the putty powder provided by the application, the fineness and the grain size of the dolomite powder are 40-180 μm, and optionally, the whiteness is 78-90.

optionally, the tea powder particle size is 30-100 μm.
In the putty powder provided by the application, the fermented tea leaves are selected from: one or more of oolong tea, black tea and dark tea.
On the other hand, the application also provides the application of the fermented tea powder as a putty powder retarder.
The tea powder generates protein and some carbohydrate in the fermentation process, and forms a stable water film after the protein and the carbohydrate react with water to inhibit the hydration of the hemihydrate gypsum, so that the tea powder has tea fragrance and has a delayed coagulation effect on the gypsum.
The use of the gypsum clinker in the putty powder can realize the recycling of the solid wastes of the desulfurized gypsum and the phosphogypsum.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the existing putty powder has long drying time, and can be dried thoroughly in 2-3 days generally, and the addition of the calcined gypsum into the putty powder can greatly shorten the drying time of the putty powder, shorten the working period and improve the working efficiency. Is economical and environment-friendly, and is beneficial to the recycling of solid wastes.
However, when the calcined gypsum is used as a cementing material of the putty powder, the hydration and condensation speed is very high, the initial and final setting time is generally 6-30min, the time for operation is usually only 5-10min, and the construction requirements of the gypsum-based material cannot be met, so that a retarder needs to be added, the fermented tea powder has a retarding effect, the condensation time of the putty powder can be prolonged, meanwhile, the putty powder has a tea aroma smell, the living comfort level is improved, the tea powder belongs to a green renewable raw material, and the requirements of green, healthy and environment-friendly putty powder are met.
Meanwhile, the putty powder disclosed by the invention is high in compressive strength, good in toughness, good in adhesion force on a wall, difficult to fall off, fine in texture, and difficult to peel and crack.
