Description

Lifting appliance anti-swing system for gantry crane
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel sling anti-swing system for a gantry crane, which can be used for stabilizing slings of all cantilever crane types.
Background
The jib type portal crane is a main device (figure 5) for carrying out hoisting and installation operations in ports and shipyards, the hoisting of a hoisting tool is realized by four steel wire ropes, as shown in figure 6, the four steel wire ropes 8 are wound on a winding drum through a fixed pulley and a bend pulley, and a rotary hoisting tool 9 is hung below the four steel wire ropes 8.
Because the four hoisting steel wire ropes 8 are basically parallel, when the rotary lifting appliance 9 is lifted, the swing is easily generated under the action of wind load or unbalance load. In order to keep the rotary lifting appliance stable, two auxiliary steel wire ropes are fixed on the lifting appliance during field operation, and the auxiliary steel wire ropes are tensioned manually to stabilize the lifting appliance.
Some gantry cranes use rotating spreaders (fig. 7 and 8) to steer the cargo for storage or loading and unloading on special transport equipment, such as steel plates. The upper frame 91 of the rotary lifting appliance is connected with four lifting steel wire ropes to realize the lifting of goods. The lower hanger 94 is connected to the upper frame 91 through a slewing bearing 93, and is driven to slew by a slewing drive mechanism 92. Because the four hoisting steel cables are basically parallel, when the lower part hanger rotates with goods, the upper frame 91 also rotates together, and the four hoisting steel cables above the upper part are wound together, so that the four hoisting steel cables are mutually abraded to cause the damage of the steel cables. Therefore, the operator must fix two auxiliary cables on the upper frame of the spreader, and when the lower hanger rotates, the two auxiliary cables are used for fixing the upper frame so that the upper frame does not rotate along with the rotation of the lower hanger.
Because the fixed wire rope must be operated through manpower, and operating personnel are located the both sides of lifting by crane the goods, therefore the safety problem is a hidden danger all the time. Furthermore, automated unmanned loading and unloading of port and shipyard facilities is a trend. The unmanned stabilization technique of the spreader becomes a problem that must be solved first.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a sling anti-swing system for a gantry crane. The device can be used for stabilizing the lifting appliance of all the arm frame type cranes.
The technology creatively provides a mechanical anti-swing concept for the lifting appliance, so that unmanned operation of the lifting appliance is possible.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: the anti-swing system is characterized by comprising a lifting steel wire rope, a lifting sliding frame, a constant tension steel wire rope, a lifting mechanism, a constant tension mechanism, a head structure, a lower structure and a tensioning pulley, wherein the lifting mechanism and the constant tension mechanism are arranged on the lower structure and fixed at the root of the arm frame, the tensioning pulley is arranged on the head structure and fixed at the head of the arm frame, the lifting steel wire rope is led out from the lifting mechanism and connected with the tensioning pulley after penetrating through the lifting sliding frame, and the constant tension steel wire rope is led out from the constant tension mechanism and connected with the rotary lifting appliance after penetrating through the lifting sliding frame.
The lifting sliding frame comprises a sliding frame structure, and a guide-out pulley, a carrier roller, an upper cable joint and a lower cable joint which are arranged on the sliding frame structure.
The upper cable joint and the lower cable joint are respectively connected with two ends of a lifting steel wire rope, the lifting steel wire rope is driven by a lifting mechanism, and the lifting sliding frame is drawn to travel along the arm support.
The constant tension steel wire rope is driven by a constant tension mechanism and leaves the arm support through a guide pulley arranged on the lifting sliding frame to be connected with the rotary lifting appliance. Therefore, the leading-out point of the constant-tension steel wire rope can be adjusted along with the lifting height of the rotary lifting appliance, so that the stable anti-swing performance can be ensured.
The sliding frame structure is in a tripod shape, the upper cable joint and the lower cable joint are vertically arranged on two corners on the same side of the tripod, the guide pulley is arranged on a third corner, the carrier roller is arranged on one side of the tripod, and the lifting steel wire rope penetrates through the carrier roller and is connected to the tensioning pulley arranged on the head structure, so that the problem of downward winding caused by a long distance between the lifting mechanism and the tensioning pulley of the lifting steel wire rope is solved.
The lifting mechanism and the constant tension mechanism are driven independently and simultaneously; or,
in the process of lifting the goods, the lifting mechanism is not driven, namely the lifting carriage keeps the space position motionless, and the constant tension steel wire rope is driven by the constant tension mechanism to lift along with the rotary lifting appliance so as to ensure the goods to lift.
The constant tension mechanism ensures that the tension of the constant tension steel wire rope is a constant value, and the rotary motion of the goods is realized; when the goods need to be stable, the swinging of the goods is quickly attenuated under the action of the tension difference of the two steel wire ropes; meanwhile, the tension of the steel wire rope is not more than a constant value, so that the lifting appliance, the anti-swing system and the arm support are protected from being damaged.
The anti-swing system is self-integrated, and the head structure and the lower structure of the anti-swing system are respectively fixed on the head and the root of the arm support, wherein the head structure comprises a support and tensioning pulleys arranged at two ends of the support; the lower structure comprises a support and pulleys at two ends of the support.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the whole anti-swing system is integrated, is easy to install, and can be applied to not only new cranes but also the reconstruction of the existing cranes.
2. Two sets of independent driving mechanisms are adopted. On one hand, the lifting carriage can move along with the lifting of the lifting appliance so as to ensure that the constant-tension steel wire rope leaves a lead-out point of the arm support and approaches the lifting appliance; the constant tension steel wire rope is driven by the constant tension mechanism to ensure a certain tension force, and most of the tension force (horizontal component) of the constant tension steel wire rope is used for stabilizing the lifting appliance instead of lifting cargoes. On the other hand, when the goods are lifted and the anti-shaking system does not work, in order to reduce energy consumption, the lifting sliding frame can be static and is driven by the constant tension mechanism. So that the constant tension steel wire rope can be lifted along with the lifting appliance, and the function of the crane can be realized. And the two operation modes can be switched at will, so that the operation of the crane is simpler and more convenient.
3. The anti-shaking system can be used for preventing the goods from shaking, so that the goods can be quickly aligned; the lifting device can be used for stabilizing the upper frame of the lifting device when the lifting device needs to rotate with goods, so that the lifting steel wire ropes are prevented from being wound together to cause damage.
4. The lifting carriage is provided with a carrier roller for reducing the winding of the lifting steel wire rope under the action of self weight. The anti-swing system can be suitable for arm supports with various lengths.
5. The constant tension mechanism can ensure that the maximum tension of the constant tension steel wire rope is a constant value. When the hanger rotates with the goods, the tension can ensure the stability of the upper frame of the hanger. When the hanger swings with the goods, the tension difference of the two steel wire ropes can quickly attenuate the swing of the hanger. Once the tension of one of the steel wire ropes is larger than a constant value, the steel wire rope can move along with the swing of the lifting appliance so as to protect the safety of the lifting appliance, the anti-swing system and the arm support structure.
