Description

Imitation gold decorative film capable of replacing gold foil and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of gold foil pasting, in particular to a gold-imitating decorative film capable of replacing gold foil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the gold foil most used in the field of gold foil pasting is divided into pure gold foil and imitation gold foil. Wherein the pure gold foil is prepared by purifying gold and repeatedly beating into thin sheet. Because the gold has stable property and good performances of acid and alkali resistance, friction resistance, moisture resistance, oxidation resistance, radiation resistance and the like, the gold foil made of the gold has golden and bright color, light weight, thin thickness and long service life. However, this gold foil cannot be widely used because gold is expensive and has a high manufacturing cost. The imitation gold foil has the characteristics of bright color, strong oxidation resistance, uniform thickness and the like which are unique to gold foil, is a thin sheet synthesized by using aluminum oxide or other chemical components, does not contain any noble metal component, has much reduced manufacturing cost and material cost which are equivalent to those of real gold foil, and is a scientific product with extremely high cost performance. At present, the gold-like foil becomes one of the most widely used foil decorative materials. However, the gold foil is easily oxidized and blackened when being wetted, and the appearance of the product is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a gold imitation decorative film capable of replacing gold foil, which can reduce cost and improve the oxidation resistance of a product, and has the gold bright effect of the gold foil in appearance.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method based on the imitation gold decorative film.
The technical scheme is as follows: the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the gold-imitating decorative film capable of replacing gold foil comprises a base film, and a release agent layer, a first coating layer, an aluminum-plated layer, a second coating layer and a colloidal layer which are sequentially arranged on the base film, wherein the first coating layer and the second coating layer are formed by mixing and coating a gold coating and an antioxidant.
Preferably, the antioxidant is graphene oxide.
Preferably, the mixing weight ratio of the golden coating to the antioxidant is 100: 1-600: 1.
Preferably, the other side of the base film is also provided with a release layer.
Preferably, the base film is a polypropylene film.
Preferably, the raw materials of the release agent layer are paraffin wax emulsion formed by emulsifying paraffin wax, ethanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate and water.
The preparation method of the imitation gold decorative film capable of replacing gold foil comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the golden coating and graphene oxide according to the weight ratio of 100: 1-600: 1 to prepare an antioxidant golden coating;
(2) emulsifying paraffin, ethanol, sodium dodecyl sulfate and water to prepare paraffin emulsion;
(3) printing paraffin emulsion on the front surface of the base film, and drying to obtain a release agent layer;
(4) printing an antioxidant golden coating on the upper surface of the release agent layer, and drying after printing to solidify the coating to obtain a first coating layer;
(5) putting the base film into a vacuum coating machine, and coating an aluminum layer on the upper surface of the first coating layer, wherein the thickness of the aluminum layer is 40-100 nm;
(6) printing an antioxidant golden coating on the upper surface of the aluminum-plated layer, and drying after printing to solidify the coating to obtain a second coating layer;
(7) printing a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive on the upper surface of the second coating layer to obtain a colloidal layer;
(8) printing an anti-sticking layer on the back of the base film, and rolling the front of the base film after drying.
Preferably, in the step (1), the mixing ratio of the golden coating to the graphene oxide is 400: 1-500: 1.
Preferably, in the step (2), by weight, the paraffin is 1-10 parts, the ethanol is 30-60 parts, the sodium dodecyl sulfate salt is 2-8 parts, and the water is 20-60 parts.
Preferably, in the step (5), the thickness of the aluminum plating layer is 60nm to 80 nm;
when the golden imitation decorative film is used, one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to a printing stock, the base film is torn off after extrusion, and the golden coating layer is transferred to the printing stock, so that the patterns or characters on the printing stock have a real gold effect which is not inferior to that of a gold foil.
According to the invention, the oxidized graphene is added into the golden coating, wherein the oxidized graphene still has a graphite layered structure, but a large number of oxygen-based functional groups are introduced into each graphene single sheet, so that the coating has a very large specific surface area and a small-size effect, can be filled into holes of the coating to prevent and delay micromolecule corrosive media from entering an aluminum-plated layer, has a strong barrier capability to micromolecules, and prevents the phenomenon that the golden-like decorative film is oxidized and blackened along with the prolonging of the service time; meanwhile, the graphene oxide has good plugging capability on the fine pore channels in the coating, improves the protection capability of the coating on the substrate, and has good compatibility with the coating. In addition, the surface effect of the graphene oxide causes poor wettability of the coating to water, and improves the water resistance of the coating.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:
(1) the gold-like decorative film can replace gold foil, has the same color as the gold foil, is golden and bright, and can achieve the same effect;
(2) according to the invention, the graphene oxide is added into the coating, so that the oxidation resistance of the golden-like decorative film is improved, the blackening phenomenon cannot occur after long-time use, and the coating has good corrosion resistance and water resistance;
(3) the invention adopts the paraffin emulsion as the release layer material, the amount of the wax coated on the basement membrane is uniform, the film forming is uniform, and the stripping effect is good;
(4) the preparation method is simple, environment-friendly and economical, and greatly reduces the material cost;
(5) the golden imitation decorative film has convenient use method and is suitable for decoration construction of various occasions.
