技术领域
本发明属于无菌擦拭布技术领域,尤其涉及一种无菌室用擦拭布。
背景技术
无菌室用擦拭布在医疗技术领域使用非常普遍,特别在手术室中广泛使用。常见的无菌室用擦拭布的结构复杂,自身不具备显影功能,吸液能力较差,不利于在手术室中的使用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种无菌室用擦拭布,该无菌室用擦拭布结构和制备工艺设计合理,生产条件容易控制,最终制备出的无菌室用擦拭布手感好,吸液能了强,无菌室用擦拭布中设有显影线方便了无菌室用擦拭布的查找。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无菌室用擦拭布,包括上无纺布层、中无纺布层和下无纺布层,所述无菌室用擦拭布由上无纺布层、中无纺布层和下无纺布层通过超声波压合而成,所述上无纺布层上形成多行超声波压合点,所述超声波压合点呈圆形或者椭圆形,所述无菌室用擦拭布的四周设有显影线,所述无菌室用擦拭布上设有挂耳,所述上无纺布层和下无纺布层的克重分别为40克每平方米,所述中无纺布层的克重为120克每平方米。
优选的相邻两行超声波压合点交错设置,相邻两行超声波压合点之间的距离为4厘米,同一行中相邻两个超声波压合点之间的距离为5厘米。
优选的所述上无纺布层和下无纺布层由涤纶纤维和木浆纤维复合而成,所述涤纶纤维和木浆纤维的重量比为9:11,所述中无纺布层粘胶纤维和木浆纤维复合而成,所述粘胶纤维和木浆纤维的重量比为4:1。

(2)、裁切,将步骤(1)制备的复合无菌室用擦拭布使用超声波单刀裁切成边长为30厘米的正方形无菌室用擦拭布原片;
(3)、缝纫,将无菌室用擦拭布原片使用超声波进行四边考边,在考边的同时在无菌室用擦拭布原片的四周放置一根显影线,接着在无菌室用擦拭布原片的出车缝上挂耳,制备成无菌室用擦拭布;
(4)、灭菌,将步骤(3)制备完成的无菌室用擦拭布,放置在高温高压灭菌室内进行灭菌,高温高压灭菌室内的温度为120摄氏度,高温高压灭菌室内的压力为1.5倍大气压,在高温高压灭菌室内的灭菌时间为40分钟后再无菌室包装,即完成无菌室用擦拭布的制备。

1.一种无菌室用擦拭布,包括上无纺布层(1)、中无纺布层(2)和下无纺布层(3),其特征在于:所述无菌室用擦拭布由上无纺布层(1)、中无纺布层(2)和下无纺布层(3)通过超声波压合而成,所述上无纺布层(1)上形成多行超声波压合点(5),所述超声波压合点(5)呈圆形或者椭圆形,所述无菌室用擦拭布的四周设有显影线(4),所述无菌室用擦拭布上设有挂耳(6),所述上无纺布层(1)和下无纺布层(3)的克重分别为40克每平方米,所述中无纺布层(2)的克重为120克每平方米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌室用擦拭布,其特征在于:相邻两行超声波压合点(5)交错设置,相邻两行超声波压合点(5)之间的距离为4厘米,同一行中相邻两个超声波压合点(5)之间的距离为5厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌室用擦拭布,其特征在于:所述上无纺布层(1)和下无纺布层(3)由涤纶纤维和木浆纤维复合而成,所述涤纶纤维和木浆纤维的重量比为9:11,所述中无纺布层(2)粘胶纤维和木浆纤维复合而成,所述粘胶纤维和木浆纤维的重量比为4:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌室用擦拭布,其特征在于:超声波压合点(5)呈圆形时,超声波压合点(5)的直径为3毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌室用擦拭布,其特征在于:所述无菌室用擦拭布的总克重为230克每平方米,所述无菌室用擦拭布的厚度为2.2毫米,所述无菌室用擦拭布的吸液量为10克每克。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌室用擦拭布的制备方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)、复合,将涤纶纤维和木浆纤维形成的上无纺布层(1)、粘胶纤维和木浆纤维形成的中无纺布层(2)和涤纶纤维和木浆纤维形成的下无纺布层(3)通过超声波压合,所述超声波压合点(5)呈圆形或者椭圆形,使得相邻两行超声波压合点(5)交错设置,相邻两行超声波压合点(5)之间的距离为4厘米,同一行中相邻两个超声波压合点(5)之间的距离为5厘米,制成复合无菌室用擦拭布备用;
(2)、裁切,将步骤(1)制备的复合无菌室用擦拭布使用超声波单刀裁切成边长为30厘米的正方形无菌室用擦拭布原片;
(3)、缝纫,将无菌室用擦拭布原片使用超声波进行四边考边,在考边的同时在无菌室用擦拭布原片的四周放置一根显影线(4),接着在无菌室用擦拭布原片的出车缝上挂耳(5),制备成无菌室用擦拭布;
(4)、灭菌,将步骤(3)制备完成的无菌室用擦拭布,放置在高温高压灭菌室内进行灭菌,高温高压灭菌室内的温度为120摄氏度,高温高压灭菌室内的压力为1.5倍大气压,在高温高压灭菌室内的灭菌时间为40分钟后再无菌室包装,即完成无菌室用擦拭布的制备。
