Abstract
The invention discloses a semi-automatic magazine needle withdrawing machine which comprises a rack, and a magazine positioning mechanism, a magazine detection mechanism, a drill needle ejection mechanism and a cylinder control system which are arranged on the rack, wherein the magazine positioning mechanism comprises a left magazine positioning seat, a right magazine positioning seat and a magazine positioning plate; the magazine detection mechanism comprises a pneumatic travel switch, the drill point ejection mechanism comprises an air cylinder, an air cylinder connecting plate, an ejector plate, a movable plate and an ejector pin, the air cylinder control system comprises a control valve, an air control valve, a second travel switch and a travel stop block, and the control valve, the air control valve and the second travel switch are connected with the pneumatic travel switch in series to form a safety interlocking mechanism. The magazine positioning mechanism comprises a left magazine positioning seat 21, a right magazine positioning seat 22 and a magazine positioning plate 23, the left magazine positioning seat 21 and the right magazine positioning seat 22 are spaced and symmetrically fixed on the upper base plate 11 of the rack, a magazine positioning channel 24 for placing the magazine 100 is formed between the left magazine positioning seat 21 and the right magazine positioning seat 22, the magazine positioning plate 23 is fixedly arranged outside an outlet end of the magazine positioning channel 24, and a through hole 25 is formed in the upper base plate 13 corresponding to the magazine positioning channel 24.

When the drill point cylinder rises to a set position, namely when the drill point finishes ejecting, a stroke stop block 54 arranged on the movable plate 44 pushes a second stroke switch 53 to act, the air source pressure of the control system is removed, the pneumatic control valve 52 returns to the initial state, the air inlet and outlet directions of the cylinder are reversed, the piston returns downwards, the whole drill point ejecting mechanism returns downwards to the initial state, the magazine is taken out by the right hand, and the one-time needle withdrawing process is finished.

The semi-automatic magazine needle withdrawing machine is also provided with a second travel switch 53 and a travel stop block 54, the travel stop block 54 synchronously moves along with the movable plate 44, namely the ejection mechanism, when the ejection mechanism moves to a set position, the travel stop block 54 simultaneously touches the second travel switch 53 to disconnect the second travel switch 53, the air source pressure of a control system is removed, the air cylinder 41 automatically resets and returns to an initial position, manual operation is not needed, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
