Abstract
本发明公开了一种带滑轨式封口膜切割装置,其主体为硬质上方开盖的长方体纸盒,可正好容纳1个parafilm封口膜;封口膜上方开盖口处有塑料滑轨式切割装置固定在封口膜开口处,滑刀滑动于轨道上槽内,安全不伤手,滑轨装置稳固且顺滑,使用时方便高效安全;封口膜盒内部两侧面有塑料突起,辅助固定圆筒形封口膜以及方便封口膜滚动。本发明低成本、简便、安全、在多个环节保证无菌,具有良好的市场应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于切割装置技术领域,具体涉及一种带滑轨式封口膜切割装置。
背景技术
实验用封口膜是一种半透明柔软可自由伸缩的塑料薄膜,具有弹性、韧性、可塑性、防水性、热塑性、自动密封性等特点,能够快速密封试管、烧杯、培养皿等各种生物实验器皿,有效阻止样品的挥发及污染,被广泛应用于生命科学研究实验室。现有实验用封口膜由封口膜和通过静电吸附作用与之紧密贴合的封口膜保护纸两层结构组成。根据实验需要,使用时需先剪出适当宽度的长条形封口膜条,将保护纸揭开后,再缠绕于容器口与容器的连接处快速密封。其缺点主要有:1、使用费时费力:使用前需剪成合适宽度的封口膜条,在进行分装试剂等实验操作时,往往需要提前根据分装数量剪好相应数量的封口膜条,经紫外灭菌后备用;2、不安全:封口膜条弹性、可塑性强,撕扯拉拽等方式难以取得规整的封口膜条,必需用刀具的裁剪力才能保证封口膜条的不变形。刀具使用过程可能损伤到操作者;3、易污染:刀具很难做到无菌,再用来裁剪封口膜增加封口膜被污染的可能性。封口膜往往放置在超净台外,使用前再剪出适当数量的封口膜条,如这些封口膜条不经过紫外照射灭菌步骤,很难保证由封口膜密封的容器口与容器的连接处不被污染。
现有的封口膜切割器的刀片滑臂在搬运过程中或者冷热刺激时容易断裂,切割时边缘不整齐,总之切割费力,还易划伤手指。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种新型的低成本、简便、安全、高效且最大程度保证无菌的封口膜切割装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种带滑轨式封口膜切割装置,其特征在于,包括容纳封口膜的纸盒、滑轨及筒轴;
所述纸盒为长方体硬质纸盒,纸盒前面中上部有一长条形空槽,盒盖突出部分合上时可以插进空槽处以盖闭纸盒;纸盒正面还设有开口用于安装滑轨以及输出切割后的封口膜;
所述滑轨由滑刀及轨道组成;滑刀包括滑盖、中柱、底座及刀片;轨道包括轨道上槽、轨道中部、轨道下槽及轨道终端;使用本封口膜切割装置时,需先将轨道下槽部分卡入纸盒开口;滑盖位于轨道上槽之上,其底面连接中柱,滑盖可在轨道上槽顶面滑行;中柱为连接滑盖与底座的结构,中柱上面与轨道上边处于同一平面,中柱下面与底座上面相连接;底座位于轨道中部之上,底座长度小于滑盖长度,其底面可滑行于轨道中部所在平面;轨道两端为轨道终端,轨道终端为两端处轨道上槽和轨道中部部分相连的设计;刀片为固定在滑盖、中柱及底座的倒三角形锋利刀具组成;
所述筒轴由侧面底架和侧面底架的类圆柱形突起构成,侧面底架底面为正方形,面积略小于纸盒侧面面积,侧面底架固定于纸盒两侧面,两侧面中部有类圆柱形侧面底架突起,位于封口膜筒两侧开口处。
优选地,所述的纸盒宽度为12cm,长度为13.8cm,高度为13.8cm(封口膜筒宽度约10.1cm)。
优选地,所述的滑盖、中柱、底座及轨道均为塑料材质。
优选地,所述的滑盖顶面中部为半球形凹陷结构,凹陷处为平行横纹间隔。
本发明的优点在于低成本、简便、安全、无菌。该装置除刀片外,所用材料均为塑料和纸板,成本低、且易获取,原理简单易操作。使用时首先将滑轨卡入纸盒开口处,打开纸盖,将封口膜放置于纸盒内,侧面底架位于封口膜筒两侧开口面,类圆柱形突起位于封口膜筒两侧开口处,使得筒轴起到固定封口膜筒及方便封口膜滚动的作用。向外抽出封口膜后,将待切割边缘静置于轨道上,手指按住滑盖凹陷横纹处,从一个轨道终端向另一个轨道终端滑动,此时滑刀(包括中柱、底座、刀片)也随之在轨道上槽内滑动,滑盖顶面凹陷横纹设计增大与手指的接触面积,刀片是固定在滑盖、中柱及底座的倒三角形设计,滑动过程不会接触到手指,上述设计使得切割过程便捷、安全。切割完毕后,合上纸盒上盖,纸盖突出部分合上时正好插进空槽处,起到密闭纸盒作用。纸盒内为无菌设计,使用过程无需再用其他工具剪切,能够最大程度的保证无菌。

如图1-6所示,本发明提供了一种带滑轨式封口膜切割装置,包括容纳封口膜的纸盒(1)、滑轨(2)及筒轴(3);
所述纸盒(1)为长方体硬质纸盒,纸盒宽度为12cm,长度为13.8cm,长方体高度为13.8cm(封口膜筒宽度约10.1cm),纸盒正面中上部有一长条形空槽(4),纸盖突出部分(101)合上时可以插进空槽(4)处以盖闭纸盒(1);纸盒正面设有开口(102)用于安装滑轨(2)以及输出切割后的封口膜;
所述滑轨(2)由滑刀(5)及轨道(10)组成;滑刀(5)包括滑盖(6)、中柱(7)、底座(8)及刀片(9),其中,滑盖(6)、中柱(7)、底座(8)及轨道(10)均为塑料材质;轨道(10)包括轨道上槽(11)、轨道中部(12)、轨道下槽(13)及轨道终端(14),使用本封口膜切割装置时,需先将滑轨(2)的轨道下槽(13)部分卡入纸盒(1)开口处;滑盖(6)顶面中部为半球形凹陷设计,凹陷处有平行横纹间隔,滑盖(6)位于轨道上槽(11)之上,其底面连接中柱(7),滑盖(6)可在轨道上槽(11)顶面滑行;中柱(7)为连接滑盖(6)与底座(8)的结构,中柱(7)上面与轨道(10)上边处于同一平面,中柱(8)下面与底座(8)上面相连接;底座(8)位于轨道中部(12)之上,底座(8)长度小于滑盖(6)长度,其底面可滑行于轨道中部(12)所在平面;轨道(10)两端为轨道终端(14),轨道终端(14)为两端处轨道上槽(11)和轨道中部(12)部分相连的设计;刀片(9)为左右两边固定在滑盖(6)、中柱(7)及底座(8)的倒三角形锋利刀具组成;
所述筒轴(3)由侧面底架(15)和侧面底架突起(16)构成,侧面底架(15)底面为正方形,面积略小于纸盒(1)侧面面积,侧面底架(15)固定于纸盒(1)两侧面,两侧面中部有类圆柱形侧面底架突起(16),位于封口膜筒两侧开口处。
综上,本发明低成本(硬质纸盒、塑料滑轨装置)、简便(带滑轨式切割装置稳固的夹架在纸盒开口处,滑刀在轨道上槽内滑动,滑刀切割顺畅)、安全(使用时手指不会接触到刀头,使用安全简便高效);无菌(该切割装置在多个环节保证无菌:滑刀头本身无菌,且长期置于细胞房中,房间紫外灭菌时能消毒滑刀头,使用时无需再使用剪刀切割封口膜,手指也不会碰到滑刀头,封口膜在使用时始终置于内面无菌的纸盒内)。
Claims (2)
1.一种带滑轨式封口膜切割装置,其特征在于,包括容纳封口膜的纸盒(1)、滑轨(2)及筒轴(3);所述纸盒(1)为长方体硬质纸盒,纸盒前面中上部有一长条形空槽(4),盒盖(101)突出部分合上时插进空槽(4)处以盖闭纸盒(1);纸盒正面还设有开口(102)用于安装滑轨(2)、输送切割后的封口膜;
所述滑轨(2)由滑刀(5)及轨道(10)组成;滑刀(5)包括滑盖(6)、中柱(7)、底座(8)及刀片(9);轨道(10)包括轨道上槽(11)、轨道中部(12)、轨道下槽(13)及轨道终端(14),轨道下槽(13)部分卡入纸盒(1)开口(102);滑盖(6)位于轨道上槽(11)之上,其底面连接中柱(7),滑盖(6)可在轨道上槽(11)顶面滑行;中柱(7)为连接滑盖(6)与底座(8)的结构,中柱(7)上面与轨道(10)上边处于同一平面,中柱(7)下面与底座(8)上面相连接;底座(8)位于轨道中部(12)之上,底座(8)长度小于滑盖(6)长度,其底面可滑行于轨道中部(12)所在平面;轨道(10)两端为轨道终端(14),轨道终端(14)为两端处轨道上槽(11)和轨道中部(12)部分相连的设计;刀片(9)为固定在滑盖(6)、中柱(7)及底座(8)的倒三角形锋利刀具组成;
