The emery wheel is the indispensable consumables that are used for carrying on the coping steel billet, and the workshop among the prior art carries out emery wheel installation, grit coping process and emery wheel standard of inserting the line all lack a clear and definite unified scientific standard, consequently can't guarantee steel billet coping quality, and the emery wheel is inserted the line simultaneously and is had the waste.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a using method of a grinding wheel, which ensures the grinding quality of a billet and avoids waste caused by grinding wheel offline by formulating a grinding wheel mounting process, a frequency adjusting process in the grinding process of the grinding wheel and a grinding wheel offline standard. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for using a grinding wheel comprises the following steps:
(1) inspecting the grinding wheel, and screening out the grinding wheel without defect in appearance as a grinding wheel;
(2) cleaning a grinding wheel seat fixed at the tail end of a main shaft of the sharpening machine to ensure that the surface of the grinding wheel seat is smooth;
(3) fixing the grinding wheel on the grinding wheel seat;
(4) starting the sharpening machine, driving the sharpening grinding wheel in the step (3) to idle, and after the sharpening machine operates stably, sharpening the sharpening grinding wheel;
(5) after the grinding wheel is operated for a set time, the frequency of the sharpening machine is correspondingly increased according to a preset standard along with the reduction of the diameter of the grinding wheel so as to ensure that the operation distance of the grinding wheel per second is unchanged; the preset criteria include: when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 570 mm-610 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 41 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 385-420 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 47-48 HZ;
(6) and the diameter of the grinding wheel is gradually reduced, and the grinding wheel is replaced when the diameter of the grinding wheel reaches the standard of the offline diameter.
Preferably, in the step (4), the time of idling is 5min to 8 min.
Preferably, in the step (6), the diameter standard of the lower line is 370 mm-390 mm.
Preferably, in the step (3), the grinding wheel is fixed on the wheel base through a bolt; an elastic gasket is arranged between the bolt and the grinding wheel.
Preferably, in the step (3), the bolts are arranged along the circumference and symmetrically distributed; and when the bolts are installed, synchronously screwing a pair of symmetrical bolts.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: by formulating a grinding wheel mounting process, a frequency adjusting process in the grinding wheel grinding process and a grinding wheel offline standard, the grinding quality of the steel billet is ensured, and meanwhile waste caused by offline grinding wheels is avoided.

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings, in which preferred embodiments of the invention are shown, it being understood that one skilled in the art may modify the invention herein described while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the use method of the grinding wheel comprises the following steps (1) - (6):
(1) the inspection process before the installation of the grinding wheel comprises the following steps: inspecting the grinding wheel, and screening out the grinding wheel without defect in appearance as a grinding wheel; and removing the defective grinding wheel.
(2) And cleaning the grinding wheel seat fixed at the tail end of the spindle of the sharpening machine to ensure that the surface of the grinding wheel seat is smooth. The grinding wheel seat rotates along with the spindle and is used for driving the grinding wheel to rotate along with the spindle.
(3) Installing a grinding wheel: and fixing the grinding wheel on the grinding wheel seat. Wherein, the grinding wheel is fixed on the grinding wheel seat through a bolt; an elastic gasket is arranged between the bolt and the grinding wheel. The bolts are arranged along the circumference and symmetrically distributed; when the bolts are installed, the symmetrical pair of bolts are synchronously screwed down, so that the situation that the vibration amplitude is increased due to poor installation precision of the grinding wheel and the grinding quality of the steel billet is finally influenced is avoided.
(4) Starting the sharpening machine, driving the sharpening grinding wheel to idle in the step (3) by the sharpening machine, and after the sharpening machine operates stably, sharpening the sharpening grinding wheel; wherein the idling time is 5min-8 min.
(5) Frequency adjustment in the grinding wheel grinding process: after the operation is carried out for a set time, along with the reduction of the diameter of the grinding wheel, the frequency of the grinding wheel is correspondingly increased according to a preset standard so as to ensure that the operation distance of the grinding wheel per second is not changed, thereby ensuring the quality of the surface of the billet to be ground. The preset criteria include: when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 570 mm-610 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 41 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 540 mm-570 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 42 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 510 mm-540 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 43 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 480 mm-510 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 44 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 450 mm-480 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 45 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 420 mm-450 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 46 HZ; when the diameter of the grinding wheel is 385 mm-420 mm, the frequency of the grinding wheel is 47 HZ-48 HZ. In this embodiment, after stopping the machine, the diameter of the grinding wheel is manually measured every time the machine is ground, and then the frequency of the grinding wheel is correspondingly increased according to a preset standard. In other embodiments besides this embodiment, a distance sensor is installed on the grinding wheel housing, the distance sensor detects the distance between the grinding wheel and the housing in real time, then the distance sensor transmits the distance to the controller, the controller judges the diameter change of the grinding wheel, and the controller automatically increases the frequency of the grinding wheel according to a preset standard stored in the controller in advance.
(6) And (3) establishing the offline diameter standard of the grinding wheel: the diameter of the grinding wheel is gradually reduced, and when the diameter of the grinding wheel reaches the offline diameter standard, the grinding wheel is manually replaced, so that waste caused by premature replacement of the grinding wheel is avoided. The diameter standard of the lower line is 370 mm-390 mm, such as 380 mm. In other embodiments besides this embodiment, the controller communicates the alarm to alarm when the diameter of the grinding wheel to be ground reaches the offline diameter standard, so as to manually replace the grinding wheel.
