The reason for this is that the corrugated cardboard generates a large amount of waste paper lumps and waste paper dust under the stress extrusion generated by the grooving or die cutting.
The waste paper blocks and waste paper ash are attached to the surface of the corrugated board under the action of static electricity, so that subsequent viscose can not be normally coated and the surface smoothness of the carton is extremely poor. At present, the waste paper on most of carton lateral walls is manual cleaning, not only wastes time and energy, but also is not sufficient in cleaning, and is not convenient for collection simultaneously.
