The invention provides a cleaning device for sheet metal part production, which comprises a mainframe box, wherein the middle of the inner wall of the top of the mainframe box is connected with a horizontally arranged sliding rail through a bolt, the inner wall of the bottom of the sliding rail is connected with a vertically arranged suspension rod in a sliding manner, the bottoms of the inner walls of two sides of the mainframe box are both connected with a horizontally arranged fixed bottom plate through bolts, a vertically arranged rotating central shaft is sleeved between the top of the fixed bottom plate and the inner wall of the top of the mainframe box, the outer circumferential wall of the rotating central shaft is sleeved with a vertically arranged cleaning brush, the inner walls of two sides of the mainframe box are both connected with a horizontally arranged sand blasting pipe through bolts, two horizontally arranged rotating rollers are sleeved at the bottom between the inner walls of two ends of the mainframe box through bearings, a horizontally arranged discharging belt is sleeved between the outer circumferential walls of the two rotating rollers, and a horizontally arranged waste material groove is formed on the outer, the bottom of one end of the mainframe box is sleeved with a first inclined discharge hopper, the top of the first discharge hopper, which is positioned between the inner wall of the top of the discharge belt and the inner wall of the bottom of the discharge belt, is connected with a horizontally arranged demagnetizing plate through a bolt, and the bottom of the other end of the mainframe box is sleeved with a second inclined discharge hopper.
Preferably, the bottom both ends of mainframe box are seted up the removal recess of vertical setting, and the top inner wall that removes the recess has the hydraulic stem through bolted connection, and the bottom of hydraulic stem has the removal wheel through bolted connection.

When the cleaning device for producing the sheet metal parts is used, an operator firstly moves the cleaning device for producing the sheet metal parts to a proper working position through the moving wheel 21 at the bottom, the moving wheel 21 is contracted into the moving groove 1 through the hydraulic rod 20, so that the device is fixed and stable, the operator hangs the sheet metal parts to be cleaned at the bottom of the suspension rod 11, the motor 14 drives the cleaning brush 15 to rotate to clean two sides of the sheet metal parts, the sand blasting machine box 3 sprays iron sand to wash two sides of the sheet metal parts, the washed iron sand and cleaned waste materials fall onto the discharging belt 4 at the bottom, the discharging belt 4 is magnetic to absorb the iron sand, impurities and fragments which do not have magnetism in the rotating process fall onto the discharging hopper two 22 to be discharged, the magnetic iron sand continues to run to the top of the discharging hopper one 19 and is demagnetized through the demagnetized plate 16, the iron sand falls to the first discharge hopper 19 to be discharged, so that the whole device is convenient for discharging waste materials in the cleaning process.
Example 2:
a cleaning device for sheet metal part production is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-5, the top of the inner wall of one side of a main case 17 is connected with a dust removing case 25 which is vertically arranged through bolts, an air inlet grid plate 27 which is horizontally arranged is installed at the top of the dust removing case 25, an air inlet hole 28 which is vertically arranged is installed between the top and the bottom of the air inlet grid plate 27, the top inlet of the air inlet hole 28 is narrow, a first hole is formed in one side of the dust removing case 25, a fan cylinder 26 is sleeved with the first hole, a fan is sleeved on the circumferential inner wall of the fan cylinder 26, and the fan cylinder 26 is sleeved with one side of the main case 17.
This embodiment is when using, through the dust removal machine case 25 of installing vertical setting at one side inner wall of mainframe box 17, dust removal machine case 25 can absorb the piece and the dust of wasing the production, and the inlet end of the inlet port 28 at the top of air inlet grid plate 27 sets to the narrow end, can effectually prevent that the entering of iron sand is inhaled the processing by the mistake, consequently, only can absorb piece and dust for the device is at abluent in-process, cleaner, environmental protection more.
