Abstract
The invention discloses a detachable self-locking waterway filter which comprises a filter body, a movable plug, a spring, a filter screen and a sealing element, wherein a through hole is formed in the filter body, the through hole is sealed by the sealing element, the filter screen is sleeved on the movable plug and enters the filter body along with the movable plug from the through hole, a blocking part is arranged along the periphery of the through hole, the spring is sleeved on the filter screen and limited between the movable plug and the blocking part, and the blocking part can block the bottom of the movable plug from leaving the filter body and the spring from entering the filter body and can be combined with the bottom of the movable plug to seal the through hole.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of filtering equipment, in particular to a detachable self-locking waterway filter.
Background
The water system needs to be closed when the existing waterway filter is detached for cleaning, the filter screen can be taken out for cleaning or replacement after water in the system is discharged, the actual use is very inconvenient, and the waterway filter is complex in disassembly and assembly and easy to leak due to the adoption of a multi-interface structure, so that the fault is high.
For example, chinese patent application publication No. CN201625457U discloses a waterway filter for a pipe forming device, which comprises a waterway consisting of water pipes and a filter, wherein a drain valve is disposed at the bottom of the filter. In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a detachable self-locking waterway filter comprises a filter body, a movable plug, a spring, a filter screen and a sealing piece, wherein a through hole is formed in the filter body, the through hole is sealed by the sealing piece, the filter screen is arranged on the movable plug and enters and exits the filter body along with the movable plug from the through hole, a blocking part is arranged around the through hole, the spring is clamped between the movable plug and the blocking part, and the blocking part can block the bottom of the movable plug from leaving the filter body and block the spring from entering the filter body; after the sealing element is installed, the spring is compressed between the top of the movable plug and the blocking part, and after the sealing element is removed, the spring releases elastic force to jack the top of the movable plug so that the bottom of the movable plug seals the through hole.
Further, preferably, a cavity communicated with the through hole and capable of containing the filter screen is arranged in the filter body, and a water inlet and a water outlet are respectively formed in the front and the rear of the cavity.
Preferably, the filter body is provided with an internal threaded pipe, the internal threaded pipe is communicated with the through hole, and the sealing element is in threaded connection with the internal threaded pipe.

as shown in fig. 2, a through hole 11 is formed in the filter body 1, an internal threaded pipe 12 is arranged on the filter body 1, the internal threaded pipe 12 is communicated with the through hole 11, a sealing member 5 is in threaded connection with the internal threaded pipe 12 so as to seal the through hole 11 through the sealing member 5 to realize the sealing of the through hole 11, the sealing member 5 is a nut which is of a solid structure and is externally provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread of the internal threaded pipe 12;
