In a game, the resource files corresponding to the game map usually include a large number of small files randomly distributed at each location of the disk, and therefore, in the process of loading the resource files of the game map by the game program, frequent disk seek is required to search for the small files located at each location of the disk, and the small files are read (or loaded) from the disk into the memory. In the method, the searching mode of the small files corresponding to the game map is complex, so that the loading efficiency of the small files corresponding to the game map is low, the game map cannot be displayed in time, the game is unsmooth, and the human-computer interaction efficiency is low.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a game map storage method, a game map display method, a game map storage device, an electronic device and a storage medium, which can improve the loading efficiency of a specific resource file with a file size smaller than a preset threshold in a game map, so that the game map can be displayed in time, the problem of game jamming is relieved, and the human-computer interaction efficiency is improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiment, the embodiment of the present application provides storage of a game map, a display method and device of the game map, an electronic device, and a storage medium for detailed description. The present application is applicable to electronic devices, and is mainly applicable to electronic devices equipped with a mechanical hard disk. Alternatively, the electronic device may be a Computer entertainment machine (e.g., PlayStation 4), a Personal Computer (PC), or the like; the PC includes a desktop computer, a notebook computer, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, a storage method for a game map provided in a first embodiment of the present application may be applied to an electronic device, and the storage method includes:
s101, acquiring a target resource file corresponding to a game map in the game.
S102, selecting a plurality of first resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value from the target resource files corresponding to the game map.
S103, integrating the plurality of first resource files to obtain integrated resource files corresponding to the game map.
And S104, writing the integrated resource file corresponding to the game map into a storage medium.
The embodiment of the application provides a storage method of a game map, which includes the steps of selecting a plurality of first resource files with corresponding file sizes smaller than a preset threshold value from target resource files corresponding to the game map, integrating the plurality of first resource files to obtain integrated resource files corresponding to the game map, and writing the integrated resource files into a storage medium. Therefore, when the game is in the running state, the game program in the electronic equipment can quickly find the first resource file (namely the small file) corresponding to the game map and load the first resource file, the loading efficiency of the first resource file (namely the small file) in the game map is improved, the game map can be displayed in time, the problem of game blockage is relieved, and the human-computer interaction efficiency is improved.
The above exemplary steps of the embodiments of the present application are described below:
s101, acquiring a target resource file corresponding to a game map in the game.
In the embodiment of the present application, the game may be any game, and the game includes one or more game maps. Each game map corresponds to a corresponding target resource file; in practice, the target resource files corresponding to different game maps may be different, or may be partially the same. Here, the target resource files are the same or different, which means that the resource data in the target resource files are the same or different.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target resource file includes at least one of: a private resource file corresponding to the game map; and the game map corresponds to a public resource file.
The private resource files corresponding to different game maps are different, and the public resource files corresponding to different game maps can be the same or different. For example, the game a includes 4 game maps, where the game map 1 corresponds to the private resource file 1, the game map 2 corresponds to the private resource file 2, the game map 3 corresponds to the private resource file 3, and the game map 4 corresponds to the private resource file 4; correspondingly, the resource data in the private resource file 1, the private resource file 2, the private resource file 3 and the private resource file 4 are all different. Correspondingly, the game map 1 and the game map 2 correspond to the common resource file 1, the game map 3 and the game map 4 correspond to the common resource file 2, and the resource data corresponding to the common resource file 1 and the common resource file 2 are different.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target resource file includes at least one of: a mesh file of the game object model; a map file of the game object model; game sound effect files.
Wherein, the game object model is a model in the game; for example, the game object model is a game character model, a building model (e.g., a tower, a base, etc.), a tree model, or a grass model. The grid file of the game object model is a model architecture of the game object model, and the map file is a file which is matched with the model architecture to obtain the game object model. For example, a tree model architecture is obtained by rendering a tree mesh file, and a tree model is obtained by rendering the color of the tree model architecture by a tree map file. The game sound effect is usually included in the game, and the game sound effect is added to the game scene by loading the corresponding game sound effect file.
S102, selecting a plurality of first resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value from the target resource files corresponding to the game map.
In the embodiment of the application, each game map corresponds to a plurality of target resource files, and the file size of each target resource file is usually different. In practice, the game map includes different map contents, and when the game map is manufactured, target resource files corresponding to the respective map contents are usually manufactured, and accordingly, the sizes of the target resource files corresponding to the different map contents are different.
For example, the game map includes a game character model 1, a game character model 2, a grass model 1, and a building model 1, and the game character model 1, the game character model 2, the grass model 1, and the building model 1 correspond to the matched target resource files, respectively.
In the embodiment of the application, the target resource files corresponding to the game map are obtained, and a plurality of first resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value are selected from a plurality of target resource files corresponding to the game map. Here, the preset threshold may be set according to a game map, for example, the preset threshold is set to 8k, and accordingly, a first resource file with a file size smaller than 8k is selected from a plurality of target resource files corresponding to the game map.
When the game comprises a plurality of game maps, classifying the target resource files according to different game maps, and independently processing and storing the target resource files corresponding to each game map; furthermore, for each game map, the target resource files corresponding to the game map are classified again according to different categories of the target resource files, and then each category of resource files corresponding to the game map are processed and stored separately. Optionally, the different categories of the target resource file include: the private file type and the public file type are determined, namely the private resource file and the public resource file corresponding to the game map are determined.
For example, the game includes 4 game maps, and for the game map a, a plurality of object resource files corresponding to the game map a are acquired and processed. Specifically, a plurality of private resource files corresponding to the game map a are obtained, and a plurality of first resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value are selected from the plurality of private resource files. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of public resource files corresponding to a game map A, and selecting a plurality of first resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value from the public resource files.
In the embodiment of the application, the target resource files corresponding to different game maps are separately classified and processed, and the target resource files corresponding to different types of each game map are separately processed, so that the stored files can be more reasonable, in the process of game operation, the corresponding resource files corresponding to the game maps can be quickly searched, and the loading efficiency of the specific resource files with the file size smaller than the preset threshold value in the game maps is improved.
S103, integrating the plurality of first resource files to obtain integrated resource files corresponding to the game map.
In this embodiment of the present application, a manner of performing integration processing on a plurality of first resource files includes: acquiring resource data corresponding to the first resource files respectively to obtain a plurality of resource data; and writing the plurality of resource data into a preset file to obtain an integrated resource file corresponding to the game map.
Illustratively, for each game map, resource data in a plurality of first resource files corresponding to the game map in each category are respectively acquired, and the plurality of resource data are written into a preset file, so as to obtain an integrated resource file of the game map in the category. For example, for the game map 1, resource data in a plurality of first resource files corresponding to the game map 1 in the private file category is acquired, and the plurality of resource data are written into a preset file, so that an integrated resource file of the game map in the private file category is obtained.
And S104, writing the integrated resource file corresponding to the game map into a storage medium.
In the embodiment of the application, for each game map in the game, after the integrated resource file corresponding to the game map is obtained, the integrated resource file is written into a storage medium. Each game map corresponding to the integrated resource file comprises at least one of the following: and the integrated resource file corresponding to the private file type and the integrated resource file corresponding to the public file type. Wherein each of the consolidated resource files is stored as a whole to a corresponding storage area of the storage medium.
Optionally, the storage medium may be a magnetic disk (including a hard disk and a floppy disk); the hard disk version mechanical hard disk and the solid state hard disk are provided. In the embodiment of the present application, the storage medium is a mechanical hard disk.
In addition, in the storage method of the game map provided in the embodiment of the present application, after storing the integrated resource file corresponding to the game map and including a plurality of first resource files, the game map further includes second resource files other than the first resource files, and the second resource files also need to be stored, as shown in fig. 2, the storage method further includes:
s201, acquiring a second resource file except the plurality of first resource files in the target resource file.
In the embodiment of the application, for each game map in the game, a second resource file of the game map except the first resource file in each category is acquired. Here, the respective categories include: a private file category (corresponding to the private resource file corresponding to the game map) and a public file category (corresponding to the public resource file corresponding to the game map).
For example, for the game map 1, a second resource file of the game map 1 except the first resource file in the private resource file is acquired, and a second resource file of the game map 1 except the first resource file in the public resource file is acquired.
S202, writing the second resource file into the storage medium.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second resource files of the game map, except for the first resource file, in each category are acquired, each second resource file is written into a storage medium, for example, a magnetic disk.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user starts a game to enter a game map (or enters a new game map), a game program needs to load (i.e., read) a target resource file of the game map from a disk into a memory, render the target resource file, display the rendered target game map in a graphical user interface of the game, and finally present a game picture including a game world on the graphical user interface. Generally, the larger the game map is, the larger the target resource file corresponding to the game map is, and for the games with the world map, due to the limitation of the memory in the hardware platform for running the games in the electronic device, all the target resource files corresponding to the game map cannot be loaded into the memory at one time, and at present, part of the target resources corresponding to the game map are loaded.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 3, the method for storing a game map provided in the embodiment of the present application, where acquiring a target resource file corresponding to the game map in a game includes:
s301, conducting blocking processing on the game map in the game to obtain a plurality of map blocks corresponding to the game map.
In the embodiment of the application, for a larger game map, the game map is divided into a plurality of map blocks, so that the target resource file is loaded according to the map blocks.
Optionally, the sizes of the different map blocks may be the same or unequal.
S302, obtaining a third resource file corresponding to each map block respectively, and obtaining a plurality of third resource files.
Each map block comprises a plurality of third resource files, and the file sizes of different third resource files can be the same or different; the third resource file includes resource files of different categories, for example, the third resource file may include a private resource file corresponding to the map block, and may also include a public resource file corresponding to the map block.
S303, determining the plurality of third resource files as target resource files corresponding to the game map.
In one embodiment, after the third resource file corresponding to each map block is obtained, the third resource files corresponding to the plurality of map blocks are obtained, and the third resource files are used as target resource files corresponding to the game map.
Illustratively, taking private resource files corresponding to a plurality of map tiles as the private resource files corresponding to the game map; and taking the public resource files corresponding to the map blocks as the public resource files corresponding to the game map.
The embodiment of the application provides a storage method of a game map, when a game is in a running state, a game program in electronic equipment can quickly find a first resource file (namely a small file) corresponding to the game map and load the first resource file, so that the loading efficiency of the first resource file (namely the small file) in the game map is improved, the game map can be displayed in time, the problem of game blockage is relieved, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is further improved.
As shown in fig. 4, a method for displaying a game map provided in a second embodiment of the present application may be applied to an electronic device, and the method includes:
s401, after a target game map in a game is determined, loading a first resource file and a second resource file corresponding to the target game map; the first resource file comprises a plurality of target resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value; the file size of each second resource file is larger than the preset threshold value.
S402, rendering the first resource file and the second resource file, and displaying the rendered target game map in a graphical user interface of the game.
The embodiment of the application provides a display method of a game map, after a target game map in a game is determined, a first resource file and a second resource file corresponding to the target game map are loaded, wherein the first resource file comprises a plurality of target resource files of which the corresponding file sizes are smaller than a preset threshold value, and the file size of each second resource file is larger than the preset threshold value; and then, rendering the first resource file and the second resource file to display the rendered target game map in the graphical user interface. Therefore, the first resource file of the target game map can be quickly searched and loaded, the first resource file is the integrated resource file (namely a small file corresponding to the target game map), and the target game map is rendered based on the first resource file and the second resource file. By the method, the loading efficiency of the specific resource files with the file sizes smaller than the preset threshold value in the game map is improved, the game map can be displayed in time, the problem of game blockage is relieved, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
The following describes exemplary steps in the embodiments of the present application:

After determining a target game map in the game, loading a first resource file and a second resource file corresponding to the target game map; each first resource file includes a plurality of corresponding target resource files with file sizes smaller than a preset threshold, for example, the preset threshold is set to 8k, and correspondingly, each first resource file includes a plurality of corresponding target resource files with file sizes smaller than 8 k.
In an embodiment of the application, the first resource file is a resource file corresponding to the target game map. Optionally, one or more first resource files may be provided; when the first resource file is multiple, the corresponding categories of the multiple first resource files may be different, and the categories include: a private file category and a public file category. For example, the first resource file includes a private resource file and a public resource file.
Accordingly, the number of the second resource files may be one or more, and the file size of each second resource file is greater than a preset threshold (e.g., 8 k). When the rendering object is the whole target game map, the second resource file is a second resource file corresponding to the target game map; and when the dyed object is a partial target game map, the second resource file is a second resource file corresponding to the partial target game map.
S402, rendering the first resource file and the second resource file, and displaying the rendered target game map in a graphical user interface of the game.
In one embodiment, when the rendering object is the whole target game map, a game program in the electronic device renders the first resource file and the second resource file corresponding to the target game map, and displays the rendered whole target game map in a graphical user interface.
In another embodiment, when the rendering object is a part of the target game map, the first resource file is a resource file corresponding to the whole target game map, the second resource file is a resource file corresponding to the part of the target game map, and correspondingly, the game program of the electronic device selects a third resource file corresponding to the part of the target game map from the first resource file, renders the second resource file and the third resource file, and displays the rendered part of the target game map in the graphical user interface.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the method for displaying a game map provided in the embodiment of the present application, the determining a target game map in the game in the following two ways includes:
firstly, determining the target game map according to target task information corresponding to target game characters in the game.
In the embodiment of the application, task information and a mapping table of a game map are stored in advance in an electronic device, the game comprises a target game role controlled by a player, the target task information corresponding to the target game role is obtained in the running state of the game, the game map corresponding to the target task information is searched from the mapping table, and the searched game map is determined as the target game map corresponding to the target game role.
For example, the mapping table includes the following mapping relationships: task 1-game map 1, task 2-game map 2, task 3-game map 3, and task 4-game map 4. In the current game, the target mission information of the player-controlled target game character is mission 1, and accordingly, the game map 1 is determined to be a target game map corresponding to the player-controlled target game character.
Second, the target game map is determined in response to a selection operation performed on the graphical user interface.

Optionally, the selection operation may be a touch operation, a slide operation, or the like; for example, a plurality of game maps are simultaneously displayed on the graphical user interface, and the player selects a target game map by a touch click operation for the target game map.
When a user starts a game to enter a game map (or enters a new game map), a game program needs to load (namely read) a target resource file of the game map into a memory from a disk, then render the target resource file, display the rendered target game map in a graphical user interface of the game, and finally present a game picture comprising a game world on the graphical user interface. Generally, the larger the game map is, the larger the target resource file corresponding to the game map is, and for the games with the world map, due to the limitation of the memory in the hardware platform for running the game in the electronic device, all the target resource files corresponding to the game map cannot be loaded into the memory at one time, so that the electronic device loads part of the target resources corresponding to the game map.
Based on this, in the display method of the game map provided in the embodiment of the present application, loading the second resource file corresponding to the target game map includes:
and loading a second resource file corresponding to the target game map according to the first position of the target game role in the game in the target game map.
Specifically, a first target map block in the target game map is determined according to a first position of the target game role in the target game map; and loading the resource subfile corresponding to the first target map block, and determining the resource subfile corresponding to the first target map block as the second resource file.
In the embodiment of the application, for a larger game map, the game map is divided into a plurality of map blocks, so that the target resource file is loaded according to the map blocks. After the first position of a target game role controlled by a player in a map block is determined, a plurality of first target map blocks corresponding to the first position are determined, and resource subfiles corresponding to the plurality of first target map blocks are loaded, wherein the plurality of resource subfiles are second resource files corresponding to the target game map.
Further, as shown in fig. 5a, in this embodiment of the application, the loading the second resource file corresponding to the target game map includes:
s501, according to a first position of the target game role in the target game map, determining a first map block corresponding to the first position.
In the embodiment of the application, the target game map comprises a plurality of map tiles, each map tile corresponds to a position range, after a first position of a target game character controlled by a player in the target game map is determined, a first target position range to which the first position belongs is determined, and the map tile corresponding to the first target position range is determined as the first map tile.
As shown in fig. 5b, the target game map 1 is divided into 3 × 4 (i.e. 3 rows and 4 columns) map blocks, which are numbered 1-12, so as to obtain the map blocks 1-12, and accordingly, the target game character controlled by the player is located in the map block 6 at the first position of the target game map, and the map block 6 is the first map block.
S502, obtaining a plurality of second map blocks associated with the first map block.
In one embodiment, the second map tile is a map tile adjacent to the first map tile. As shown in fig. 5b, the first map block is map block 6, and the adjacent map blocks of map block 6 respectively: map segment 1, map segment 2, map segment 3, map segment 5, map segment 7, map segment 9, map segment 10 and map segment 11, and accordingly map segment 1, map segment 2, map segment 3, map segment 5, map segment 7, map segment 9, map segment 10 and map segment 11 are determined as a second map segment.
S503, determining the first map block and the plurality of second map blocks as the first target map block.
In the embodiment of the application, after a first map block and a plurality of second map blocks adjacent to the first map block are determined, the first map block and the plurality of second map blocks are determined as a first target map block.
Correspondingly, for each first target map block, the resource subfile corresponding to the first target map block is acquired, and the resource subfile corresponding to the first target map block is determined as the second resource file corresponding to the target game map.
In the actual game, the player can control the target game character to move in the target game map, and the game program updates the second resource file corresponding to the target game map in real time along with the position change of the target game character and keeps the first resource file corresponding to the target game map unchanged. As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present application, the display method further includes:
