Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a radial coronary artery interventional diagnosis and treatment operating platform.
Background
Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) refers to a treatment method for dredging a narrow or even blocked coronary artery lumen by a cardiac catheter technology so as to improve myocardial blood perfusion, and is an important treatment method for acute coronary syndrome (acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina). Mainly comprises Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), coronary stent implantation and the like, and commonly used approaches comprise a radial artery approach, a femoral artery approach and the like. The coronary artery interventional diagnosis and treatment through the radial artery route has the advantages of high patient comfort, high compliance, small fatal bleeding risk and the like. According to the data reported in the open, the number of coronary heart disease intervention cases in China in 2017 all the year round is 753142, wherein the radial artery approach reaches 90.89%. During radial artery intervention, a patient lies on a narrow catheter bed, supporting plates are required to be placed on two sides of the catheter bed respectively to support two arms, and hands are often not sufficiently supported in the direction of feet. In the radial artery interventional diagnosis and treatment process, the Y valve, the triple tee joint connected with the Y valve, the ring handle injector, the guide catheter, the guide wire, the saccule, the bracket conveying system and other parts exposed outside the body are not effectively supported and are usually in a suspended or semi-suspended state, an interventional doctor needs to be very careful during operation so as to prevent the guide wire catheter from sliding off, blood stains can flow downwards along an operation table board by carelessness, sometimes the blood stains can even flow onto operation clothes and shoes of medical workers, the pollution is caused, and the spread of infectious diseases can be caused in serious cases. The contrast agent is a liquid with high viscosity, and the contrast agent is stuck on the guide wire and dried to seriously affect the smooth operation, so that an operator needs to wipe the contrast agent and blood stain on the guide wire with wet gauze and the like at times in the operation process. In many cases, more than two PTCA guide wires are required to be operated, the guide wires cannot be fixed in vitro, the distal ends of the guide wires can be wound in a guide catheter or a blood vessel due to slight movement of the external part of the body, the smooth conveying of a balloon, a stent and the like can be influenced in serious cases, and great inconvenience is brought to an operator. In the coronary artery interventional diagnosis and treatment process, an operator usually needs an assistant of a doctor to complete the operation smoothly, the assistance of completing the conveying of the saccule and the stent conveying system is the main task of the assistant, and the operation can be completed smoothly under special conditions, such as only one operator and one nurse.
Based on the above, the invention designs an operation platform for interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery via radial artery, which solves the above problems.
