In order to ensure that the wings S2 are in a flattened condition, blowing mechanisms 5 are provided above the folding conveyor 3 downstream of the conveying drum 2 and at the fold-up positions of the wings, said blowing mechanisms 5 being adapted to blow air against the wings S2 on both sides of the sanitary napkin product S before it has entered the folding plate 33.
In this embodiment, since the length of the folding conveyor 3 in the main flow direction M is long, the vacuum box 31 is divided into two box structures in consideration of processing factors, and a box structure can be adopted when the length of the folding conveyor 3 in the main flow direction M required in the actual application process is not long.
As shown in fig. 9, 2 and 3, the platen roller device 4 includes, in addition to the platen roller 43: a mounting portion 41, a second cylinder 42, and an adjustment portion 44.
The press roller device 4 is arranged inside the folding and conveying device 3, so that the cut flap release paper small pieces are pressed and attached to the flaps of the sanitary towel S.
The mounting portion 41 is fixed to a lower portion of the vacuum box 31.
The pressing roller 41 protrudes from the lower side of the first plate 32 to the opening 311 and abuts against the cutter base roller 81.
The second cylinder 42 is fixed at one end far away from the pressing roller 43 through the mounting part 41, and is connected with the second cylinder 42 through a frame body.
The adjusting part 44 is located between the second cylinder 42 and the pressing roller 43, is connected to the second cylinder 42, and is used for adjusting the distance between the pressing roller 43 and the second cylinder 42.
The pressing roller 43, the second cylinder 42, and the adjusting part 44 are fixed to the vacuum box 31 by the mounting part 41.
Referring also to fig. 7, the mounting portion 41 is mounted on the vacuum box 31 in such a position that the pressing roller 43 is positioned in the opening 311 of the first plate 32 of the folding conveyor 3 and a portion of the pressing roller 43 protrudes from the opening 311. The axial center line of the press roller 43 is perpendicular to the length of the vacuum box 31 in the main flow path direction.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, in the second flow path L2, the flap folding system for the sanitary napkin product includes a glue applicator 6, a feed mechanism 7, and a material cutter 8. The second flow path L2 is used to convey flap release paper W cut into small pieces W1 having a certain width and onto the first flow path L1 so that flap release paper small pieces W1 are combined with the main body of the sanitary napkin product S.
The material cutter device 8 is used to cut the continuous wing release paper W into small pieces W1 having a certain width.
Specifically, the material cutter device 8 includes: a cutter knife roller 81 and a cutter base roller 82. The cutter knife roller 81 and the cutter bottom roller 82 are arranged correspondingly, and the cutter bottom roller 82 is of a vacuum adsorption structure; the cutter bottom roller 82 is positioned above the opening 311 in the first plate 32. The press roller 43 protrudes from below the first plate 32 through the opening 311 and abuts against the cutter base roller 82. The cutter bottom roller 82 and the press roller 43 are arranged in a tangent mode, and a connecting line G1 between the axis of the cutter bottom roller 82 and the axis of the press roller 43 is perpendicular to the length of the vacuum box 31 in the main flow direction M. The chips W1 are sucked and rotated by the cutter base roller 82, and conveyed to the folding conveyor 3 on the first flow path L1.
The sizing device 6 and the feeding mechanism 7 are positioned on the upstream side of the material cutter device 8. The glue applicator 6 is used for intermittently applying glue to the upper surface of the continuous wing release paper W.
The feeding mechanism 7 is internally provided with a vacuum structure and is used for conveying continuous wing-protecting release paper W to the material cutter device 8.
In the second flow path L2, the raw material of the flap release paper W flows from the upstream side onto the feeding mechanism 7, and the flap release paper W is adsorbed on its conveying belt and conveyed to the material cutter 8 on the downstream side under the action of the external vacuum device.
The pressing roller 43 is disposed in the folding and conveying device 3, and a part of the pressing roller 43 extends out of the opening 311 of the folding and conveying device 3, so that the small piece W1 can be pressed by the pressing roller 43 and simultaneously adsorbed on the second conveying belt 36 of the folding and conveying device 3 by using the negative pressure airflow in the vacuum box 31, thereby solving the problem that the flap release paper small piece W1 is folded due to no adsorption of the negative pressure airflow in the prior art.
In the product state v in fig. 3, after being pressed by the pressing roller device 4, the flap release paper tab W1 is adhered to the folded position of the flap S2 of the sanitary napkin product S.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A system for folding flaps of a sanitary napkin product, comprising:
a first flow path and a second flow path, the second flow path being downstream of the first flow path;
in the first flow path, the flap folding system of a sanitary napkin product comprising:
the cutting device cuts the complex finished by the upstream processing to generate independent single sanitary towel products;
a transfer drum and a folding transfer device, the folding transfer device having an opening; said transfer drum being located downstream of said cutting means and said folding transfer means being located downstream of said transfer drum; and
a press roller device having a press roller which is provided in the folding conveyor and a part of which protrudes out of the opening; on the second flow path, the flap folding system of the sanitary napkin product comprises a material cutter device;
the material cutter device is provided with a cutter bottom roller, and the press roller is abutted against the cutter bottom roller and used for pressing and attaching the small pieces of the flap release paper which are cut off from the second flow path and then sent to the flaps of the sanitary towel;
the transfer drum comprises
The transfer drum and the air distribution disc are used for respectively adsorbing and blowing air to the individually divided sanitary towel products at set positions;
the transfer drum also comprises two first grooves which are positioned at the position close to the side edge in the axial direction of the transfer drum, any one of the first grooves is continuously distributed along the circumferential direction of the transfer drum, and adsorption holes are uniformly arranged in the first grooves; the tensioning roller is pressed and held on the folding conveying device; and
the two first conveyor belts are respectively embedded into first grooves of the transfer drum and annularly wound on the transfer drum, and the depth of the first grooves is the same as the thickness of the first conveyor belts; the first conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of openings, and the openings are arranged corresponding to the adsorption holes in the first groove; the first conveyor belt is tensioned by the tensioning roller, and part of the first conveyor belt is tightly attached to the folding conveyor to form a pressing area; when the sanitary towel product passes through the pressing zone, the two end protective wings of the sanitary towel product are pressed;
the folding conveyor comprises:
the vacuum box is internally provided with a hollow structure;
the first plate is arranged on the vacuum box, and a plurality of rows of waist-shaped holes are formed in the first plate and correspond to the absorbers of the sanitary towel products;
the driving roller is arranged below the vacuum box and is connected with the driving device;
the two driven rollers are respectively arranged on two sides of the main flow direction of the vacuum box;
the second conveying belt is annularly arranged above the first plate and between the driving roller and the two driven rollers; the second conveyor belt is provided with a through hole corresponding to the waist-shaped hole of the first plate;
the material cutter device is used for cutting the continuous wing-protecting release paper into small pieces with certain width;
the material cutter device further comprises:
the cutter knife roller is arranged corresponding to the cutter bottom roller, and the cutter bottom roller is of a vacuum adsorption structure; the opening on the folding conveying device is arranged on the first plate and is positioned below the bottom roller of the cutter;
the compression roller extends out of the opening from the lower part of the first plate and abuts against the cutter bottom roller.
2. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 1,
the transfer drum includes:
the air distribution disc is fixed on the support and is positioned at the end parts of two sides of the width direction of the transfer drum;
the transfer drum is rotatably connected with the lower end of the support through a first shaft, an air suction groove and an air blowing groove are formed in the air distribution plate, an adsorption hole is formed in the surface of the transfer drum at a position outside the first groove, and an air suction channel is formed in the transfer drum; the air suction groove and the air blowing groove of the air distribution disc are communicated with the air suction channel of the transfer drum and are respectively used for transmitting negative pressure airflow generated by an external air suction device and airflow of an external air source into the adsorption holes on the surface of the conveying drum through the air distribution disc; when the transfer drum rotates to the air suction groove position, the sanitary towel products are adsorbed onto the transfer drum from the cutting device; the sanitary napkin products are blown from the transfer drum onto the folding conveyor as the transfer drum rotates to the blow slot position; wherein the first shaft is arranged perpendicular to the first conveyor belt; and
and the driving shaft is fixed at the middle end of the bracket and is arranged above the first shaft in parallel, one end of the driving shaft is connected with the driving device, and the other end of the driving shaft is connected with the first shaft through a synchronous belt.
3. A sanitary napkin product flap folding system as claimed in claim 2, wherein said transfer drum further comprises:
the first cylinder is connected to the support and fixed on the main mounting panel through a bracket;
when the first air cylinder retracts, the transfer drum rotates clockwise around a fulcrum of the bracket so as to enable the transfer drum to be separated out of the interior of the cutting device;
when the first cylinder extends, the transfer drum rotates anticlockwise around the supporting point of the support so as to enable the transfer drum to enter the inside of the cutting device.
4. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 1,

the folding plate is arranged above the vacuum box, a base part is arranged above the folding plate, and the inside of the base part is provided with a profiling curved surface;
the second air pipe is arranged on one side surface of the vacuum box, one end of the second air pipe is connected with the vacuum box, and the other end of the second air pipe is connected with an air suction device; and
the folding plate is positioned above the second conveyor belt and has a gap between the folding plate and the second conveyor belt for conveying the sanitary towel products.
6. A system for folding flaps of a sanitary napkin product as claimed in claim 1, further comprising air blowing means provided on said flap folding means for blowing air against flaps on both sides of the sanitary napkin product which have not entered the folding plate.
7. A sanitary napkin product flap folding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said roller means further comprises:
an installation part fixed below the vacuum box;
the second cylinder is fixed at one end far away from the compression roller through the mounting part;
and the adjusting part is positioned between the second cylinder and the press roll, is connected with the second cylinder and is used for adjusting the distance between the press roll and the second cylinder.
8. A flap folding system for a sanitary napkin product as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
in the second flow path, the flap folding system of the sanitary napkin product comprises:
the glue applying device and the feeding mechanism are positioned on the upstream side of the material cutter device;
the glue applying device is used for intermittently applying glue to the upper surface of the continuous wing-protecting release paper;
and the feeding mechanism is internally provided with a vacuum structure and is used for conveying the continuous protective wing release paper to the material cutter device.
9. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 1,
the cutting device further comprises:
a knife roll, the peripheral surface of which is provided with an arc-shaped knife edge;
the bottom roller is arranged corresponding to the knife roller, and a gap for accommodating a sanitary towel product to pass is formed between the bottom roller and the knife roller;
and the air suction pipe is arranged on the side of the cutter roller and used for sucking away the cut waste materials.
