2. the smoke exhausting mechanism can purify oil smoke generated during processing of stretched-noodle balls, large granular substances in the oil smoke are removed, the stretched-noodle balls are blown to generate oil smoke, the servo motor in the hood is started during processing, the operating servo motor drives the wind wheel to rotate, the oil smoke is sucked into the smoke exhaust port from the second smoke inlet and the first smoke inlet and is exhausted, the second electric cylinder is started simultaneously, the water receiving box is pushed to the lower side of the second smoke inlet by the piston rod of the second electric cylinder, water mist is sprayed out of the water storage box through the water spraying pipe and the spray head, the oil smoke sucked into the smoke exhaust port is purified through the water mist, partial large granules in the oil smoke are taken away, and the large granules which are cleaned can flow into the water receiving box due to the fact that the inner walls of the bottom ends of the smoke inlet bin, which are close to the two sides of the second smoke inlet, are inclined by 10-15 degrees.
