本发明实施例公开了一种信息指示方法及相关设备,该方法包括:确定下行控制信息DCI需要指示的PUSCH的频率资源;该PUSCH的频率资源包括的PRB个数大于或等于1时,确定DCI中用于指示HARQ进程号的比特为3比特,用于指示RV的比特为2比特,用于指示PUSCH的TPC命令的比特为2比特;该PUSCH的频率资源包括的子载波个数小于12时,确定DCI中用于指示HARQ进程号的比特数小于3,和/或DCI中用于指示RV的比特为1比特,和/或DCI中用于指示PUSCH的TPC命令的比特为0比特;确定DCI;向终端设备发送DCI。可见,通过实施本申请实施例有利于降低DCI的比特数。
