Abstract
一种用于匹配多个简历的机器学习系统和方法、计算机可读介质。该匹配多个简历的机器学习系统(201)包括:简历数据训练引擎(203)和简历匹配运行时引擎(202)。简历数据训练引擎(203)包括第一组一个或多个处理器和存储至少一个处理器可执行指令的至少一个非暂时性处理器可读介质。当由所述第一组一个或多个处理器执行时,指令执行接收分别对应于多个工作申请人的多个简历档案数据,其中每个所述简历档案数据包括来自所述多个工作申请人中的一工作申请人的多个时间片数据,所述多个时间片数据中的每一个包括申请人的对应于时间片的时间简历数据,以及当时所述申请人的工作地点的工作描述;基于所述多个简历档案数据和所述多个时间片数据确定多个特征;基于一个或多个机器学习算法使用所述多个简历档案数据和所述多个时间片数据执行训练;生成包括一个或多个函数或模型的预测模型,每个生成的所述函数或模型与一个或多个特征相关联。简历匹配运行时引擎(202)包括第二组一个或多个处理器和存储至少一个处理器可执行指令的至少另一个非暂时性处理器可读介质。当由所述第二组一个或多个处理器执行时,指令执行从所述简历数据训练引擎接收所述预测模型;收到一个或多个职位描述;接收多个简历记录数据;从所述一个或多个职务描述中提取一个或多个特征;使用具有预测模型的一个或多个提取的特征处理所述多个简历记录数据;生成所述多个简历记录数据的匹配数据,其中所述匹配数据包括所述多个简历记录数据中的每一个的匹配得分信息,以及将所述匹配数据呈现给用户。
