The dotted line a in fig. 3 is the boundary between the crown region 110 and the forehead region 120.
The laser light sources 300 are disposed in the crown region 110, the forehead region 120, the left side region 130, the right side region 140 and the back of the head region 150 of the shell 100, and the number of the laser light sources 300 is large, which results in high cost of the hair growing cap 10. In practical applications, the hair loss in the top area 110 and the forehead area 120 of the head of the user is relatively severe, while the hair loss in the left area 130, the right area 140 and the back of the head 150 is relatively light, and the laser light sources 300 are disposed in the top area 110 and the forehead area 120, but the laser light sources 300 are not disposed in the left area 130, the right area 140 and the back of the head 150, so that the purpose of treating the hair loss can be achieved, the number of the laser light sources 300 can be reduced, and the cost of the hair growing cap 10 can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of laser light sources 300 are distributed over the inner wall of the cap circuit board 200. Thus, the top, forehead, left side, right side and back of the head of the user can be irradiated by the laser to perform laser treatment.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the hair growth cap 10 further comprises a signal line 700, one end of the signal line 700 is connected to the cap-shaped circuit board 200, and the other end is used for connecting to a power supply system. Specifically, in the present embodiment, an end of the signal line 700 away from the cap circuit board 200 is a USB interface 710. Thus, the hair growing cap 10 is very convenient to be connected with a power supply system, and the power supply system can be a power supply system which is easy to carry by a charger and a notebook.
In this embodiment, the hair growth cap 10 further comprises a pad detachably disposed in the shell 100 and corresponding to the posterior brain area 150, so that the hair growth cap 10 can be adapted to at least two heads with different sizes. When wearing the laser generator 10, the use or non-use of the pad can be selected depending on the size of the head, thereby matching heads of different sizes.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the pad is an elastic pad or an inflatable pad. In this manner, the hair growth cap 10 can be made to fit more different sized heads.
In this embodiment, the hair growing cap 10 further comprises a cap, and the housing 100 is detachably connected to the cap. Wherein, the cap can hide the components such as the housing 100, the cap-shaped circuit board 200, the laser light source 300, and the functional film 400, and the external structure of the hair growing cap 10 can be changed by replacing different caps, so as to meet the diversified requirements of the user on the hair growing cap 10.
In this embodiment, a method for manufacturing a hair growing cap is further provided, which includes the following steps:
step S810, providing the housing, the two build circuit boards of the hair growing caps, and the plurality of laser light sources.
Step S820, respectively disposing a plurality of laser light sources on the two build circuit boards.
In step S830, the build-up circuit board is preformed such that the build-up circuit board is built into a half-hat circuit board.
Step 840, two half-hat circuit boards are placed in the shell, and a hat circuit board is constructed.
And step S850, sealing edges of the shell and the cap-shaped circuit board.
In the present embodiment, at the cutout, an adhesive tape is disposed across the cutout, so that the build-up circuit board is built into a half-hat circuit board in step S830.
In this embodiment, in step S850, the edge of the housing and the edge of the cap circuit board are sealed by using the above-mentioned sealing member.

1. the built circuit board comprises a circuit board body, the circuit board body comprises a butt joint edge and a circumferential edge, the butt joint edge corresponds to the butt joint edge of another built circuit board, the circumferential edge corresponds to the edge of the opening end of the shell, and two ends of the circumferential edge are respectively connected with two ends of the butt joint edge;
a cutout is formed in the circumferential edge, the cutout is in a V shape, the cutout includes a first edge and a second edge, a first cutout angle is formed between the first edge and the second edge, the first cutout angle is 31 ° to 41 ° when the build circuit board does not build the cap circuit board, and the first cutout angle is 0 ° to 2 ° when the build circuit board builds the cap circuit board.

the built-up circuit board further comprises lap joints, the number of the lap joints is the same as that of the cutouts, the lap joints are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each lap joint is arranged in one of the cutouts and connected with the first edge, each lap joint comprises a lap joint edge far away from the first edge, the lap joint edge and the second edge form a second shear angle, when the built-up circuit board does not form the hat-shaped circuit board, the second shear angle is 5-25 degrees, and when the built-up circuit board forms the hat-shaped circuit board, the lap joint parts are lapped with the second part.
6. The hair growth cap build circuit board of claim 5, wherein said first cutting angle is 34 ° -35 °, said second cutting angle is 6.8 ° -7.8 °;

9. A hair growing cap, comprising:
a housing, the housing being in the shape of a cap;
two build circuit boards of the hair growing cap of any one of claims 1 to 8, disposed within the housing, build into a cap circuit board having a shape matching a shape of an inner wall of the housing of the hair growing cap; and
the laser light sources are arranged on the inner wall of the cap-shaped circuit board at intervals;
the laser light sources are distributed on the inner wall of the cap-shaped circuit board;
or the shell comprises a crown area, a forehead area, a left side area, a right side area and a back head area, and the plurality of laser light sources are distributed on the inner wall of the hat-shaped circuit board corresponding to the crown area and the forehead area.
10. The method for manufacturing the hair growing cap is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
providing a housing, a two piece hair growth cap build circuit board of any one of claims 1-8, and a plurality of laser light sources;
respectively arranging a plurality of laser light sources on the two building circuit boards;
pre-forming the build-up circuit board such that the build-up circuit board is built into a half-hat circuit board;
placing the two half-hat circuit boards in the shell, and constructing a hat circuit board; and
and sealing the edge of the shell and the edge of the cap-shaped circuit board.
